廣州市花(hua)(hua)都區(qu)獅(shi)嶺(ling)中(zhong)學(xue)坐(zuo)落于聞(wen)名遐邇的中(zhong)國皮革皮具之都——花(hua)(hua)都區(qu)獅(shi)嶺(ling)鎮,是一(yi)所(suo)公立普通高級中(zhong)學(xue)。學(xue)校(xiao)創(chuang)辦(ban)于1956年(nian),占地(di)面積(ji)67286平方(fang)米,綠化面積(ji)46651平方(fang)米,建(jian)(jian)筑面積(ji)29712平方(fang)米,建(jian)(jian)有標準的足球場、籃(lan)球場、羽毛球場、排球場、乒乓球場等(deng)體育運動場地(di)和設施;學(xue)校(xiao)有標準課室(shi),專用活動室(shi),教學(xue)區(qu)、功(gong)能區(qu)和生(sheng)活區(qu)一(yi)應俱全。校(xiao)園內(nei)布局(ju)合理,綠樹(shu)成蔭,鳥語花(hua)(hua)香,是名副其實的花(hua)(hua)園式單位。
建校近(jin)五(wu)十年來,該校經歷了初級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)——完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)——職(zhi)業高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)——職(zhi)業中(zhong)(zhong)專學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校——完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)轉變,四次體(ti)制更改,形(xing)成學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)生(sheng)源差、起點低的(de)(de)(de)局面(mian)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校領導班子認真分(fen)析該校的(de)(de)(de)情況,圍繞(rao)“為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)想(xiang)(xiang)一生(sheng),為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校想(xiang)(xiang)百年”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念(nian),決定(ding)推行“成功(gong)(gong)教育(yu)”。成功(gong)(gong)教育(yu)是(shi)(shi)追求學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)潛(qian)能發現(xian)和發展的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu),是(shi)(shi)追求學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自我(wo)教育(yu)能力提(ti)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu),是(shi)(shi)全面(mian)提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)素質的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)。要(yao)求老師按照人本教育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)原則,根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在成長(chang)過程中(zhong)(zhong)出現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti),找準切入點,不斷刺激其(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)(de)興奮點,揚長(chang)避短(duan),挖掘學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)潛(qian)力,提(ti)高(gao)其(qi)自身信心。經過幾(ji)年的(de)(de)(de)實踐探索,我(wo)們取得(de)良好教育(yu)效果,并形(xing)成明(ming)顯的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)特色。我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)做法是(shi)(shi):
1、了解學生,研究(jiu)學生,理(li)解學生。
該(gai)校是(shi)(shi)一所(suo)由職(zhi)業教(jiao)育轉型的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)校,生(sheng)源起(qi)點(dian)低,素質和能(neng)(neng)力(li)差(cha)異(yi)較大,學(xue)(xue)習(xi)困難群體較大,可以用一句話來概括,就是(shi)(shi)“智力(li)正常(chang),基礎不扎實(shi)。”而智力(li)正常(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)孩子都有發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)潛(qian)能(neng)(neng)。這就說明,該(gai)校大部(bu)分學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)潛(qian)力(li)未得(de)到開發(fa)。通過分析,我們又逐步(bu)認定,學(xue)(xue)習(xi)困難的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)眾(zhong)多(duo)問題的(de)(de)(de)(de)背后存在一個事(shi)實(shi),就是(shi)(shi)存在著(zhu)一種(zhong)失敗(bai)(bai)者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)態,改(gai)變學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)失敗(bai)(bai)者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心(xin)態,誘(you)發(fa)其內(nei)部(bu)潛(qian)能(neng)(neng),是(shi)(shi)成功教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)必由之(zhi)路。
2、形成“成功”新觀念,確(que)立“成功教(jiao)育(yu)”的(de)基本(ben)原則。
該校通過(guo)各(ge)種宣傳途(tu)徑,引導師生(sheng)正確理解(jie)“成(cheng)功(gong)”的(de)概念,讓師生(sheng)們認識到成(cheng)功(gong)含義(yi)的(de)多樣性、多層次性,成(cheng)功(gong)意味著超越自我,超越他人,超越過(guo)去,其本質是(shi)不斷(duan)發展(zhan),不斷(duan)提(ti)高,沒有終極意義(yi)的(de)成(cheng)功(gong)。成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)最高境界是(shi)獲得(de)自己爭取成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)能(neng)力(li)。
基(ji)(ji)于(yu)這種認識,我們確立(li)了“成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”的(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)本原則(ze):一(yi)(yi)是(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)師應承認每一(yi)(yi)個(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)都是(shi)具有無窮的(de)(de)發展潛力;二是(shi)積極為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創造成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)機會和(he)條件,鼓勵(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)嘗試成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)(gong),啟動形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自身的(de)(de)內(nei)部(bu)動力機制;三是(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)關鍵在(zai)勵(li)志,勵(li)志教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)核心在(zai)于(yu)全方位(wei)刺激學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)興趣(qu);四是(shi)堅持對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實施教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)過程的(de)(de)鼓勵(li)性評價,及時地(di)發現學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)點一(yi)(yi)滴的(de)(de)進(jin)步和(he)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)(gong),并給(gei)予肯定(ding);五是(shi)要十分注意(yi)和(he)扶持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)非智力因(yin)素方面(mian)的(de)(de)特長(chang),通(tong)過個(ge)性特長(chang)的(de)(de)培(pei)養,使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)為某(mou)方面(mian)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)者,進(jin)而為今后成(cheng)(cheng)為社會的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)者做好基(ji)(ji)本素質的(de)(de)準備。
3、開辟素(su)質教育新領域(yu),讓(rang)學(xue)生享受成功的喜悅(yue)。
根據(ju)該校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)生源實際情況,該校(xiao)(xiao)要在(zai)(zai)物(wu)理、化學、政治等(deng)熱門學科與(yu)其(qi)他學校(xiao)(xiao)取(qu)得公平競爭是不現(xian)實的(de)(de),也(ye)不符合(he)學生成材(cai)和身心發展(zhan)的(de)(de)規律,因此該校(xiao)(xiao)制定了“另辟(pi)新徑,拓展(zhan)素質(zhi)教育新領(ling)域,讓學生在(zai)(zai)不同(tong)領(ling)域獲得不同(tong)程(cheng)度的(de)(de)成功”的(de)(de)策略,使素質(zhi)教育得以全面廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)展(zhan)開。
在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實踐中,切實貫徹該校(xiao)“用愛(ai)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培養(yang)美的(de)(de)新人”的(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)人模式,強調愛(ai)心教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),實施愉快教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),建立和(he)諧師生(sheng)關系(xi),讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)不斷進步中獲(huo)取(qu)(qu)成功的(de)(de)樂趣,不少學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)獲(huo)得巨(ju)大成功。如2003屆的(de)(de)何(he)德銳(rui)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在(zai)高(gao)考(kao)(kao)中地(di)(di)理單科(ke)812分(fen),名列全(quan)廣州(zhou)市(shi)地(di)(di)理單科(ke)第一名,全(quan)省第六名(按從2003年廣省高(gao)考(kao)(kao)年報(bao)公布(bu))結果(guo);2004屆吳(wu)燕斌、盧偉林、藍志軍三位同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)被(bei)(bei)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)錄(lu)取(qu)(qu),李伯鋒同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)數學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)單科(ke)702分(fen),居全(quan)區(qu)前35名;2005屆吳(wu)淑美同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)被(bei)(bei)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)錄(lu)取(qu)(qu),楊紹針同(tong)(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)榮(rong)幸地(di)(di)被(bei)(bei)北京(jing)航(hang)天航(hang)空大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)錄(lu)取(qu)(qu)。高(gao)中畢業(ye)班工作質(zhi)量連獲(huo)花都區(qu)二(er)等獎,中考(kao)(kao)成績實現(xian)新的(de)(de)跨(kua)越(yue),總分(fen)均量值超(chao)過區(qu)平均,排名16位,由(you)于(yu)兩個畢業(ye)班升學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量的(de)(de)穩步提高(gao),讓(rang)更(geng)多的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)享受能考(kao)(kao)上大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),考(kao)(kao)上重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)喜悅。
一(yi)九五六年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)八月,在(zai)原(yuan)(yuan)花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)第三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心小學(xue)(xue)(xue)增設初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部,第一(yi)次招收(shou)現在(zai)芙蓉鎮和獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)鎮高(gao)小畢業(ye)生(sheng)兩個(ge)班。在(zai)一(yi)九五六年(nian)(nian)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建校(xiao)(xiao)元年(nian)(nian)。一(yi)九六九年(nian)(nian)八月,由于教(jiao)育局事業(ye)發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao),在(zai)原(yuan)(yuan)初(chu)級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上(shang)增設高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部。當(dang)年(nian)(nian)招收(shou)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)畢業(ye)生(sheng)四(si)個(ge)班。成為當(dang)時縣(xian)級的(de)(de)(de)(de)普(pu)通完(wan)(wan)全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。一(yi)九八三年(nian)(nian),由于廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)市(shi)教(jiao)育體(ti)制(zhi)改(gai)革(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)。縣(xian)政府將(jiang)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue),花(hua)(hua)東(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心赤坭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部改(gai)為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),故當(dang)時學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)除了保留原(yuan)(yuan)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)名(ming)外(wai),還同(tong)時署名(ming)為花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。一(yi)九九四(si)年(nian)(nian)四(si)月,經(jing)廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)市(shi)政府辦公室批(pi)準(zhun)行文。花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)改(gai)為花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),并將(jiang)原(yuan)(yuan)花(hua)(hua)東(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“民(min)用建筑專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)”,新華鎮中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“服(fu)裝設計專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)”、“旅游(you)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)”統(tong)一(yi)劃為該(gai)(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)統(tong)一(yi)管理。花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)是(shi)當(dang)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)縣(xian)重點職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)和廣(guang)(guang)州(zhou)市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)骨干職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術教(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。2000年(nian)(nian),由于普(pu)及(ji)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao),當(dang)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)花(hua)(hua)都市(shi)人民(min)政府批(pi)準(zhun)該(gai)(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)復辦普(pu)通高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。取(qu)消該(gai)(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)體(ti)制(zhi),成為該(gai)(gai)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)普(pu)通完(wan)(wan)全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。
