少林(lin)(lin)武功(gong)(gong)中最精湛的絕技。本不外(wai)傳,但少林(lin)(lin)寺燒火小工(gong)、俗家弟子南宮(gong)(gong)遠卻(que)在禪(chan)師暗中指點下掌握(wo)了其中的奧秘,在三年一度的中秋比(bi)武時,用此功(gong)(gong)失手擊斃四名師兄,從而引來殺身之禍(huo)。(見柳殘陽《南宮(gong)(gong)少俠傳》)諸多(duo)武俠小說作(zuo)品中均將之稱為(wei)少林(lin)(lin)絕技,其實此功(gong)(gong)來自于少林(lin)(lin)七十二藝(yi)中的第(di)五(wu)十一藝(yi)螳螂(lang)爪。
大力金剛(gang)掌(zhang)(zhang)屬(shu)南少林六大功夫(fu)絕(jue)技之一的手上硬氣功此功內外兼(jian)修。功成后可開磚碎石(shi),用于徒手技去威(wei)力無窮。大力金剛(gang)掌(zhang)(zhang)與鐵(tie)砂(sha)掌(zhang)(zhang)有幾分相(xiang)似之處,鐵(tie)砂(sha)掌(zhang)(zhang)同(tong)樣具有開磚裂(lie)石(shi)之功。
大(da)力金剛掌分三部修習。
一、丹田內功法
自(zi)然站立,雙(shuang)腳(jiao)分開與肩同寬,雙(shuang)手(shou)自(zi)然垂故(gu)于(yu)雙(shuang)腿外側(ce),站時含(han)胸拔背,雙(shuang)目(mu)(mu)平視,全身放松,用口將體內濁氣(qi)從O中呼(hu)出(chu)三次(ci)后,雙(shuang)腳(jiao)微(wei)屈,似馬步狀雙(shuang)手(shou)呈抱(bao)球狀置于(yu)胸前(qian),掌心相對,距離約(yue)50厘米(mi),十(shi)指張開向內收.雙(shuang)肘處距身約(yue)15厘米(mi)左右做好上述(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)后,將雙(shuang)目(mu)(mu)微(wei)合(he),開始(shi)調息(xi),吸(xi)氣(qi)時存想天地方物之精(jing)氣(qi)經雙(shuang)手(shou)勞宮穴(xue)(xue)、頭頂百會(hui)穴(xue)(xue)、雙(shuang)腳(jiao)涌泉穴(xue)(xue)涌涌不斷地吸(xi)入(ru)丹(dan)(dan)(dan)田(tian)呼(hu)氣(qi)時意想氣(qi)在丹(dan)(dan)(dan)田(tian)聚集(ji)、采用順式呼(hu)吸(xi)法、一(yi)呼(hu)一(yi)吸(xi),練習(xi)30分鐘初(chu)時樁(zhuang)可(ke)站高些,隨著功(gong)(gong)力的增(zeng)加可(ke)逐漸站成低樁(zhuang)(注:此功(gong)(gong)是強化(hua)式功(gong)(gong)法。練者(zhe)于(yu)練功(gong)(gong)三天后即可(ke)體會(hui)氣(qi)感,一(yi)般(ban)勞宮穴(xue)(xue)首先發(fa)熱。而后丹(dan)(dan)(dan)田(tian)穴(xue)(xue),部分鯨功(gong)(gong)者(zhe)會(hui)出(chu)現氣(qi)機在全身各部出(chu)現氣(qi)流感,此時繼續(xu)鯨下去。氣(qi)埂可(ke)沿(yan)經緒(xu)歸行至丹(dan)(dan)(dan)田(tian),練此功(gong)(gong)時不講究(jiu)氣(qi)的運行。一(yi)般(ban)應(ying)順其自(zi)然為(wei)好)
二、金剛推山掌
通過(guo)上(shang)述內動法的修煉后,學者(zhe)可感覺氣(qi)(qi)(qi)機通暢。內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)充(chong)盈,此(ci)(ci)時(shi)可將(jiang)雙(shuang)腳分開比肩略寬。雙(shuang)膝蹲成弓步(bu),雙(shuang)目前(qian)視。舌抵(di)上(shang)腭(e),腰(yao)背(bei)挺(ting)直,雙(shuang)手握拳(quan)(quan)置于雙(shuang)側,意守丹田(tian)(tian),將(jiang)真氣(qi)(qi)(qi)調聚成氣(qi)(qi)(qi)團(tuan)后,用口呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(發嗨聲),意想(xiang)丹田(tian)(tian)之(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)向(xiang)(xiang)右掌(zhang)奔涌而(er)出。同時(shi)右掌(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)沖出,并掌(zhang)指向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)、掌(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian),這(zhe)期間應用足氣(qi)(qi)(qi)力(li),接著(zhu)閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi)3至5秒后,掌(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)外轉變成拳(quan)(quan)狀收(shou)回置于腰(yao)間,后換(huan)左掌(zhang)。練(lian)至純熟(shu)后可雙(shuang)掌(zhang)齊出、雙(shuang)掌(zhang)按地等,此(ci)(ci)功貴(gui)在練(lian)習爆(bao)發力(li)及丹田(tian)(tian)內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的運行,有條件(jian)者(zhe)亦(yi)可以(yi)掌(zhang)擊打砂袋,砂袋重量從25公(gong)斤起(qi)逐漸增至乃公(gong)斤為度。
三、金剛臍碑手
此功(gong)(gong)(gong)即(ji)外(wai)家鐵砂掌練(lian)(lian)法(fa)(fa),練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)置砂袋于(yu)凳上(shang)(砂袋內(nei)裝(zhuang)鐵砂),作(zuo)馬(ma)步站立,以雙(shuang)手黨的(de)流擊(ji)打砂袋,每次力(li)盡而(er)止,,運氣法(fa)(fa)見金剛推山掌一式,每次練(lian)(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)完畢之后(hou)應輔以用醋(cu)方(fang)洗手,方(fang)可使(shi)之事半功(gong)(gong)(gong)倍(bei)具體洗手方(fang)是:取生銹的(de)鐵釘或鐵塊5公斤將(jiang)(jiang)其浸在醋(cu)中(zhong)一星期后(hou),將(jiang)(jiang)鐵釘等取出,例入少量烈性酒即(ji)成醋(cu)方(fang)。鯨功(gong)(gong)(gong)畢后(hou),將(jiang)(jiang)雙(shuang)手放在盆中(zhong)浸洗,藥(yao)(yao)水以溫熱為佳(此法(fa)(fa)是一種比較經濟的(de)簡便洗水方(fang)),學者(zhe)切莫(mo)花費財力(li)去(qu)購買貴(gui)重的(de)藥(yao)(yao)方(fang)因功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫(fu)貴(gui)在勤(qin)學苦(ku)練(lian)(lian),高深的(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫(fu)還取決于(yu)人的(de)悟性
后由八寶門推出新大力金(jin)剛掌,共十二式,練(lian)成伸手后可劈(pi)磚斷(duan)石。
1、蹲星伏虎
①面南背北直(zhi)身(shen)(shen)站(zhan)立,兩(liang)(liang)腿橫開與肩同(tong)寬(kuan),兩(liang)(liang)腳平(ping)直(zhi),腳尖稍(shao)里扣,雙手(shou)(shou)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)垂于(yu)兩(liang)(liang)大(da)腿外(wai)側,掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui),掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)朝下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia),下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)頦微收,百(bai)會上頂(ding),揚眉怒目,眼(yan)視正前(qian)(qian)方(fang)。氣沉(chen)丹田,精神飽滿。按順(shun)呼吸(xi)(xi)(xi)法(fa),鼻吸(xi)(xi)(xi)鼻呼。意(yi)念(nian)集中于(yu)臍(qi)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)丹田處;②按上式站(zhan)立1分(fen)鐘(zhong)(zhong)之后(hou),雙手(shou)(shou)由兩(liang)(liang)大(da)腿外(wai)側向前(qian)(qian)緩慢(man)(man)(man)提(ti)起(qi)與肩同(tong)高,掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui),掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)朝前(qian)(qian)。隨后(hou)兩(liang)(liang)膝(xi)慢(man)(man)(man)慢(man)(man)(man)屈曲下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)蹲,樁的高矮(ai)可根據各人的具體情(qing)況而(er)定,膝(xi)蓋不要超過腳尖。與此(ci)同(tong)時(shi),兩(liang)(liang)手(shou)(shou)平(ping)行下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)落至于(yu)雙乳平(ping)齊,兩(liang)(liang)小臂相(xiang)(xiang)平(ping)行,間(jian)距2尺(chi)許,肘尖向后(hou),肘尖與肋下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)相(xiang)(xiang)距約(yue)兩(liang)(liang)拳左(zuo)右,手(shou)(shou)指(zhi)(zhi)自然(ran)伸直(zhi)張開,掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)相(xiang)(xiang)照(zhao),掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)(zhi)朝前(qian)(qian),身(shen)(shen)軀正直(zhi),臀(tun)部內(nei)(nei)斂,重心(xin)落于(yu)兩(liang)(liang)腳足心(xin)涌泉(quan)穴(xue)連線之中點上。全身(shen)(shen)肌肉,關節(jie)放松,呼吸(xi)(xi)(xi)柔和自然(ran),不須要意(yi)守;③按上述方(fang)法(fa)練功15~~60分(fen)鐘(zhong)(zhong)后(hou),兩(liang)(liang)膝(xi)慢(man)(man)(man)慢(man)(man)(man)站(zhan)直(zhi),雙手(shou)(shou)回收垂直(zhi)貼放于(yu)兩(liang)(liang)腿內(nei)(nei)側,約(yue)1分(fen)鐘(zhong)(zhong)后(hou),兩(liang)(liang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)互相(xiang)(xiang)搓擦至熱,以掌(zhang)(zhang)輕輕揩擦顏(yan)面部20余次。
練(lian)(lian)(lian)習本式時(shi)(shi),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)隨意言(yan)談,也(ye)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)看電影、電視(shi)或聽(ting)音(yin)樂(le)。呼吸柔(rou)和自然,不順任何意守。練(lian)(lian)(lian)功從每(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)5分(fen)鐘(zhong)開始,以(yi)(yi)(yi)后每(mei)(mei)周增加5分(fen)鐘(zhong)的(de)練(lian)(lian)(lian)功時(shi)(shi)間。初時(shi)(shi)感覺雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腿(tui)及雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)臂(bei)(bei)酸脹、困乏,繼之兩腿(tui)還會(hui)(hui)出現(xian)顫抖現(xian)象,此時(shi)(shi)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)調高樁(zhuang)式休息片(pian)刻再(zai)(zai)進行練(lian)(lian)(lian)習。如能堅持(chi)練(lian)(lian)(lian)至(zhi)每(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)站(zhan)樁(zhuang)15分(fen)鐘(zhong)以(yi)(yi)(yi)上者,于每(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)練(lian)(lian)(lian)功時(shi)(shi),即可(ke)感到腹(fu)部首先發熱(re),須臾(yu)延至(zhi)腰背(bei)、胸、頭面、雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou),最后雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腿(tui)及雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)足赤(chi)漸次(ci)(ci)發熱(re),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)與雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)足有明顯的(de)麻(ma)、酸、脹、熱(re)的(de)感覺。堅持(chi)站(zhan)樁(zhuang)至(zhi)60天以(yi)(yi)(yi)上時(shi)(shi),于每(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)站(zhan)樁(zhuang)時(shi)(shi)即感覺體內(nei)的(de)內(nei)氣下注(zhu)兩腿(tui)達(da)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)足涌泉穴,又由(you)腳(jiao)心返(fan)行至(zhi)丹田(tian),再(zai)(zai)向(xiang)下行經會(hui)(hui)陰穴,過(guo)尾閭(lv),沿督脈經頭頂(ding)百會(hui)(hui)穴,再(zai)(zai)下行過(guo)承漿(jiang)至(zhi)腹(fu)中穴,又分(fen)為兩股熱(re)流(liu)過(guo)液(ye)下沿手(shou)臂(bei)(bei)內(nei)側(ce)注(zhu)入雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌心勞(lao)宮穴,并直透十指尖過(guo)手(shou)背(bei)返(fan)回降至(zhi)丹田(tian)處。
如此(ci)反復練習(xi)(xi),直至每次站樁內氣注入雙掌即出現掌心發熱(re),十(shi)指有強熱(re)的(de)觸電感覺時,便(bian)可開始練習(xi)(xi)下式。
2、力按千斤
①兩腳橫開比肩(jian)略寬(kuan),兩腳平直(zhi)(zhi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)足尖稍里(li)扣(kou),頸項豎直(zhi)(zhi),百會上(shang)頂(ding),沉(chen)肩(jian)松(song)胯,下(xia)頦微收(shou),口微閉,舌(she)尖緊舐上(shang)腭,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)目凝視正前方。兩手(shou)(shou)下(xia)垂(chui)分別置于兩大腿(tui)外(wai)(wai)側(ce)(ce),肘關節(jie)微曲,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)稍微外(wai)(wai)撐,掌(zhang)心向下(xia),十指朝前。采用(yong)逆(ni)式(shi)呼(hu)吸(xi),意念輕守丹(dan)田(tian)。②以鼻吸(xi)氣(qi),并(bing)收(shou)提肛(gang)(gang)門(men)(men)及睪(gao)丸(wan);然后,以鼻呼(hu)氣(qi),意領丹(dan)田(tian)內(nei)氣(qi)上(shang)升(sheng)至(zhi)(zhi)分膻(shan)中穴(xue),并(bing)分作兩股經(jing)兩腋下(xia)沿(yan)手(shou)(shou)臂內(nei)側(ce)(ce)向雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)心貫氣(qi),同時放松(song)肛(gang)(gang)門(men)(men)和睪(gao)丸(wan)。十趾抓地,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)用(yong)暗勁(jing)下(xia)按,十指上(shang)翹,全(quan)(quan)身之氣(qi)力集中于雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)。吸(xi)氣(qi)時,全(quan)(quan)身肌肉(rou)放松(song)(除收(shou)縮(suo)睪(gao)丸(wan)及肛(gang)(gang)門(men)(men)外(wai)(wai))意念內(nei)氣(qi)從手(shou)(shou)臂外(wai)(wai)側(ce)(ce)上(shang)升(sheng)至(zhi)(zhi)頭部返歸丹(dan)田(tian)。此式(shi)共做49次(ci)。
3、猛虎推山
接上(shang)式,按逆(ni)式呼吸(xi)(xi)靜立調息1分鐘后,吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)(shuang)手同時向(xiang)后、向(xiang)上(shang)劃(hua)弧至兩肩(jian)前(qian)(qian),十指向(xiang)上(shang),掌心向(xiang)前(qian)(qian),同時,收提(ti)肛(gang)門(men)和(he)睪丸(wan),然后呼氣(qi)(qi),十趾(zhi)猛(meng)抓地,全身(shen)之(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)力集中在雙(shuang)(shuang)手上(shang),雙(shuang)(shuang)掌如推千斤重物(wu)向(xiang)前(qian)(qian)緩慢推出,意念內氣(qi)(qi)從雙(shuang)(shuang)掌心及十指尖奔(ben)瀉而出,呼氣(qi)(qi)時全身(shen)緊張,松肛(gang),松睪丸(wan)。吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時雙(shuang)(shuang)手回收并(bing)向(xiang)右、向(xiang)上(shang)劃(hua)弧轉圈于肩(jian)前(qian)(qian),呼氣(qi)(qi)時雙(shuang)(shuang)掌推出。如此反復共做(zuo)49次。
4、鳳凰展翅
接上式(shi),采用逆式(shi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),鼻(bi)呼(hu)(hu)鼻(bi)吸(xi)。吸(xi)氣時雙手(shou)小臂分(fen)別向左右兩(liang)側抬起.肘尖向下(xia),沉肩挺(ting)胸,雙掌高與肩平齊,掌心分(fen)向左右,手(shou)掌稍(shao)下(xia)墜,腕關節向背(bei)側凸(tu)起,同時收提肛(gang)門及睪丸,然后十趾抓(zhua)地,雙手(shou)如推(tui)千(qian)斤(jin)重(zhong)物用力向外推(tui)去,意念內氣從丹田上升(sheng)至膻(shan)中穴,再分(fen)向兩(liang)肩腋下(xia)沿手(shou)臂內側向十指及掌心奔瀉(xie)。呼(hu)(hu)氣時全(quan)身放(fang)松,松肛(gang)、松睪丸,雙手(shou)收回如原來姿(zi)勢,意領內氣從手(shou)臂外側上升(sheng)過頭(tou)部返回丹田。共做49次。
5、海底撈沙
接(jie)上式,采用(yong)順式呼(hu)吸(xi),鼻呼(hu)鼻吸(xi)。吸(xi)氣(qi)時雙(shuang)臂下垂(chui)置于腹前,肘(zhou)關節略外(wai)撐,雙(shuang)手(shou)握拳,拳面相對,拳心(xin)向下,意(yi)守丹(dan)田(tian).呼(hu)氣(qi)時,慢慢彎腰,雙(shuang)拳變掌,掌心(xin)向下,掌指相對,隨身體向下按壓,同(tong)時放松肛門,睪丸,至雙(shuang)掌心(xin)觸地時,氣(qi)剛(gang)好呼(hu)盡,意(yi)念內氣(qi)全(quan)部(bu)貫(guan)注入雙(shuang)掌,然后(hou)雙(shuang)掌變拳,如持千斤重物(wu)緩(huan)慢上提(ti)(ti),上身徐(xu)(xu)徐(xu)(xu)直(zhi)腰,同(tong)時吸(xi)氣(qi),提(ti)(ti)肛,手(shou)睪丸,意(yi)念內氣(qi)從(cong)雙(shuang)掌返回丹(dan)田(tian)。共做49次。
6、攀星拿月
接上(shang)(shang)式,采用(yong)逆呼(hu)吸(xi)法(fa),鼻(bi)呼(hu)鼻(bi)吸(xi),吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)如托(tuo)千(qian)斤重(zhong)物(wu)緩(huan)緩(huan)上(shang)(shang)舉過頭,掌(zhang)(zhang)指朝(chao)后(hou),掌(zhang)(zhang)心向上(shang)(shang),目視雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang),意念內氣(qi)(qi)全(quan)部上(shang)(shang)注雙(shuang)手(shou),同時(shi),十(shi)趾(zhi)抓地,收提肛門及睪(gao)丸。于吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)末時(shi),喉(hou)頭配合吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)動作吞入(ru)一口氣(qi)(qi),然后(hou)閉氣(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)變拳,雙(shuang)拳攢緊如拉扯千(qian)斤重(zhong)物(wu)徐(xu)徐(xu)下拉至雙(shuang)側肩前。呼(hu)氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)全(quan)身放(fang)松(song)(song),松(song)(song)肛,松(song)(song)睪(gao)丸雙(shuang)拳,意領內氣(qi)(qi)回歸丹(dan)田。如此(ci)反復做49次。
7、鐵牛耕地
①雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手平行(xing)撐地,掌心(xin)(xin)(xin)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)觸及(ji)地面(mian),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手間(jian)與(yu)肩同(tong)寬,兩手臂伸直(zhi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腳拼(pin)攏(long)伸直(zhi),以腳趾尖著地,腰(yao)胯盡(jin)量向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)方(fang)弓(gong)挫(cuo),臀部(bu)(bu)(bu)凸起(qi)(qi),腹部(bu)(bu)(bu)內收。采用順呼(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)法(fa),鼻呼(hu)(hu)(hu)鼻吸(xi)(xi),精神(shen)內斂(lian),注意(yi)力(li)集中于雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手掌心(xin)(xin)(xin)勞宮穴(xue)上(shang)。②均(jun)勻(yun)深長的(de)吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)一(yi)口(kou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),于吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)末時(shi),以喉頭(tou)配合吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)動作(zuo)(zuo)吞入(ru)一(yi)口(kou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),并以意(yi)導氣(qi)(qi)(qi)慢慢下(xia)沉至(zhi)丹(dan)(dan)田,然后(hou)閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手肘關節屈(qu)曲,全(quan)身(shen)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian),向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)探,以頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)(bu)接近地面(mian)而(er)又(you)未觸及(ji)地面(mian)為宜,隨之(zhi)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)足后(hou)蹬助(zhu)力(li),同(tong)時(shi)身(shen)體(ti)塌腰(yao)并繼續向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian),向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)依次以胸(xiong)、腹、胯等部(bu)(bu)(bu)位略近地面(mian)一(yi)滑(hua)而(er)過。在(zai)身(shen)體(ti)下(xia)探運動的(de)同(tong)時(shi),以鼻腔均(jun)勻(yun)地噴(pen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),收提(ti)肛門及(ji)睪丸(wan),平以意(yi)導引內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)從下(xia)丹(dan)(dan)田上(shang)升至(zhi)中丹(dan)(dan)田經(jing)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腋下(xia),沿雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手臂內側(ce)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)貫注輸(shu)入(ru)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手掌心(xin)(xin)(xin)勞宮穴(xue)。③吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),同(tong)時(shi)頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)(bu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)抬起(qi)(qi),直(zhi)臂挺胸(xiong),腰(yao)胯部(bu)(bu)(bu)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)弓(gong)挫(cuo),臀部(bu)(bu)(bu)凸起(qi)(qi),全(quan)身(shen)赤隨之(zhi)后(hou)挫(cuo),恢復原來姿勢,松肛,松睪丸(wan),并意(yi)念內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)從手臂外側(ce)返回丹(dan)(dan)田。如此(ci)前(qian)探后(hou)挫(cuo),循環往復,力(li)盡(jin)為止。在(zai)練習當中,注意(yi)動作(zuo)(zuo)要與(yu)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)緊密(mi)配合,不(bu)要太(tai)慢或太(tai)快,動作(zuo)(zuo)須(xu)連貫協(xie)調,中間(jian)不(bu)可(ke)停頓。初習此(ci)式十(shi)余次時(shi),即覺(jue)力(li)疲氣(qi)(qi)(qi)涌,頭(tou)脹腰(yao)酸。但(dan)行(xing)之(zhi)即久,次數可(ke)逐日增(zeng)加,至(zhi)每次行(xing)功(gong)百(bai)余次而(er)力(li)不(bu)乏氣(qi)(qi)(qi)不(bu)涌時(shi),再(zai)將雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腳位置(zhi)逐漸墊高(gao),又(you)逾百(bai)余次后(hou),方(fang)以10公斤的(de)石塊置(zhi)于背上(shang)縛固,如法(fa)行(xing)動,俟背上(shang)石塊增(zeng)至(zhi)50公斤仍可(ke)行(xing)功(gong)逾越50次以上(shang)方(fang)止。
8、神氣掌
將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)燭(zhu)一(yi)支點(dian)燃,置于(yu)桌上(shang)(shang)(shang)立(li)穩,練(lian)(lian)功者馬步站立(li)與蠟(la)燭(zhu)相距(ju)1米(mi)遠,頭頸正直,雙手(shou)抱拳(quan)于(yu)兩腰(yao)際上(shang)(shang)(shang)。雙目平視蠟(la)燭(zhu),接逆(ni)式呼(hu)吸,以(yi)(yi)鼻吸氣(qi)(qi),收(shou)提(ti)肛(gang)門(men)及睪丸,然后將(jiang)(jiang)右(you)拳(quan)變掌(zhang),向前直立(li)掌(zhang)推出(圖(tu)134),同時(shi)以(yi)(yi)鼻噴氣(qi)(qi),以(yi)(yi)意(yi)導引丹田(tian)內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)升膻中(zhong)穴經腋下(xia),沿手(shou)臂內(nei)側下(xia)注右(you)掌(zhang)心,并從右(you)掌(zhang)心勞宮穴穿透而出,同時(shi)放松(song)肛(gang)門(men)及睪丸。吸氣(qi)(qi)時(shi),手(shou)臂回收(shou),以(yi)(yi)意(yi)領氣(qi)(qi)從手(shou)臂外側上(shang)(shang)(shang)升頭部返歸丹田(tian)。練(lian)(lian)至右(you)手(shou)發(fa)酸,發(fa)脹(zhang)時(shi),則換以(yi)(yi)左掌(zhang)如(ru)法習(xi)之。待到一(yi)舉手(shou)發(fa)掌(zhang)即可將(jiang)(jiang)桌上(shang)(shang)(shang)點(dian)燃之蠟(la)燭(zhu)擊(ji)滅之后,在距(ju)蠟(la)燭(zhu)2米(mi)擊(ji)掌(zhang),又俟(si)能將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)燭(zhu)燈(deng)擊(ji)滅后,再(zai)距(ju)蠟(la)燭(zhu)燈(deng)3米(mi)、4米(mi)、5米(mi)處發(fa)掌(zhang)幾擊(ji)燈(deng),如(ru)在距(ju)燈(deng)5米(mi)外仍可將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)燭(zhu)燈(deng)擊(ji)滅,則大力金剛(gang)掌(zhang)之內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)神力初其,即可操練(lian)(lian)下(xia)式。
9、如來手式
以(yi)兩張(zhang)長,寬各50厘米的砂紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)置于桌上(shang),雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌貼放于桌面砂紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)。采用(yong)順(shun)式(shi)呼吸,鼻呼鼻吸。用(yong)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌面和雙(shuang)(shuang)掌小指側擊(ji)打紗紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),擊(ji)打時(shi)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)不(bu)動(dong)(dong),以(yi)手(shou)(shou)腕帶動(dong)(dong)手(shou)(shou)掌擊(ji)打,同時(shi)呼氣,并(bing)以(yi)意領氣貫(guan)達雙(shuang)(shuang)掌,收(shou)提(ti)肛門和睪丸(wan)。收(shou)掌時(shi)吸氣,并(bing)以(yi)意領回歸丹田,放松肛門、睪丸(wan)。每日(ri)將紗紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)打至破爛穿洞時(shi),次日(ri)另更以(yi)新紗紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)擊(ji)打。
10、金剛排上
①直身(shen)站(zhan)立,面對墻(qiang)壁,身(shen)體與(yu)墻(qiang)壁的間距為自身(shen)肩關(guan)節(jie)(jie)至腕關(guan)節(jie)(jie)長(chang),雙(shuang)(shuang)足橫開與(yu)肩同寬,兩腳平直腳尖稍里扣,百會上頂(ding),口微(wei)閉,雙(shuang)(shuang)手略曲(qu)臂前(qian)伸,以(yi)掌(zhang)指(zhi)抵住墻(qiang)壁,腕關(guan)節(jie)(jie)與(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)乳(ru)平直,雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)十(shi)指(zhi)自然伸張,掌(zhang)心向下,掌(zhang)指(zhi)朝前(qian),雙(shuang)(shuang)目怒視雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)之(zhi)(zhi)間墻(qiang)壁②行(xing)順(shun)式呼吸(xi),鼻呼鼻吸(xi)。意守丹田內氣發動之(zhi)(zhi)后,以(yi)鼻猛(meng)吸(xi)一口氣,然后以(yi)鼻腔猛(meng)地噴氣,同時收(shou)提肛門以(yi)睪(gao)丸,十(shi)趾(zhi)抓地,并以(yi)肩關(guan)節(jie)(jie)帶動肘關(guan)節(jie)(jie)在催動雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)用掌(zhang)
根向墻壁平行擊(ji)打。在擊(ji)打的同(tong)時(shi),雙掌(zhang)前仰,手指彎曲(qu)成鷹(ying)爪狀,意(yi)念內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)從丹田上升至(zhi)膻(shan)中(zhong)穴再(zai)分向雙腋下(xia),沿(yan)手臂(bei)內(nei)側貫注入雙掌(zhang)后(hou)溪穴和勞宮穴.③吸氣(qi)(qi)時(shi),全身放松,松肛(gang),松睪丸,意(yi)領(ling)雙掌(zhang)之(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)回歸(gui)丹田.此式練(lian)習(xi)(xi)時(shi),務必遵循先輕后(hou)重,先慢后(hou)快的原則(ze),每次練(lian)習(xi)(xi)時(shi)以(yi)(yi)雙掌(zhang)根部發熱(re)疼痛為止.尚有一練(lian)法,是以(yi)(yi)黑(hei)狗皮兩張(zhang),均如碗口(kou)大小,懸(xuan)掛(gua)于墻上,有毛面貼向墻,以(yi)(yi)雙掌(zhang)頻(pin)頻(pin)擊(ji)之(zhi).無狗皮亦(yi)可以(yi)(yi)紗(sha)紙(zhi)兩張(zhang)掛(gua)于墻上,如法習(xi)(xi)之(zhi),直至(zhi)紗(sha)紙(zhi)破爛穿洞時(shi),則(ze)另易以(yi)(yi)新紗(sha)紙(zhi)練(lian)習(xi)(xi).
11、達摩拂袖
先備好一(yi)(yi)個長、寬各60厘米大的正方形砂袋,砂袋內(nei)充填以(yi)3/5的細鐵砂,2/5的綠豆和花椒(jiao)(綠豆和花椒(jiao)各為1/5),置(zhi)放(fang)于(yu)一(yi)(yi)張(zhang)堅固的木凳上。
①練(lian)功時,馬(ma)步站立(li)于(yu)距(ju)木凳1尺(chi)遠的地方,兩手(shou)(shou)握拳抱于(yu)腰間(jian),采用順(shun)式呼(hu)吸(xi),鼻吸(xi)口(kou)(kou)呼(hu)。先練(lian)右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou),后(hou)練(lian)左手(shou)(shou).以鼻吸(xi)氣(qi),于(yu)吸(xi)氣(qi)末時,隨之閉氣(qi),上身右(you)(you)(you)(you)轉,右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)向后(hou)平(ping)直甩臂(bei),右(you)(you)(you)(you)拳變(bian)掌(zhang)。②上動不停,上身向左擰腰旋轉,右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)繼續(xu)向上。向前(qian)、向下(xia)以掌(zhang)面(mian)拍打砂袋,掌(zhang)心朝(chao)下(xia),掌(zhang)指朝(chao)前(qian),同(tong)時,以口(kou)(kou)“哈”地發(fa)聲助(zhu)力,收提肛門、睪丸,十(shi)趾抓地,意領丹田(tian)內氣(qi)上升(sheng)膻中穴并經有腋下(xia),沿右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)內側下(xia)注右(you)(you)(you)(you)掌(zhang),全身氣(qi)力集中在(zai)右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)面(mian)上。此為順(shun)甩式。
③接上(shang)(shang)式,以(yi)鼻吸氣(qi),全身(shen)放(fang)松,松肛,松睪丸,以(yi)意將右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)上(shang)(shang)的氣(qi)導引回丹田。同時(shi)(shi),上(shang)(shang)身(shen)向(xiang)左旋(xuan)轉,右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)直(zhi)臂(bei)向(xiang)左,向(xiang)后(hou)甩(shuai)臂(bei)。④上(shang)(shang)動(dong)不停(ting),上(shang)(shang)身(shen)向(xiang)右(you)擰腰旋(xuan)轉,右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)繼續向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)、向(xiang)下以(yi)右(you)掌(zhang)背擊打(da)砂袋,同時(shi)(shi),以(yi)口“哈”地發(fa)聲助力,并(bing)收提肛門和睪丸。十(shi)趾抓地,意領內(nei)氣(qi)從丹田上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)至(zhi)膻中穴,再經右(you)腋下沿手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)內(nei)側下注右(you)掌(zhang),全身(shen)集中在右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)背上(shang)(shang)。此(ci)為反(fan)甩(shuai)式。如此(ci)由輕至(zhi)重,由慢到快地反(fan)復(fu)順(shun)、反(fan)甩(shuai)打(da)至(zhi)右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)發(fa)熱、發(fa)紅(hong),并(bing)覺(jue)疼痛難忍(ren)時(shi)(shi)即可(ke)停(ting)止。然(ran)后(hou)可(ke)易以(yi)左掌(zhang)如法習之(zhi)。每日(ri)寅(yin)時(shi)(shi)練(lian)功,多練(lian)赤可(ke)。練(lian)功畢,必須用外(wai)洗藥水洗手(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)。
12、金剛砍柴
接上(shang)式,方法(fa)與(yu)上(shang)同(tong),唯擊打(da)的部(bu)位是掌(zhang)的小(xiao)指側和拇指側。順甩時以小(xiao)指側擊打(da)砂(sha)袋,反甩時,以拇指側擊打(da)砂(sha)袋,循環(huan)往(wang)復(fu),左右手輪換打(da)擊。練(lian)畢(bi),仍(reng)以藥水(shui)洗手。如此勤練(lian)5年后,再將砂(sha)袋內藥物倒出,裝(zhuang)入尖細的鐵砂(sha),依(yi)法(fa)操練(lian)3年,則金剛(gang)掌(zhang)功夫乃(nai)成。
1.如果練(lian)丹田功(gong)法(fa)出(chu)現內氣散亂(luan)。可(ke)盤膝打坐。以第一式(shi)的調(diao)氣法(fa),將內氣歸(gui)引入丹田丁一般練(lian)功(gong)者可(ke)在3至6個月后(hou)自然(ran)打通小周天(tian)。
2.有病(bing)者不可修習(xi)(xi)第三(san)式(shi),因此式(shi)損(sun)耗真氣較大,應(ying)待病(bing)愈(yu)之后方可習(xi)(xi)之老年人僅練習(xi)(xi)第一(yi)式(shi)就可起到養生(sheng)之目的。
此功(gong)夫來自于少林(lin)七十(shi)二(er)藝中的第(di)五十(shi)一藝螳(tang)螂(lang)爪,螳(tang)螂(lang)爪又名叫(jiao)做大力(li)金剛手。是少林(lin)七十(shi)二(er)藝中的硬功(gong)外壯法(fa),屬陽剛之(zhi)勁,兼陰柔之(zhi)勁路。是專練人身掌(zhang)部的功(gong)夫。
螳螂爪(大力金(jin)剛手(shou))功夫在(zai)少(shao)林武術(shu)技(ji)擊中,起著(zhu)重要作用,此(ci)功練成后(hou),如與敵搏(bo)斗。
劈敵則傷其筋骨和內(nei)部臟腑。此功(gong)夫少(shao)林(lin)寺歷代(dai)(dai)武僧(seng)習者俱多,如隋代(dai)(dai)子升(sheng),唐代(dai)(dai)靈(ling)隱,宋代(dai)(dai)洪(hong)溫,元代(dai)(dai)智聚,明代(dai)(dai)玄敬,清代(dai)(dai)靜樂等高僧(seng),皆對此術有較深的造詣。
