樞(shu)紐工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)Ⅱ等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、泄洪(hong)(hong)中孔(kong)、泄洪(hong)(hong)隧(sui)(sui)洞、發電引水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞進(jin)水(shui)(shui)口等主要建(jian)筑物為(wei)2級(ji)建(jian)筑物,相(xiang)應設(she)計洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)準為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)一遇(yu),校核洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)準為(wei)5000年(nian)(nian)一遇(yu);水(shui)(shui)電站廠房(fang)及發電引水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞為(wei)3級(ji)建(jian)筑物,相(xiang)應設(she)計洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)準為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)一遇(yu),校核洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)準為(wei)200年(nian)(nian)一遇(yu)。2004年(nian)(nian)8月(yue),移(yi)民監理及輔助工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位招標(biao)結束,輔助工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)具備開工(gong)(gong)條件,2004年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)底(di)(di)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)區移(yi)民征(zheng)地(di)工(gong)(gong)作開始(shi)實施(shi),水(shui)(shui)準點進(jin)行了移(yi)交,2005年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)導流洞工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)開工(gong)(gong)。2005年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)23日(ri)成功(gong)截流,2006年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)底(di)(di)完成壩(ba)(ba)(ba)基開挖(wa),2006年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)5日(ri)開始(shi)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)墊層第(di)一倉砼澆(jiao)筑,2006年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)10日(ri)開始(shi)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)碾(nian)壓(ya)砼澆(jiao)筑,至2009年(nian)(nian)1月(yue)15日(ri)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)碾(nian)壓(ya)砼全(quan)部澆(jiao)筑完成。預計2009年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)底(di)(di)完工(gong)(gong)。白蓮崖水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)主要防洪(hong)(hong)任務(wu)是提高下游佛子(zi)嶺水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)防洪(hong)(hong)標(biao)準,使(shi)佛子(zi)嶺水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)的(de)校核洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)準達到5000年(nian)(nian)一遇(yu),從(cong)根本(ben)上解決佛子(zi)嶺水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)防洪(hong)(hong)標(biao)準不足的(de)問題;水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)年(nian)(nian)有效供水(shui)(shui)量2.7億立方(fang)米;電站多年(nian)(nian)平均發電量10552萬千瓦(wa)時。
樞紐工程由攔河(he)壩、泄(xie)洪中(zhong)孔、泄(xie)洪隧洞、發電引水隧洞、電站(zhan)廠房和(he)變電站(zhan)等建筑(zhu)物組成。
