馬(ma)(ma)馬(ma)(ma)崖一級(ji)(ji)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)為北盤(pan)江(jiang)干流(liu)(茅口以下)規(gui)劃梯(ti)級(ji)(ji)的第二級(ji)(ji),屬二等(deng)大(2)型工(gong)程(cheng),樞(shu)紐工(gong)程(cheng)由碾壓混(hun)凝土重(zhong)力壩、壩身開敞(chang)式溢(yi)流(liu)表孔、壩身放空(kong)底孔、左岸引水(shui)(shui)系統及左岸地下廠(chang)房等(deng)主要(yao)建筑物組(zu)(zu)成。工(gong)程(cheng)任務(wu)以發電(dian)(dian)為主,航運次之。壩址(zhi)控制流(liu)域(yu)面積16068平方(fang)公(gong)里(li),多年(nian)平均流(liu)量(liang)(liang)307立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒。水(shui)(shui)庫正常蓄水(shui)(shui)位585m,相應(ying)庫容(rong)1.365億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),死水(shui)(shui)位580m,調(diao)節庫容(rong) 0.731億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),水(shui)(shui)庫具有日調(diao)節性(xing)能。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量(liang)(liang)558MW,安裝(zhuang)三臺單機容(rong)量(liang)(liang)為180MW的水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發電(dian)(dian)機組(zu)(zu)和一臺容(rong)量(liang)(liang)18MW的生態流(liu)量(liang)(liang)機組(zu)(zu),電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)保證出力97MW,年(nian)利用小時(shi)2797h,年(nian)發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)15.61億kW·h。
地理交通
(1)對外交通條件(jian)
馬馬崖一級(ji)(ji)水電(dian)站(zhan)距(ju)貴陽市公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)程207km,距(ju)六(liu)盤水市203km,距(ju)興義市140km。電(dian)站(zhan)附(fu)近現有(you)S210省(sheng)道(dao)及貴昆(kun)(kun)和南昆(kun)(kun)二條鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)通(tong)過,對(dui)外交通(tong)十分便利,鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)運輸物(wu)資(zi)轉運站(zhan)可設在(zai)較近的(de)(de)貴昆(kun)(kun)線上的(de)(de)么鋪(pu)站(zhan)和南昆(kun)(kun)線上的(de)(de)頂(ding)效(xiao)站(zhan)。壩址左(zuo)岸尖(jian)山目前(qian)有(you)修筑到花江鎮的(de)(de)三級(ji)(ji)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)程約(yue)17km;壩址右岸目前(qian)興仁縣從S309省(sheng)道(dao)接口至岔(cha)路(lu)(lu)(lu)口,岔(cha)路(lu)(lu)(lu)口—新(xin)(xin)馬場鄉為四級(ji)(ji)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)程約(yue)14km,新(xin)(xin)馬場到補朗有(you)鄉村(cun)簡易公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu),公(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)里(li)程約(yue)18km。
(2)場內交通條件
工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程場(chang)內(nei)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)以左、右岸干(gan)線公路為主(zhu),以大(da)壩、引水系(xi)統和廠房等主(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的開挖出(chu)渣、壩體混凝土(tu)澆筑通(tong)(tong)道為交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)主(zhu)線,石(shi)料(liao)場(chang)開采及(ji)毛(mao)料(liao)的運輸以及(ji)主(zhu)要(yao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠與(yu)主(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的銜接為交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)輔線進行場(chang)內(nei)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)道路布置(zhi)(zhi),其余部位(wei)根據施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面需要(yao)由(you)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)主(zhu)線接支線布置(zhi)(zhi),左、右岸交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)過上游(you)(you)臨(lin)時橋和下(xia)游(you)(you)永(yong)久(jiu)橋連接,使整個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)形(xing)成(cheng)一個封閉的環行系(xi)統,場(chang)內(nei)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)已形(xing)成(cheng),下(xia)游(you)(you)永(yong)久(jiu)大(da)橋已通(tong)(tong)車。
左(zuo)岸干線公(gong)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)9.6km,混凝土路(lu)(lu)面(mian);右岸干線公(gong)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)4.6km,碎石泥結石路(lu)(lu)面(mian);永久跨河橋在(zai)(zai)壩(ba)軸(zhou)(zhou)線下游(you)約980m處,跨度134m,橋面(mian)高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)555m,雙向(xiang)行車;上游(you)臨時(shi)橋橋面(mian)高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)561m,橋長(chang)142m,在(zai)(zai)壩(ba)軸(zhou)(zhou)線上游(you)640m,目前正在(zai)(zai)建設。
電站建設
馬(ma)(ma)(ma)馬(ma)(ma)(ma)崖(ya)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位于北盤(pan)江中(zhong)下(xia)游,為(wei)二(er)等大(2)型工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)裝機(ji)3臺(tai)(tai),上下(xia)游分別有光照水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)、規劃的馬(ma)(ma)(ma)馬(ma)(ma)(ma)崖(ya)二(er)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)和已經投(tou)產發(fa)電(dian)的董箐(qing)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)。初(chu)步預計(ji),馬(ma)(ma)(ma)馬(ma)(ma)(ma)崖(ya)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)將于2011年(nian)(nian)11月中(zhong)旬(xun)實(shi)現大江截留,2013年(nian)(nian)10月下(xia)閘蓄水(shui),2013年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)底首臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)組(zu)發(fa)電(dian),2014年(nian)(nian)3月第二(er)臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)組(zu)發(fa)電(dian),2014年(nian)(nian)6月基本(ben)完(wan)建(jian)。考慮到今(jin)后(hou)下(xia)游董箐(qing)梯級(ji)(ji)的開發(fa),擬(ni)將大型修配(pei)系統、木材加工(gong)廠、鋼筋加工(gong)廠、中(zhong)心(xin)倉(cang)庫、家屬生活區等布置在附近的緩坡地(di)上作為(wei)基地(di),距(ju)壩址(zhi)公路里程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)約為(wei)15 km,壩址(zhi)附近只布置砂石系統、拌合系統、機(ji)修站(zhan)(zhan)和汽車保養站(zhan)(zhan)、風(feng)、水(shui)、電(dian)、小倉(cang)庫、單身宿(su)舍(she)等作為(wei)施工(gong)前方。
為溝通(tong)兩岸交(jiao)通(tong),擬在壩址(zhi)上下(xia)游(you)各建一(yi)施工索橋(qiao),索橋(qiao)按汽-15、掛-80荷載設置。
采石場(chang)及(ji)砂石系統均布(bu)置在河床右岸,設(she)計生產能力為250t/h,混凝土系統布(bu)置在右岸。
建設期(qi)間,施(shi)工用電負荷(he)約1萬kW,擬從普定變(bian)電站接(jie)線,線路(lu)長72 km。
考慮(lv)上游(you)光照電(dian)站(zhan)屆時已(yi)建成水(shui)庫的(de)多(duo)(duo)年調節能力,馬馬岸電(dian)站(zhan)在建期間(jian)全(quan)年施工,導(dao)流(liu)流(liu)量(liang)按光照電(dian)站(zhan)三臺(tai)機(ji)組滿(man)發流(liu)量(liang)582立方米(mi)/秒加兩電(dian)站(zhan)之(zhi)間(jian)集(ji)水(shui)流(liu)量(liang)考慮(lv),采(cai)用(yong)隧洞(dong)導(dao)流(liu),隧洞(dong)斷(duan)面為(wei)10×12 m的(de)城門洞(dong)型,長約650 m。上下(xia)(xia)游(you)均設不過(guo)水(shui)土(tu)石圍堰,混凝土(tu)壩采(cai)用(yong)滿(man)管澆筑,平均月澆筑強度3.6萬立方米(mi);引水(shui)隧洞(dong)及地下(xia)(xia)廠房交通洞(dong)采(cai)用(yong)多(duo)(duo)臂(bei)鉆(zhan)(zhan)全(quan)斷(duan)面開挖(wa),鋼模臺(tai)車澆混凝土(tu),廠房采(cai)用(yong)多(duo)(duo)臂(bei)鉆(zhan)(zhan)和潛孔鉆(zhan)(zhan)開挖(wa)。
施工總工期為(wei)6年,第一臺機組(zu)在(zai)第5年年底發電(dian),其他三臺機組(zu)均(jun)在(zai)第6年內組(zu)裝發電(dian)。月平均(jun)最大(da)施工強度為(wei):土(tu)石(shi)方(fang)(fang)開挖5.6萬立方(fang)(fang)米,砼澆筑4.0萬立方(fang)(fang)米。
大壩建設
壩體結構
碾壓(ya)混凝土重力壩最大壩高109m,壩頂高程592.00m,壩頂全長(chang)247.20m。在(zai)河床溢流(liu)壩段設(she)3孔14.5×19m(寬×高)的(de)溢流(liu)表孔,堰(yan)頂高程566.00m。廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)布置在(zai)左岸(an)山(shan)體內,為(wei)地下廠(chang)房(fang)(fang),建筑物主(zhu)要(yao)由主(zhu)廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、副廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、主(zhu)變(bian)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、母線(xian)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、出(chu)線(xian)平(ping)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、出(chu)線(xian)豎井、通(tong)風洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、排(pai)水(shui)(shui)廊(lang)道(dao)、廠(chang)變(bian)交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、主(zhu)變(bian)交(jiao)通(tong)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、交(jiao)通(tong)廊(lang)道(dao)等地下洞(dong)(dong)(dong)室和地面(mian)式出(chu)線(xian)站(zhan)及中控樓(lou)組成。廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)尺寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長(chang)×寬×高)。引(yin)水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(tong)布置于左岸(an),采用(yong)一洞(dong)(dong)(dong)一機供(gong)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)式,單(dan)機引(yin)用(yong)流(liu)量297.5立方(fang)米/秒。壩身式進(jin)水(shui)(shui)口(kou),三條引(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)均(jun)長(chang)265.30m,洞(dong)(dong)(dong)徑9.75m,壓(ya)力鋼管平(ping)均(jun)長(chang)45m,內徑8m。壓(ya)力鋼管與(yu)地下廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)邊墻成75°交(jiao)角,斜向進(jin)入廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)。尾水(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)均(jun)長(chang)約80m,斷(duan)面(mian)為(wei)9.5m×15.24m城門洞(dong)(dong)(dong)型。
施工導流

大壩(ba)建筑物及引(yin)水發電系統
攔河大壩為(wei)碾壓混(hun)凝(ning)土重(zhong)力(li)壩,壩頂(ding)(ding)高程(cheng)592.00m,壩底(di)高程(cheng)483.00m,壩高109.00m。壩頂(ding)(ding)寬(kuan)(kuan)12m,擋(dang)水壩段(duan)下(xia)游(you)坡(po)比為(wei)1:0.75,溢(yi)流(liu)壩段(duan)最大壩底(di)寬(kuan)(kuan)為(wei)100.50m。壩頂(ding)(ding)軸線長度為(wei)247.20m,在(zai)河床(chuang)溢(yi)流(liu)壩段(duan)設3孔14.5×19m(寬(kuan)(kuan)×高)的溢(yi)流(liu)表(biao)孔,堰頂(ding)(ding)高程(cheng)566m,采用(yong)WES曲(qu)線。下(xia)接“X”型寬(kuan)(kuan)尾墩+臺階(jie)壩面(mian)+戽式消(xiao)(xiao)力(li)池(chi)。消(xiao)(xiao)力(li)池(chi)池(chi)長60m,底(di)寬(kuan)(kuan)51.50m,底(di)板頂(ding)(ding)高程(cheng)493.00m,底(di)板厚3m。壩軸線方位角(jiao)為(wei)N46.89E。壩體大體積混(hun)凝(ning)土為(wei)C15三(san)級配(pei)碾壓混(hun)凝(ning)土,壩體上游(you)面(mian)采用(yong)C20二(er)級配(pei)碾壓混(hun)凝(ning)土自身(shen)防滲。
壩(ba)體基(ji)本剖面上(shang)游壩(ba)坡(po)525m高程(cheng)以(yi)上(shang)垂直,525m高程(cheng)至壩(ba)基(ji)為1:0.25;下游壩(ba)坡(po)為1:0.75,折坡(po)點高程(cheng)為579.46m。
溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)表(biao)孔單孔最大下(xia)(xia)泄流(liu)(liu)量3622立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao),最大單寬(kuan)流(liu)(liu)量249.79立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao) ,3孔共用(yong)(yong)一扇14.5m×20m的平板檢修(xiu)(xiu)閘門(men),檢修(xiu)(xiu)門(men)以門(men)機啟閉(bi),弧(hu)門(men)采用(yong)(yong)液壓啟閉(bi)機啟閉(bi),用(yong)(yong)牛腿作(zuo)弧(hu)門(men)支(zhi)承(cheng)和用(yong)(yong)橫梁作(zuo)閘墩(dun)(dun)間(jian)橫向聯系。溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)堰(yan)面(mian)按冪曲(qu)線(xian)y = y=0.0400351x,下(xia)(xia)接(jie)1:0.82的斜坡(po)段作(zuo)為臺(tai)階(jie)面(mian)的摻氣挑(tiao)檻,與下(xia)(xia)游壩坡(po)1:0.75相(xiang)接(jie),溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)堰(yan)原(yuan)點(dian)上游用(yong)(yong)三(san)園弧(hu)與上游坡(po)相(xiang)接(jie);下(xia)(xia)游采用(yong)(yong)"X”型寬(kuan)尾(wei)墩(dun)(dun)和臺(tai)階(jie)溢(yi)流(liu)(liu)面(mian)+戽式消(xiao)力池的消(xiao)能(neng)方(fang)(fang)式。校核洪(hong)水情況(kuang)的總下(xia)(xia)泄流(liu)(liu)量為10866立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao)。
引水系統布(bu)置(zhi)于左岸岸邊,采用(yong)一洞(dong)一機(ji)供水方式(shi),由引水渠、壩身式(shi)進(jin)水塔、混凝土漸變段、隧洞(dong)上(shang)下平段、豎井段和壓(ya)力鋼管組成,通過三條壓(ya)力鋼管單元引水至發(fa)電(dian)廠(chang)房(fang),單機(ji)引用(yong)流量297.5立(li)方米/秒。
進(jin)(jin)水(shui)口(kou)為(wei)壩身(shen)式進(jin)(jin)水(shui)口(kou),三臺機進(jin)(jin)水(shui)口(kou)呈“一(yi)(yi)”字型并排布置,進(jin)(jin)水(shui)口(kou)前沿(yan)總(zong)寬(kuan)(kuan)度為(wei)75.20m,進(jin)(jin)口(kou)底板高(gao)程為(wei)549.00m,壩身(shen)頂(ding)高(gao)程為(wei)592.00m,設一(yi)(yi)道檢(jian)修門(men)和一(yi)(yi)道快(kuai)速(su)事故(gu)門(men)。檢(jian)修閘門(men)孔口(kou)尺寸3—8.5×10m(扇-寬(kuan)(kuan)×高(gao)),快(kuai)速(su)事故(gu)門(men)孔口(kou)尺寸3—8.5×9.75m(扇-寬(kuan)(kuan)×高(gao))。
三(san)條引水隧(sui)洞(dong)平行(xing)布置,主要穿越T2g地(di)層,隧(sui)洞(dong)軸線距離為(wei)24.5m,沿(yan)程大(da)部(bu)分埋深50m~170m左右,軸線方位(wei)由(you)NE78.89º通(tong)過豎井轉(zhuan)為(wei)方位(wei)SE26.00º,縱坡I=4%。隧(sui)洞(dong)洞(dong)徑(jing)9.75m,采用(yong)鋼筋混凝土襯砌,襯厚(hou)0.8m,最(zui)大(da)流(liu)速4.07m/s,1號~3號引水隧(sui)洞(dong)長度分別223.632m、265.173m、307.127m。
尾(wei)水(shui)系統采用一洞(dong)一機出(chu)水(shui)方式,由尾(wei)水(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)和尾(wei)水(shui)出(chu)口(kou)閘(zha)室組成。沿(yan)程埋深在30m~135m左右,洞(dong)內最大流速2.23m/s。1號(hao)~3號(hao)尾(wei)水(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)長分別為56.044m,80.349m,104.71m。采用C20鋼(gang)筋混凝土襯砌,襯砌厚(hou)度為1.0m。尾(wei)水(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)出(chu)口(kou)設尾(wei)水(shui)閘(zha)室,閘(zha)室內設一道工作閘(zha)門,閘(zha)門孔口(kou)尺寸為9.5m×12.5m(寬×高(gao))。閘(zha)底板高(gao)程為488m,尾(wei)水(shui)出(chu)口(kou)塔頂高(gao)程為540.50m。
地(di)下廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室群布置(zhi)于大壩左岸山(shan)體(ti)內,采用主廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、主變(bian)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)兩大洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室平(ping)(ping)行布置(zhi)的方(fang)式,廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)縱(zong)軸線(xian)方(fang)位為N79ºE,廠(chang)區樞(shu)紐建筑物主要由主廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、副廠(chang)房(fang)(fang)、主變(bian)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、母(mu)線(xian)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、出線(xian)平(ping)(ping)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、出線(xian)豎井、通風洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、排(pai)水廊(lang)道、廠(chang)變(bian)交通洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、主變(bian)交通洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、廠(chang)變(bian)交通廊(lang)道等地(di)下洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室和地(di)面(mian)開關站(zhan)組成。
主廠房由主機間和安裝(zhuang)間組(zu)成,之間設2cm寬(kuan)永久伸(shen)縮縫(feng),廠房尺寸140.5m×24.9m×62.8m(長×寬(kuan)×高),吊(diao)車梁(liang)以上開挖跨(kua)度24.9m,以下23.3m,凈跨(kua)22.0m。廠內安裝(zhuang)一臺(tai)2×325/50t的雙小車橋式起(qi)重機,布置于巖壁吊(diao)車梁(liang)上,吊(diao)車軌(gui)頂(ding)高程531.00m,跨(kua)度22.0m。
副廠房位(wei)于主機間右側,長(chang)19m,凈寬與主機間同寬為22m。
母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)作為連接主機(ji)間與主變室(shi)的主要電(dian)纜通道及設備布(bu)置場地,共布(bu)置三(san)條,每臺機(ji)組一條。根據機(ji)電(dian)設備布(bu)置的要求,母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)底板高程為511.80m,與主機(ji)間出線(xian)(xian)層同高,凈斷面尺寸為7m×6.5m(寬×高),城(cheng)門洞(dong)(dong)型,長度(du)均(jun)為40m,三(san)條母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)中心距為24.5m。母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)洞(dong)(dong)內主要布(bu)置高壓(ya)廠用變、高壓(ya)開關柜(ju)、斷路器(qi)、離相封(feng)閉母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)、PT柜(ju)及電(dian)纜等(deng),并兼作主廠房的排風通道。
主變洞位于(yu)主廠房(fang)下游側40.0m處,與主廠房(fang)平(ping)行布(bu)置,斷(duan)面尺寸80.0m×15.3m×16.2m(長×寬(kuan)×高),至(zhi)下而上共分為二(er)層。
地面(mian)開(kai)(kai)關站布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)(yu)主變洞頂上的(de)地面(mian)緩坡地帶,距壩軸(zhou)線(xian)150m左右,底板高(gao)程605.30m,平面(mian)尺(chi)寸80.0m×28.0m(長(chang)×寬(kuan)),主要布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)GIS樓(lou)(lou)、中(zhong)控(kong)樓(lou)(lou)及(ji)出線(xian)設備等,GIS樓(lou)(lou)尺(chi)寸為35.0×15.0×21.9(長(chang)×寬(kuan)×高(gao)),中(zhong)控(kong)樓(lou)(lou)尺(chi)寸為30.0×15.0×15.0(長(chang)×寬(kuan)×高(gao)),出線(xian)塔架布(bu)置(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)(yu)GIS樓(lou)(lou)屋頂。開(kai)(kai)關站有(you)永久公(gong)路通(tong)過,公(gong)路一端(duan)(duan)接下游永久大橋,另一端(duan)(duan)接左壩肩及(ji)進(jin)水(shui)口,途經廠壩電梯井(jing)。
