瑞昌市森奧達科技有限公司(si)長期致力于節(jie)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)機技術研究攻關,率先(xian)攻克(ke)舊電(dian)(dian)機永(yong)磁化(hua)再(zai)制造技術難關并實現產業化(hua),成功解決我國(guo)電(dian)(dian)機能(neng)效提升與資源循環利用兩大瓶頸問題(ti)。
項(xiang)目在(zai)現(xian)有的(de)(de)(de)低效(xiao)三相異(yi)步舊(jiu)電機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)材料(liao)和原理上(shang)進行(xing)改造,充分利用現(xian)有機(ji)(ji)殼、轉子和定(ding)子,結合自主研發(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)系列(lie)新型(xing)(xing)磁鋼(gang)和磁阻材料(liao),再(zai)加上(shang)我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)利技(ji)術,三相異(yi)步電機(ji)(ji)永磁化再(zai)制造技(ji)術、電機(ji)(ji)調(diao)速裝置(zhi)、滿(man)載啟動(dong)(dong)電路,形成了轉子永磁化再(zai)制造和電機(ji)(ji)整(zheng)體(ti)節(jie)能系統(tong)再(zai)制造的(de)(de)(de)成套關鍵工藝技(ji)術,磁鋼(gang)的(de)(de)(de)極弧比(bi)可以(yi)靈(ling)活(huo)調(diao)整(zheng),使電機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)啟動(dong)(dong)轉矩(ju)根(gen)據(ju)需要(yao)靈(ling)活(huo)調(diao)整(zheng)以(yi)達到能在(zai)滿(man)載條件下可靠(kao)啟動(dong)(dong),機(ji)(ji)械強度和可靠(kao)性大(da)大(da)增(zeng)強,電機(ji)(ji)效(xiao)率可以(yi)達到并超(chao)過國(guo)家標(biao)準(zhun)電機(ji)(ji)能耗一(yi)級能效(xiao),節(jie)電率實際(ji)可達10-30%。已獲(huo)得發(fa)(fa)(fa)明(ming)專(zhuan)利5項(xiang),實用新型(xing)(xing)專(zhuan)利30余項(xiang),為(wei)國(guo)家推進能效(xiao)提升、綠(lv)色(se)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)奠定(ding)了技(ji)術基礎,作出了積(ji)極貢獻。
