中國建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)院始終把服務(wu)公益事(shi)業、推進(jin)行(xing)業技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)進(jin)步作(zuo)為己任(ren),面向全國的(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設事(shi)業,以(yi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)程(cheng)為主(zhu)要研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)對象,以(yi)應用研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)和(he)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)為主(zhu),致力于(yu)解決我國工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設中的(de)關(guan)鍵技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)問題;負責編制與管(guan)理我國主(zhu)要的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)標準和(he)規范,開(kai)(kai)展行(xing)業所(suo)需的(de)共(gong)性、基(ji)(ji)礎性、公益性技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),承(cheng)擔國家建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)程(cheng)、空(kong)調設備、太陽能熱水器、電梯、化學建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)材、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)能的(de)質量監督檢驗(yan)(yan)(yan)和(he)測試任(ren)務(wu)。科研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)及業務(wu)工(gong)作(zuo)涵蓋(gai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)結構(gou)、地(di)(di)基(ji)(ji)基(ji)(ji)礎、工(gong)程(cheng)抗震(zhen)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)環境與節(jie)能、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)軟(ruan)件、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)機械化、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)防(fang)(fang)火、施工(gong)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材料等(deng)(deng)專業中的(de)70個(ge)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)領域,近年來又加強了綠色建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)成套(tao)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、新能源應用技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、防(fang)(fang)災減災技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)以(yi)及智能化集成技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等(deng)(deng)的(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)與開(kai)(kai)發(fa)。目前擁(yong)有(you)北(bei)京和(he)廊(lang)坊(fang)兩個(ge)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)發(fa)基(ji)(ji)地(di)(di),北(bei)京通州基(ji)(ji)地(di)(di)是建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)安全與環境國家重(zhong)點實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)所(suo)在地(di)(di),已建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)成并投入使用的(de)有(you)國內最(zui)大的(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)抗震(zhen)實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、風(feng)洞實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、防(fang)(fang)火實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)幕墻實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材料實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)環境與節(jie)能實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)、未來建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)實驗(yan)(yan)(yan)室(shi)(shi)。
