廣(guang)州市花(hua)都區(qu)獅嶺中學坐落于聞名(ming)遐(xia)邇(er)的(de)中國皮革皮具之都——花(hua)都區(qu)獅嶺鎮,是(shi)一(yi)所公立普通高級中學。學校創辦于1956年,占地面積67286平方米(mi),綠化(hua)面積46651平方米(mi),建筑面積29712平方米(mi),建有標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)的(de)足球(qiu)場、籃球(qiu)場、羽毛球(qiu)場、排(pai)球(qiu)場、乒乓球(qiu)場等體育運動場地和設施;學校有標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)課(ke)室,專用活動室,教(jiao)學區(qu)、功(gong)能(neng)區(qu)和生活區(qu)一(yi)應俱全。校園內(nei)布局合理(li),綠樹成蔭,鳥語花(hua)香,是(shi)名(ming)副其實的(de)花(hua)園式單位。
建校(xiao)近五(wu)十年(nian)來(lai),該(gai)校(xiao)經(jing)(jing)歷(li)了初級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)——完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)——職業高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)——職業中(zhong)(zhong)專學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)——完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)轉變(bian),四次體制更改,形成學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)生(sheng)源差、起點(dian)低(di)的(de)(de)局(ju)面(mian)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)領導班(ban)子認(ren)真分析該(gai)校(xiao)的(de)(de)情況(kuang),圍繞“為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)想(xiang)一生(sheng),為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)想(xiang)百年(nian)”的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)理(li)念,決(jue)定推行(xing)“成功(gong)教育(yu)(yu)”。成功(gong)教育(yu)(yu)是追求(qiu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)潛能(neng)發(fa)現和(he)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu),是追求(qiu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自我教育(yu)(yu)能(neng)力提高(gao)的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu),是全面(mian)提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)素質的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)。要求(qiu)老師按照人本(ben)教育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)原(yuan)則,根據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在成長(chang)過程中(zhong)(zhong)出現的(de)(de)問題,找準切(qie)入點(dian),不斷刺激(ji)其(qi)學(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)興奮點(dian),揚長(chang)避短,挖掘學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)潛力,提高(gao)其(qi)自身(shen)信心。經(jing)(jing)過幾年(nian)的(de)(de)實踐探索,我們取得良好教育(yu)(yu)效果,并形成明顯的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)特色。我們的(de)(de)主要做(zuo)法是:
1、了解學(xue)生(sheng),研(yan)究學(xue)生(sheng),理解學(xue)生(sheng)。
該校(xiao)是一(yi)所(suo)由職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)轉(zhuan)型的學校(xiao),生源起點(dian)低,素質和能力(li)差異較(jiao)大(da),學習困(kun)難群體(ti)較(jiao)大(da),可以(yi)用一(yi)句(ju)話來(lai)概括,就是“智力(li)正常,基礎不扎(zha)實。”而智力(li)正常的孩(hai)子都(dou)有發(fa)(fa)展的潛(qian)能。這(zhe)就說明,該校(xiao)大(da)部分學生的潛(qian)力(li)未得到開發(fa)(fa)。通過分析(xi),我(wo)們又(you)逐步認定,學習困(kun)難的學生眾多問題的背(bei)后存(cun)在(zai)一(yi)個事實,就是存(cun)在(zai)著一(yi)種失敗(bai)(bai)者的心態,改(gai)變學生失敗(bai)(bai)者的心態,誘發(fa)(fa)其內部潛(qian)能,是成功(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)的必由之路(lu)。
2、形成(cheng)“成(cheng)功(gong)”新觀念,確(que)立“成(cheng)功(gong)教育”的(de)基本(ben)原則。
該(gai)校通過(guo)各種宣傳途徑,引導師生(sheng)正確(que)理解“成功(gong)(gong)”的(de)概念,讓師生(sheng)們認(ren)識到(dao)成功(gong)(gong)含義的(de)多(duo)樣性、多(duo)層次性,成功(gong)(gong)意味著超(chao)越自我,超(chao)越他人,超(chao)越過(guo)去,其本質是不斷發展,不斷提高,沒有終極意義的(de)成功(gong)(gong)。成功(gong)(gong)的(de)最高境界是獲得自己爭(zheng)取成功(gong)(gong)的(de)能力。
基于這(zhe)種認識,我們確立了“成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”的(de)(de)(de)基本原則:一是教(jiao)師應承認每一個學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)都是具有無(wu)窮的(de)(de)(de)發展潛力(li)(li);二是積極為(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創造成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)機會(hui)和條件(jian),鼓勵(li)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)嘗試成(cheng)功(gong)(gong),啟動(dong)形(xing)成(cheng)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自身的(de)(de)(de)內部動(dong)力(li)(li)機制;三是成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)在勵(li)志(zhi),勵(li)志(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)核心(xin)在于全方位刺激學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)習的(de)(de)(de)興(xing)趣;四是堅持對學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實施教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)過程的(de)(de)(de)鼓勵(li)性評價(jia),及時地(di)發現(xian)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一點一滴的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)步和成(cheng)功(gong)(gong),并給予肯定;五(wu)是要(yao)十(shi)分(fen)注意和扶持學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)在非智力(li)(li)因素方面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)特長,通(tong)過個性特長的(de)(de)(de)培養,使學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)為(wei)某(mou)方面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)者(zhe)(zhe),進(jin)而為(wei)今后成(cheng)為(wei)社會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)者(zhe)(zhe)做(zuo)好基本素質的(de)(de)(de)準備。
3、開辟素(su)質(zhi)教育新領域(yu),讓學生享受成(cheng)功的喜悅。
根據該校(xiao)的生(sheng)源實際情況,該校(xiao)要在(zai)物理(li)、化學、政(zheng)治(zhi)等熱門學科與其他學校(xiao)取得公平競爭是不(bu)現實的,也不(bu)符合(he)學生(sheng)成材和(he)身心發展的規律,因此該校(xiao)制定了“另辟新徑,拓展素(su)質教育(yu)新領域,讓學生(sheng)在(zai)不(bu)同領域獲得不(bu)同程度的成功”的策(ce)略,使素(su)質教育(yu)得以全面廣泛的展開。
在教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實踐中,切(qie)實貫徹(che)該校“用愛(ai)的教育(yu)(yu)(yu)培養美(mei)的新(xin)人(ren)(ren)”的育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)模(mo)式,強(qiang)調愛(ai)心教育(yu)(yu)(yu),實施愉快教育(yu)(yu)(yu),建立和(he)諧師生(sheng)關系,讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在不斷進步(bu)中獲取成(cheng)功的樂趣,不少學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)獲得(de)巨大成(cheng)功。如2003屆(jie)的何德銳同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在高考(kao)中地理(li)單科812分,名列(lie)全廣州市地理(li)單科第一名,全省第六名(按(an)從2003年廣省高考(kao)年報公布(bu))結果;2004屆(jie)吳(wu)燕斌、盧偉(wei)林、藍志軍三位(wei)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)被(bei)重(zhong)點大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)錄取,李伯鋒同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)數學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)單科702分,居全區前(qian)35名;2005屆(jie)吳(wu)淑美(mei)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)被(bei)重(zhong)點大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)錄取,楊紹針(zhen)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)榮幸地被(bei)北京航天航空大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)錄取。高中畢業班工作質量(liang)連獲花(hua)都區二等獎,中考(kao)成(cheng)績實現新(xin)的跨(kua)越,總分均量(liang)值超過區平均,排(pai)名16位(wei),由于(yu)兩(liang)個畢業班升學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)的穩步(bu)提(ti)高,讓更(geng)多(duo)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)享受(shou)能考(kao)上(shang)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),考(kao)上(shang)重(zhong)點中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的喜悅。
一(yi)九(jiu)五六年(nian)年(nian)八月,在(zai)原(yuan)花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)第(di)三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)增設(she)(she)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)(bu),第(di)一(yi)次招收(shou)現在(zai)芙蓉鎮(zhen)和(he)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)鎮(zhen)高(gao)小畢業(ye)(ye)生兩個(ge)班(ban)。在(zai)一(yi)九(jiu)五六年(nian)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建校(xiao)(xiao)元年(nian)。一(yi)九(jiu)六九(jiu)年(nian)八月,由(you)于教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局事業(ye)(ye)發展的(de)(de)需要,在(zai)原(yuan)初(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上增設(she)(she)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)(bu)。當年(nian)招收(shou)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)畢業(ye)(ye)生四個(ge)班(ban)。成為(wei)(wei)當時(shi)(shi)(shi)縣(xian)(xian)級(ji)的(de)(de)普(pu)(pu)通完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。一(yi)九(jiu)八三年(nian),由(you)于廣(guang)州市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體制改革的(de)(de)需要。縣(xian)(xian)政府將(jiang)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),花(hua)(hua)東中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)赤坭(ni)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)(bu)改為(wei)(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),故當時(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)除了保(bao)留原(yuan)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)名外,還同時(shi)(shi)(shi)署名為(wei)(wei)花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。一(yi)九(jiu)九(jiu)四年(nian)四月,經(jing)廣(guang)州市(shi)(shi)政府辦公室批準(zhun)行(xing)文。花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)改為(wei)(wei)花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),并將(jiang)原(yuan)花(hua)(hua)東中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)“民(min)用建筑專業(ye)(ye)”,新華鎮(zhen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)“服裝設(she)(she)計專業(ye)(ye)”、“旅(lv)游(you)專業(ye)(ye)”統一(yi)劃為(wei)(wei)該(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)統一(yi)管理。花(hua)(hua)縣(xian)(xian)獅(shi)嶺(ling)(ling)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)是當時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)縣(xian)(xian)重(zhong)點職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專和(he)廣(guang)州市(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)骨干(gan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)技術教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。2000年(nian),由(you)于普(pu)(pu)及(ji)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)需要,當時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)花(hua)(hua)都市(shi)(shi)人民(min)政府批準(zhun)該(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)復辦普(pu)(pu)通高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。取消該(gai)校(xiao)(xiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)體制,成為(wei)(wei)該(gai)區的(de)(de)普(pu)(pu)通完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。
