基本信息
棉花灘水(shui)電站年發電量15.2億kW·h,工程以發電為主,兼有(you)防(fang)洪(hong)、航運、水(shui)產養殖功能。
水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)淹沒耕地2150公頃,遷移(yi)人(ren)(ren)口38000余人(ren)(ren)。工程于1997年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)開工,計劃2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)4月第一臺機組發(fa)電,2002年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)2月全部竣工。 壩(ba)址兩岸(an)(an)山體雄厚,河谷基(ji)本對稱,呈"V"字型(xing),坡度25°~45°。基(ji)巖為黑云母(mu)花崗巖,雖有斷層和(he)破碎(sui)帶發(fa)育,但無大的(de)(de)不利構造,且膠(jiao)結較好。壩(ba)址區處于區域(yu)地質(zhi)構造相對穩定區,庫(ku)(ku)(ku)區不存在(zai)水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)滲漏和(he)大規模庫(ku)(ku)(ku)岸(an)(an)失穩問題。 壩(ba)址以上控制流(liu)(liu)域(yu)面積(ji)7907平(ping)(ping)方(fang)公里,水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)正常(chang)蓄水(shui)位173.0m,死水(shui)位146.0m,調(diao)節(jie)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容11.22億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),校核洪水(shui)位177.8m,相應的(de)(de)總(zong)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容20.35億立(li)方(fang)米(mi)。多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)徑流(liu)(liu)量73.2億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),壩(ba)址多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平(ping)(ping)均(jun)流(liu)(liu)量232立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒。流(liu)(liu)域(yu)內年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)降雨量1657mm。
發展
公司實(shi)行董事(shi)會領導下的(de)總(zong)經(jing)理負(fu)責制,法人(ren)(ren)(ren)治(zhi)理結構(gou)健全。公司定員85人(ren)(ren)(ren),其中大專以上學歷55人(ren)(ren)(ren),具有高級(ji)職(zhi)稱8人(ren)(ren)(ren),領導班子(zi)5人(ren)(ren)(ren)。公司下設“四(si)部(bu)”,綜(zong)合(he)管(guan)理部(bu)、生(sheng)產部(bu)、財(cai)務經(jing)營部(bu)、工程技術部(bu),是(shi)一(yi)個機(ji)構(gou)精簡、人(ren)(ren)(ren)員精干的(de)集水電開(kai)發(fa)建設和(he)生(sheng)產運行管(guan)理于一(yi)體的(de)大型電力企業。

棉(mian)花灘水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)于1998年(nian)(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)開(kai)工(gong)(gong),當年(nian)(nian)(nian)就實(shi)現(xian)了(le)大江(jiang)截流;1999年(nian)(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)創造了(le)僅用16.5個月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)地下(xia)廠房開(kai)挖的全國(guo)(guo)最新記(ji)錄;2000年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)18日實(shi)現(xian)了(le)大壩下(xia)閘(zha)蓄水;2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),開(kai)工(gong)(gong)僅3年(nian)(nian)(nian)時(shi)間(jian)首臺機組(zu)就投(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan)發電(dian)(dian);同年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),4臺機組(zu)全部建成(cheng)投(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan);隨后在(zai)不(bu)到半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)的時(shi)間(jian)里完成(cheng)了(le)尾工(gong)(gong)和(he)消(xiao)缺工(gong)(gong)作,于2002年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)通過國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)力(li)公司的檢查驗收,在(zai)全國(guo)(guo)所有(you)的水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)建設工(gong)(gong)程中第一(yi)個獲得了(le)國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)力(li)公司頒(ban)發的“基建移交生產(chan)(chan)(chan)達(da)標投(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)程”稱(cheng)號。創造了(le)水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)建設工(gong)(gong)程中投(tou)資省、質量高、進度快三項先進記(ji)錄。截止到2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)31日,電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)已累計發電(dian)(dian)36.3億千(qian)瓦時(shi),創連續安全運行1146天。公司滾動開(kai)發的白沙水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)“可研”已于2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)獲福建省計委批準(zhun),現(xian)已開(kai)工(gong)(gong)建設,計劃2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)下(xia)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)投(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan)發電(dian)(dian)。

主要由(you)攔河主壩、副壩、泄洪(hong)建(jian)筑物(wu)、左岸輸水(shui)發(fa)電系統(tong)、開關站(zhan)等建(jian)筑物(wu)組成。
攔(lan)河主壩(ba)(ba)為碾壓(ya)混凝土(tu)重力壩(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高程179.0m,最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)高111m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)總(zong)長300m,壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)寬(kuan)7m,最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)底寬(kuan)84.5m。
壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)120.0m高(gao)程以下(xia)部位(wei)(wei)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)R?180150碾(nian)壓(ya)(ya)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu),120.0m高(gao)程以上部位(wei)(wei)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)R?180100碾(nian)壓(ya)(ya)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu),基礎部位(wei)(wei)設(she)1m厚的R?90200常態混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)墊層(ceng),溢(yi)流(liu)面(mian)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)厚3m左右的R?90250常態混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu),溢(yi)洪(hong)道和(he)底孔(kong)閘(zha)墩(dun)均(jun)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)預(yu)應力錨索結構(gou)和(he)R?28300常態混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)。壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)上游面(mian)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)R?180200二級配碾(nian)壓(ya)(ya)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)自身防(fang)滲形式。壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)不設(she)縱(zong)縫,由5條橫(heng)縫分(fen)成6個(ge)壩(ba)(ba)段。其(qi)中3、4號壩(ba)(ba)段各(ge)寬33m,位(wei)(wei)于主(zhu)河槽,為溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)段。設(she)開(kai)敞式溢(yi)洪(hong)道3孔(kong),每孔(kong)凈寬16.0m,堰頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程155.0m,下(xia)游壩(ba)(ba)面(mian)坡(po)(po)度1∶0.75。壩(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)溢(yi)洪(hong)道和(he)泄(xie)水(shui)底孔(kong)都采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)收(shou)縮(suo)式消能(neng)(neng)工,能(neng)(neng)縱(zong)向拉開(kai)水(shui)舌(she),不直接沖刷岸坡(po)(po),不影響廠房尾水(shui)出(chu)流(liu),達到(dao)較為理想的消能(neng)(neng)效果(guo)。其(qi)余分(fen)別為左右岸非(fei)溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)段,壩(ba)(ba)段寬為50~70m。非(fei)溢(yi)流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)(ti)斷面(mian)上游面(mian)垂直,下(xia)游壩(ba)(ba)坡(po)(po)1∶0.75。5號壩(ba)(ba)段設(she)泄(xie)洪(hong)并(bing)兼(jian)作放(fang)空水(shui)庫用(yong)(yong)的泄(xie)水(shui)底孔(kong)1個(ge),孔(kong)口尺寸5m×7.2m(寬×高(gao))。
副壩(ba)(ba)(ba)設在主壩(ba)(ba)(ba)北(bei)東5km處的(de)湖洋里村埡口,最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高5.6m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂長30m,為均質土壩(ba)(ba)(ba)。
左岸(an)輸水(shui)(shui)發電系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)由進水(shui)(shui)口(kou)、引(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、壓力(li)(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)、主廠(chang)房(fang)、主變壓器室、母線洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、電纜豎(shu)(shu)井、尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室群組(zu)(zu)成。采用單機單洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)引(yin)水(shui)(shui),二機一(yi)尾(wei)(wei)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)。輸水(shui)(shui)發電系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)最長(chang)管(guan)道743.8m,除壓力(li)(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)段(duan)(duan)外,引(yin)水(shui)(shui)和(he)(he)尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)以及(ji)尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)調(diao)壓室的輸水(shui)(shui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)都采用鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋混凝土襯砌(qi),廠(chang)房(fang)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室群則采用錨桿掛鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋網噴混凝土支護,主廠(chang)房(fang)和(he)(he)尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)調(diao)壓室都采用岸(an)壁吊車梁。進水(shui)(shui)口(kou)為(wei)岸(an)塔式,位于壩前30~120m。前沿總(zong)寬度(du)84m。4條引(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)(ping)(ping)行布置(zhi),間距(ju)21m,直(zhi)徑7.5m,由上平(ping)(ping)(ping)段(duan)(duan)、豎(shu)(shu)井段(duan)(duan)、下平(ping)(ping)(ping)段(duan)(duan)組(zu)(zu)成。上平(ping)(ping)(ping)段(duan)(duan)和(he)(he)下平(ping)(ping)(ping)段(duan)(duan)的平(ping)(ping)(ping)面轉角(jiao)97°,互相交錯布置(zhi),使每條引(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)長(chang)度(du)基本(ben)相等。壓力(li)(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)長(chang)35m,直(zhi)徑5.4m。主廠(chang)房(fang)、主變壓器室、尾(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)調(diao)壓室平(ping)(ping)(ping)行布置(zhi)。主廠(chang)房(fang)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室長(chang)129.5m,寬21.9m,高52.18m,安(an)裝(zhuang)4臺(tai)混流式豎(shu)(shu)軸水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發電機組(zu)(zu)。主變壓器室與主廠(chang)房(fang)凈距(ju)22m,洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)室長(chang)97.35m,寬16.0m,高14.8m,內設兩臺(tai)220kV三相360MVA雙(shuang)卷主變壓器。
開關站布(bu)置在左岸大壩下游高程180.0m的上壩公路內側,為(wei)洞內式(長(chang)37m×寬13m×高15m)。
20t級(ji)的轉盤(pan)式斜面升船機設置在(zai)右岸6號壩段,設計遠景年過竹、木(mu)、雜(za)貨的過壩量11.2萬(wan)t。
工程(cheng)主要(yao)工程(cheng)量土石方(fang)明挖153萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi),石方(fang)洞挖60萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi),常態混(hun)凝土35萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi),碾壓(ya)混(hun)凝土52萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi)。

按發電水頭分類
高水頭(tou)(tou)水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、中水頭(tou)(tou)水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)低水頭(tou)(tou)水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。世界各國對此無(wu)統一規(gui)定。中國稱水頭(tou)(tou)70米(mi)以上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)高水頭(tou)(tou)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),水頭(tou)(tou)70~30米(mi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)中水頭(tou)(tou)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),水頭(tou)(tou)30米(mi)以下的(de)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)低水頭(tou)(tou)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

分為(wei)大型、中型和小(xiao)型水電站(zhan)。
中國規定裝(zhuang)機容量大于(yu)75萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)為大(1)型(xing)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),75萬(wan)~25萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)為大(2)型(xing)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),25萬(wan)~2.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)為中型(xing)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),2.5萬(wan)~0.05萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)為小(1)型(xing)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan),小于(yu)0.05萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)為小(2)型(xing)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。
