秦廣王是(shi)閻王信仰(yang)中的十殿(dian)(dian)(dian)閻王之首第(di)(di)一(yi)殿(dian)(dian)(dian)閻王,據說生(sheng)日是(shi)二月初一(yi),掌管(guan)著(zhu)人間夭壽生(sheng)死,統管(guan)幽冥吉兇、善(shan)人壽終,接引超(chao)升;功過兩半者,送交第(di)(di)十殿(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)放,仍投(tou)入世間,男轉(zhuan)為(wei)女,女轉(zhuan)為(wei)男。惡多善(shan)少者,押赴(fu)殿(dian)(dian)(dian)右高臺,名曰孽鏡臺,令之一(yi)望,照見在世之心好壞,隨即批解(jie)第(di)(di)二殿(dian)(dian)(dian),發(fa)(fa)獄受苦。
蔣(jiang)(jiang)子文(wen)者,廣(guang)陵人也。嗜酒,好(hao)色,挑撻無度。常自謂(wei):“己(ji)骨清,死(si)(si)當為(wei)(wei)(wei)神。”漢末,為(wei)(wei)(wei)秣陵尉,逐(zhu)賊至鐘山下(xia)(xia),賊擊(ji)傷額(e),因(yin)解綬縛之(zhi)(zhi),有頃遂(sui)死(si)(si)。及吳(wu)先主(zhu)之(zhi)(zhi)初,其故吏見(jian)文(wen)于道,乘白馬,執白羽,侍從如(ru)平生(sheng)。見(jian)者驚走。文(wen)追(zhui)之(zhi)(zhi),謂(wei)曰(yue):“我(wo)當為(wei)(wei)(wei)此土地神,以(yi)(yi)福爾下(xia)(xia)民。爾可(ke)宣告百(bai)姓,為(wei)(wei)(wei)我(wo)立祠(ci)。不(bu)(bu)爾,將有大(da)(da)(da)咎。”是歲(sui)夏,大(da)(da)(da)疫,百(bai)姓竊相恐(kong)動,頗有竊祠(ci)之(zhi)(zhi)者矣。文(wen)又(you)下(xia)(xia)巫祝(zhu):“吾將大(da)(da)(da)啟佑(you)孫氏,宜(yi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)我(wo)立祠(ci);不(bu)(bu)爾,將使蟲入人耳為(wei)(wei)(wei)災(zai)(zai)。”俄而小蟲如(ru)塵(chen)虻,入耳,皆死(si)(si),醫不(bu)(bu)能治。百(bai)姓愈恐(kong)。孫主(zhu)未之(zhi)(zhi)信也。又(you)下(xia)(xia)巫祝(zhu):“吾不(bu)(bu)祀我(wo),將又(you)以(yi)(yi)大(da)(da)(da)火(huo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)災(zai)(zai)。”是歲(sui),火(huo)災(zai)(zai)大(da)(da)(da)發,一(yi)日(ri)數十處。火(huo)及公宮。議者以(yi)(yi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)鬼有所歸,乃(nai)不(bu)(bu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)厲,宜(yi)有以(yi)(yi)撫之(zhi)(zhi)。于是使使者封子文(wen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)都侯,次弟子緒為(wei)(wei)(wei)長水校尉,皆加(jia)印(yin)綬。為(wei)(wei)(wei)立廟堂(tang)。轉號鐘山為(wei)(wei)(wei)蔣(jiang)(jiang)山,今建康東北蔣(jiang)(jiang)山是也。自是災(zai)(zai)厲止息(xi),百(bai)姓遂(sui)大(da)(da)(da)事之(zhi)(zhi)。
王導(dao)子悅(yue)為(wei)中(zhong)書郎,導(dao)夢人(ren)以(yi)百萬(wan)錢買(mai)悅(yue),導(dao)潛為(wei)祈禱者備矣(yi)。尋掘(jue)地,得錢百萬(wan),意甚惡(e)之,一(yi)一(yi)皆藏閉。及悅(yue)疾(ji)篤,導(dao)憂(you)念(nian)時至,積日不(bu)食(shi)。忽見(jian)一(yi)人(ren),形狀甚偉(wei),被(bei)甲持刀。問是(shi)何人(ren),曰:“仆,蔣侯也(ye)。公兒不(bu)佳,欲為(wei)請命(ming),故來爾。公勿(wu)復憂(you)。”導(dao)因與之食(shi),遂至數升(sheng)。食(shi)畢,勃然謂導(dao)曰:“中(zhong)書命(ming)盡,非(fei)可救(jiu)也(ye)。”言訖不(bu)見(jian)。悅(yue)亦(yi)隕絕。
會稽鄖縣東野有女子(zi)姓吳,字望子(zi),路忽(hu)見(jian)一貴人,儼(yan)然端(duan)坐(zuo),即蔣侯(hou)像也(ye)。因擲兩(liang)橘(ju)與之(zhi)(zhi)。數(shu)數(shu)形(xing)見(jian),遂隆情好(hao)。望子(zi)心有所欲(yu),輒(zhe)空中得(de)之(zhi)(zhi)。

初,秣(mo)陵尉蔣(jiang)歆逐(zhu)盜,死于(yu)鐘(zhong)山,封蔣(jiang)侯,立廟(miao)山下。(孫(sun)(sun))權(quan)因祖諱[孫(sun)(sun)權(quan)祖父(fu)名(ming)鐘(zhong)],改名(ming)蔣(jiang)山。

崔慧(hui)景之逼建(jian)康也,東昏侯拜蔣子文為(wei)(wei)假(jia)黃鉞使(shi)持節相國太(tai)宰大(da)將(jiang)軍錄尚(shang)書事揚州牧鐘山王(wang),及(蕭)衍至,又尊子文為(wei)(wei)靈帝,迎神像入后堂(tang),使(shi)巫禱祀求(qiu)福。

蔣廟,按《金陵圖(tu)》云:鍾山(shan),故金陵山(shan)。后(hou)漢(han)末,蔣子文(wen)為秣陵尉,逐(zhu)盜鐘山(shan)北,傷額而死,嘗自(zi)謂青骨(gu)死,當(dang)為人主,主禍福(fu)。至大帝卜都,子文(wen)乘白(bai)馬,搔頭執白(bai)羽(yu)扇見(jian)形,令(ling)故吏白(bai)吳主為立(li)廟,不爾當(dang)百姓(xing)大疫(yi)。大帝猶未信(xin)之,又翊日見(jian)于路(lu),曰:“當(dang)令(ling)飛蟲入人耳后(hou)。”如其(qi)言,帝詔(zhao)立(li)廟鐘山(shan),封子文(wen)為蔣侯,改鐘山(shan)為蔣山(shan),即此(ci)也。
