海(hai)豐縣梅隴(long)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)的前身是(shi)海(hai)豐縣私立梅峰初級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),創辦于1942年(nian),1952年(nian)改為公辦,更名(ming)為海(hai)豐縣第三初級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),1953年(nian)學(xue)校(xiao)搬遷至現校(xiao)址,1958年(nian)創設高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu),正式命名(ming)為海(hai)豐縣梅隴(long)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。2005年(nian)1月(yue)被評為汕尾市(shi)綠色學(xue)校(xiao)。2006年(nian)8月(yue)
通過(guo)等(deng)級評(ping)(ping)估,成為汕(shan)尾(wei)市一級學(xue)校。2008年12月(yue),在汕(shan)尾(wei)市高中教學(xue)水(shui)平(ping)評(ping)(ping)估中被評(ping)(ping)為優秀等(deng)級。2009年12月(yue),獲(huo)得(de)汕(shan)尾(wei)市首(shou)家硬(ying)筆書法名校的稱號(hao)。
梅(mei)隴(long)中學質(zhi)量立校創特色面對競爭越來越嚴(yan)峻的(de)辦學形勢(shi)和生源(yuan)綜(zong)合素質(zhi)較差(cha)的(de)實際,海豐梅(mei)隴(long)中學提出“不(bu)求人人上大學,先求個(ge)(ge)個(ge)(ge)健康(kang)成長”的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學思路,加(jia)強師(shi)德教(jiao)(jiao)育,加(jia)強常規管理(li),加(jia)大教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)的(de)力度,對內(nei)挖潛,外(wai)爭生源(yuan),分層教(jiao)(jiao)學,分類培(pei)養(yang),努力提高教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學質(zhi)量。
該(gai)校(xiao)強化(hua)“質(zhi)量立(li)校(xiao)”的意識,實施教(jiao)研興校(xiao)戰略,每位(wei)行(xing)政領(ling)導下(xia)到各科組掛點指導工(gong)作。每次教(jiao)研活動(dong)都做(zuo)到有(you)計劃、有(you)內容、有(you)記錄、期末(mo)有(you)總結(jie)。學(xue)校(xiao)實行(xing)每學(xue)期的公開(kai)課、優質(zhi)課比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)、說課比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)、優秀論文評(ping)選、課件(jian)制作評(ping)比(bi)(bi)制度化(hua)。同(tong)時運用激勵機制,規定凡在市(shi)級(ji)以上刊物發表(biao)論文或參加市(shi)級(ji)以上比(bi)(bi)賽(sai)獲(huo)獎的優質(zhi)課、優秀課件(jian)等,均給予(yu)獎勵,對獲(huo)獎的教(jiao)育科研成(cheng)果(guo)給予(yu)獎勵。截(jie)止2013年12月,學(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)師在省市(shi)級(ji)或縣(xian)級(ji)獲(huo)得的獎項(xiang)總共達200多項(xiang)。

學校積(ji)極組織課題(ti)科研(yan)活(huo)動(dong),陳(chen)騰聲(sheng)主(zhu)持的汕尾(wei)市(shi)十(shi)二五課題(ti)《農村(cun)高(gao)中(zhong)物理學困(kun)生(sheng)的成因及轉化對策(ce)探索》順(shun)利結(jie)題(ti);黃(huang)昌爐主(zhu)持的《高(gao)中(zhong)物理“問題(ti)—互動(dong)—探究”教學的研(yan)究》和(he)葉佐森(sen)主(zhu)持的《新課標(biao)背(bei)景下農村(cun)面上高(gao)中(zhong)作文(wen)教學有效策(ce)略研(yan)究》獲得(de)汕尾(wei)市(shi)十(shi)三(san)五課題(ti)立項。
海豐縣(xian)梅隴中學(xue)舉(ju)行了(le)系列心(xin)理(li)健康教育活動,調適師(shi)生疫情后(hou)的心(xin)理(li),引(yin)導師(shi)生健康生活,陽光工(gong)作(zuo)。學(xue)校邀請了(le)汕尾市蘭艷菊名班主任工(gong)作(zuo)室顧問(wen)、深圳吉斯維教育專家(jia)和工(gong)作(zuo)室主持(chi)人等舉(ju)行了(le)兩(liang)場心(xin)理(li)健康教育講座。
廣東(dong)省汕尾(wei)市依(yi)據教(jiao)育現代化發展(zhan)的(de)時(shi)代需求(qiu),探(tan)索適合汕尾(wei)教(jiao)育質量均衡(heng)發展(zhan)的(de)有效(xiao)途(tu)徑,積極引入了“北京師范大學(xue)助力汕尾(wei)基礎教(jiao)育質量提升”項目。海豐縣梅(mei)隴中學(xue)在(zai)發現推進問(wen)題(ti)后及時(shi)調(diao)整推進方案(an),推進效(xiao)果顯著。
