“紅(hong)木(mu)(mu)文博城”項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設用地(di)497.2畝(mu),計(ji)劃投資50億人(ren)民幣,分為(wei)五(wu)期(qi)(qi)建(jian)設。其中(zhong),一期(qi)(qi)項(xiang)目(mu)“紅(hong)木(mu)(mu)精(jing)品(pin)展(zhan)館”,占地(di)61畝(mu)、建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積8.8萬(wan)(wan)平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),已建(jian)成并投入使(shi)用;二期(qi)(qi)項(xiang)目(mu)“紅(hong)木(mu)(mu)藝術園(yuan)”,占地(di)120畝(mu)、建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積18萬(wan)(wan)平(ping)方(fang)米(mi),已全面(mian)對(dui)外開放;后續項(xiang)目(mu)藝術家創作園(yuan)區、精(jing)品(pin)紅(hong)木(mu)(mu)陳列館、紅(hong)木(mu)(mu)家具研(yan)發中(zhong)心、紅(hong)木(mu)(mu)休(xiu)閑旅(lv)游中(zhong)心和(he)五(wu)星級(ji)的紅(hong)木(mu)(mu)山莊(zhuang)等三、四、五(wu)期(qi)(qi)項(xiang)目(mu)正在(zai)實施規(gui)劃設計(ji)中(zhong)。
