在(zai)(zai)趙元校(xiao)(xiao)長“學(xue)(xue)會(hui)做人(ren)(ren)”思想(xiang)的倡(chang)導下,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)至九年級每(mei)周增設一(yi)節“人(ren)(ren)格修(xiu)養”課,該課程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)案(an)全由學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)老師自己編著。如學(xue)(xue)生中午就餐(can)經常出(chu)現爭搶情(qing)形,《人(ren)(ren)格修(xiu)養》教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材中為此專(zhuan)門編了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)首詩:“排(pai)隊進餐(can)廳,就餐(can)靜無聲,飯(fan)菜按量要,節約記心(xin)中,碗筷排(pai)整齊,排(pai)隊出(chu)餐(can)廳。”據介紹,餐(can)廳還專(zhuan)門設置了(le)(le)(le)“剩(sheng)飯(fan)桶評(ping)比欄”,每(mei)天(tian)評(ping)比出(chu)“節省之星”。結合(he)“人(ren)(ren)格修(xiu)養”課,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)還推(tui)出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)“百位(wei)名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)進校(xiao)(xiao)園”系(xi)列活(huo)動。先后邀(yao)請了(le)(le)(le)首都(dou)國(guo)際貿易學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)梁蓓教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)作《成材與立志》報(bao)告(gao);中國(guo)國(guo)防科技大學(xue)(xue)軍事專(zhuan)家胡(hu)思遠教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)作《由“神舟(zhou)五號”上天(tian)談(tan)腳踏實地(di)求(qiu)學(xue)(xue)》報(bao)告(gao);著名(ming)(ming)(ming)作家高玉(yu)寶先生作《沒有文(wen)化就沒有現代化》演講等。在(zai)(zai)多次的專(zhuan)場名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)報(bao)告(gao)會(hui)中,名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)與學(xue)(xue)生面對面懇談(tan),拉近(jin)了(le)(le)(le)名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)在(zai)(zai)同學(xue)(xue)們心(xin)目中的距(ju)離,“學(xue)(xue)名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren),做名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)”活(huo)動變(bian)得親(qin)切而生動。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和英(ying)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)出類拔(ba)萃是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)又一大特色。據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)部段主任介紹,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)方面,變花樣(yang)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)高(gao)讀寫能(neng)力,如每(mei)周一的(de)“國(guo)(guo)旗下(xia)講話”宣(xuan)(xuan)讀自己(ji)的(de)優秀習作;作文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)課(ke)上老(lao)師提(ti)倡“快樂作文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)”,在提(ti)供參考(kao)題目后(hou),讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)先從課(ke)外(wai)閱讀中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)搜集材料,隨后(hou)由(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)隨意抽取題目,試寫初稿,最后(hou)將優秀作文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)展出、投稿或參加比賽(sai)。已有(you)(you)30多人(ren)(ren)的(de)作文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)在《輔導員》、《演講與(yu)口才》、《中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)少年(nian)報》和《深圳(zhen)晚報》等刊物發(fa)表,有(you)(you)120多人(ren)(ren)的(de)作品在國(guo)(guo)家(jia)、省市作文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)競賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲獎。在英(ying)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)同(tong)(tong)樣(yang)要(yao)求同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)們用英(ying)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)在國(guo)(guo)旗下(xia)講話,讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)每(mei)天(tian)掌握一條老(lao)師推薦的(de)英(ying)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)名言,每(mei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)期掌握不少于10首(shou)英(ying)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)歌(ge)曲,常年(nian)組織(zhi)“英(ying)語(yu)在龍嶺”學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自編課(ke)本(ben)劇演出,如獲獎劇《新小紅帽》等。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)還(huan)狠抓英(ying)語(yu)誠信考(kao)風建設,每(mei)個年(nian)級開(kai)(kai)設“無人(ren)(ren)監考(kao)”考(kao)場,考(kao)前舉行宣(xuan)(xuan)誓、簽名儀(yi)式,還(huan)推行“開(kai)(kai)卷、開(kai)(kai)放、開(kai)(kai)心”三開(kai)(kai)考(kao)試方式,在增強(qiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自信自尊的(de)同(tong)(tong)時,培養了(le)他(ta)們誠實的(de)個性。在發(fa)展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)
