簡介
回(hui)龍山水(shui)庫(ku)位(wei)于(yu)渾江干流中下游(you)(you),距(ju)上(shang)游(you)(you)桓仁水(shui)庫(ku)44km,距(ju)下游(you)(you)太平(ping)(ping)哨水(shui)電(dian)站35.6km。壩址(zhi)以(yi)上(shang)控制流域(yu)面(mian)積12506平(ping)(ping)方(fang)公里,多年平(ping)(ping)均入庫(ku)流179.3立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒。本(ben)工程正(zheng)常蓄水(shui)位(wei)為(wei)221.0m,死(si)水(shui)位(wei)219.0m,設計洪水(shui)位(wei)221.7m,校核(he)洪水(shui)位(wei)223.8m。總庫(ku)容1.23億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),調節庫(ku)容0.18億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),為(wei)日調節水(shui)庫(ku)。主(zhu)體(ti)工程于(yu)1969年5月15日開工,1972年9月27日下閘蓄水(shui),回(hui)龍山水(shui)電(dian)站以(yi)發(fa)電(dian)為(wei)主(zhu),裝機2臺,總容量72.0MW,多年平(ping)(ping)均發(fa)電(dian)量2.74億kw·h,保證出力18.0MW,1977年10月竣工驗收(shou)移交。
水庫參數
回(hui)龍河(he)是(shi)一座(zuo)“以灌溉為(wei)主,兼有一定防洪錯峰(feng)作用,及可利(li)用供水(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)行發電(dian)”的中型(xing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫,總庫容1340萬m。根據國家《防洪標準(zhun)》(DB50201-94)及《水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)樞(shu)紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)劃分(fen)及洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)標準(zhun)》(DL5180-2003)的規(gui)定,回(hui)龍河(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫樞(shu)紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)(deng)別為(wei)Ⅲ等(deng)(deng),主要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu):攔河(he)壩(ba)、溢洪道(dao)、輸(shu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)為(wei)3級(ji)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu);次要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)為(wei)4級(ji);臨時建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu):上、下(xia)游圍堰為(wei)5級(ji)。南、北(bei)干渠(qu)取水(shui)(shui)(shui)口按(an)4級(ji)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)設(she)計(ji),次要(yao)建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)按(an)5級(ji)設(she)計(ji),北(bei)干渠(qu)渠(qu)道(dao)、南干渠(qu)渠(qu)道(dao)和渠(qu)系建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)按(an)5級(ji)設(she)計(ji)。
回(hui)龍河設計壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高程1756.10m,主(zhu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高49m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂長(chang)度183m,副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高5m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂長(chang)度40m。1000年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇的校核洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位為(wei)1754.36m,最(zui)大下泄流量33.8m/s,總庫容為(wei)1340萬m,灌溉(gai)面積5.4萬畝。主(zhu)要(yao)建筑物(wu)(wu)洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標準(zhun)(zhun):樞(shu)(shu)紐區大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)道(dao)、輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞按(an)50年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇設計,1000年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇校核,消能防沖(chong)按(an)30年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇設計;渠(qu)道(dao)取水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)按(an)10年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇設計,30年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇校核。渠(qu)道(dao)取水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)標準(zhun)(zhun)按(an)10年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇設計,30年(nian)(nian)(nian)一遇校核。樞(shu)(shu)紐建筑物(wu)(wu)由(you)攔河大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、溢洪(hong)道(dao)和導流輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞組成。攔河大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)粘土心墻(qiang)分區壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)軸(zhou)線長(chang)183m;副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)均質土壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)軸(zhou)線長(chang)40m。溢洪(hong)道(dao)為(wei)有(you)閘(zha)控制,布置于(yu)大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)左(zuo)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)肩,全長(chang)249m。導流輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞布置于(yu)左(zuo)岸,輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞與導流洞相結合(he),輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞為(wei)無壓隧洞,全長(chang)333.62m,采用(yong) “龍抬頭”的型式連接導流洞。
