金牛(niu)谷生態農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)觀光園(yuan),位于乳山(shan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)午極鎮午極村(cun)北郊。總投(tou)資約(yue)2.8億元人民幣,占(zhan)地約(yue)3000余畝,以打造“膠東藍(lan)(lan)(lan)莓第一(yi)園(yuan)”定位,以發(fa)展(zhan)休(xiu)閑(xian)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游、現代農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)為(wei)(wei)重點(dian),著力建設(she)集農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)生產(chan)、科技(ji)示范、休(xiu)閑(xian)娛(yu)樂(le)、旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游度(du)(du)假、環境保護于一(yi)體的(de)綜合(he)(he)開發(fa)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)。目(mu)(mu)前,園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)已投(tou)資1.2億元,栽植(zhi)各類(lei)樹(shu)木1.8萬棵、藍(lan)(lan)(lan)莓850畝、樹(shu)莓50畝、茶葉100畝,其它(ta)果樹(shu)400畝,完成了園(yuan)區(qu)(qu)道路、綠化工(gong)(gong)程、餐飲(yin)住(zhu)宿(su)、沼氣、水電(dian)配套等(deng)(deng)基礎設(she)施(shi),搭建了滑草、滑索等(deng)(deng)游樂(le)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),開工(gong)(gong)建設(she)了農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)采摘(zhai)(zhai)園(yuan)、生態餐廳、婚慶(qing)長廊、四(si)合(he)(he)院、木制別(bie)墅(shu)等(deng)(deng)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)。2014年期間,景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)圍繞(rao)融(rong)資創新、農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游等(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)作進行了積極探索,與省農(nong)(nong)(nong)信(xin)社合(he)(he)作,成功(gong)舉(ju)辦了首屆藍(lan)(lan)(lan)莓產(chan)業(ye)文化節,將農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游與鄉(xiang)村(cun)休(xiu)閑(xian)有機結(jie)合(he)(he),實(shi)現了旅(lv)(lv)(lv)游與農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)融(rong)合(he)(he)發(fa)展(zhan)。景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)大(da)力發(fa)展(zhan)種植(zhi)業(ye)和(he)(he)養(yang)殖(zhi)業(ye),尤其重視藍(lan)(lan)(lan)莓和(he)(he)禽類(lei)、畜類(lei)的(de)銷售。每(mei)年6-7月(yue)是(shi)藍(lan)(lan)(lan)莓的(de)采摘(zhai)(zhai)期,我們(men)一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)推出游客采摘(zhai)(zhai)活(huo)動(dong)另一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)按照市(shi)(shi)(shi)場價售賣,不僅提升了景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)的(de)知名度(du)(du)也(ye)為(wei)(wei)公司創造了利潤。我們(men)的(de)禽類(lei)和(he)(he)畜類(lei)采用(yong)的(de)是(shi)傳統養(yang)殖(zhi)方(fang)(fang)式,營養(yang)價值(zhi)高,口感(gan)獨(du)特,一(yi)經推向(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)場,即受到顧客的(de)好評。景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)后期會加大(da)對農(nong)(nong)(nong)副(fu)產(chan)品(pin)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)包裝、推廣,使(shi)“金牛(niu)谷牌(pai)”產(chan)品(pin)能(neng)多(duo)(duo)多(duo)(duo)的(de)走向(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)場。
