廣州(zhou)市花(hua)(hua)都區獅嶺中(zhong)學(xue)坐落(luo)于(yu)聞名遐邇的(de)中(zhong)國皮(pi)(pi)革皮(pi)(pi)具(ju)之(zhi)都——花(hua)(hua)都區獅嶺鎮,是一(yi)所公(gong)立普通高級中(zhong)學(xue)。學(xue)校(xiao)創辦于(yu)1956年,占地(di)面(mian)積67286平方(fang)米(mi)(mi),綠(lv)化(hua)面(mian)積46651平方(fang)米(mi)(mi),建(jian)筑面(mian)積29712平方(fang)米(mi)(mi),建(jian)有(you)標(biao)準的(de)足球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)場、籃球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)場、羽毛球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)場、排(pai)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)場、乒乓球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)場等體育(yu)運動(dong)場地(di)和(he)設施;學(xue)校(xiao)有(you)標(biao)準課(ke)室,專用活動(dong)室,教學(xue)區、功能區和(he)生(sheng)活區一(yi)應(ying)俱全。校(xiao)園內布局合理,綠(lv)樹成蔭(yin),鳥語花(hua)(hua)香,是名副其實的(de)花(hua)(hua)園式(shi)單位。
建校(xiao)(xiao)近五(wu)十年來(lai),該(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)經歷了初級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)——完全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)——職(zhi)業高中(zhong)(zhong)——職(zhi)業中(zhong)(zhong)專學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)——完全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)轉變,四次體制更(geng)改,形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)源差、起點低的(de)(de)局面。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)領導班子(zi)認(ren)真(zhen)分析該(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)情(qing)況,圍繞(rao)“為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)想(xiang)一(yi)生(sheng)(sheng),為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)想(xiang)百年”的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念,決定推行“成(cheng)功教(jiao)(jiao)育”。成(cheng)功教(jiao)(jiao)育是追求(qiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)潛能(neng)發現和發展的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育,是追求(qiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自我教(jiao)(jiao)育能(neng)力提高的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育,是全(quan)面提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)素質的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育。要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)老師(shi)按照人本(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)原則(ze),根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)成(cheng)長(chang)過程中(zhong)(zhong)出現的(de)(de)問題,找準切(qie)入點,不斷刺激其學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)興奮點,揚(yang)長(chang)避短,挖掘(jue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)潛力,提高其自身信心(xin)。經過幾年的(de)(de)實踐(jian)探索,我們取得(de)良好教(jiao)(jiao)育效果,并形成(cheng)明顯的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)特色(se)。我們的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)法是:
1、了(le)解學(xue)生,研究學(xue)生,理(li)解學(xue)生。
該校(xiao)是(shi)一(yi)所由職業教育轉(zhuan)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),生(sheng)源起點低(di),素質和能力差(cha)異較大(da),學(xue)(xue)習困難群體較大(da),可以用一(yi)句話來概括,就(jiu)是(shi)“智力正(zheng)常,基礎不扎(zha)實(shi)。”而智力正(zheng)常的(de)(de)(de)(de)孩(hai)子都(dou)有發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)潛(qian)能。這就(jiu)說明,該校(xiao)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)潛(qian)力未得到開發。通過分(fen)析(xi),我們又逐步認定(ding),學(xue)(xue)習困難的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)眾多問題的(de)(de)(de)(de)背后存在一(yi)個事實(shi),就(jiu)是(shi)存在著一(yi)種(zhong)失(shi)敗(bai)者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心態,改(gai)變學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)失(shi)敗(bai)者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心態,誘發其內部(bu)潛(qian)能,是(shi)成(cheng)功教育的(de)(de)(de)(de)必由之路。
2、形(xing)成“成功(gong)”新觀念,確立(li)“成功(gong)教育(yu)”的基本原則(ze)。
該(gai)校通過(guo)各種宣傳途徑,引導師(shi)生正確(que)理解“成(cheng)功(gong)”的(de)(de)概念,讓(rang)師(shi)生們認識(shi)到成(cheng)功(gong)含義的(de)(de)多樣性、多層次(ci)性,成(cheng)功(gong)意味著超(chao)越自我,超(chao)越他人,超(chao)越過(guo)去,其本質是(shi)不(bu)斷(duan)發展,不(bu)斷(duan)提高,沒有終極意義的(de)(de)成(cheng)功(gong)。成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)(de)最(zui)高境界是(shi)獲得自己爭取成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)(de)能力。
基(ji)于(yu)這種認識(shi),我們確立(li)了“成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)”的(de)(de)基(ji)本原則:一是(shi)(shi)教(jiao)師應(ying)承認每一個學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)具有無(wu)窮的(de)(de)發展潛力(li);二是(shi)(shi)積極為學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)造成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)機(ji)會和(he)(he)條件,鼓勵(li)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)嘗試成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong),啟動形成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自身的(de)(de)內部動力(li)機(ji)制;三是(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)關鍵在勵(li)志,勵(li)志教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)核心在于(yu)全方位刺激學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)習的(de)(de)興趣;四(si)是(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)對學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實施教(jiao)育(yu)過(guo)程的(de)(de)鼓勵(li)性(xing)評價,及時(shi)地發現學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一點一滴(di)的(de)(de)進步和(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong),并給予肯定;五是(shi)(shi)要十分注(zhu)意和(he)(he)扶(fu)持(chi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在非智力(li)因素方面的(de)(de)特長,通過(guo)個性(xing)特長的(de)(de)培養,使學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)為某方面的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)者,進而為今后成(cheng)(cheng)為社會的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)者做好(hao)基(ji)本素質的(de)(de)準備。
3、開辟素質教育新領域,讓學生享受成功(gong)的喜悅。
