山(shan)口巖水(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)地處(chu)贛江(jiang)一級支流袁(yuan)河上(shang)游蘆溪縣境內,壩址位(wei)于(yu)蘆溪縣上(shang)埠鎮山(shan)口巖村(cun)上(shang)游約1公里(li)處(chu),距蘆溪縣城(cheng)7.6公里(li),距萍鄉市約30公里(li),是(shi)一座以供水(shui)、防洪為主,兼顧發電、灌溉等綜(zong)合利用的大型水(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)。
工程規模
山口巖(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程主(zhu)要建(jian)(jian)筑物為(wei)(wei):大壩(ba)、溢洪道(dao)(dao)、放空洞(dong)、供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)兼(jian)發電(dian)及(ji)灌溉進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口、引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)、發電(dian)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)、供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管線等(deng)。大壩(ba)為(wei)(wei)碾壓砼(tong)雙曲拱壩(ba),壩(ba)頂高程247.6米(mi),最大壩(ba)高99.1米(mi),壩(ba)底最大寬(kuan)度32米(mi),壩(ba)頂寬(kuan)5.0米(mi),壩(ba)頂長(chang)287.94米(mi),大壩(ba)主(zhu)體采用(yong)R90200三級配碾壓混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)。引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)建(jian)(jian)筑物包括進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口及(ji)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong),布置(zhi)在大壩(ba)左岸。進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口為(wei)(wei)岸塔式結(jie)構,根據(ju)城(cheng)市供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)灌溉供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)要求,采用(yong)分層(ceng)取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式,取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口共分四層(ceng),取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)孔口尺寸均為(wei)(wei)3×10米(mi)(寬(kuan)×高),引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)洞(dong)徑3.0米(mi),全長(chang)378.65米(mi)。發電(dian)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)為(wei)(wei)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)式地面(mian)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang),布置(zhi)于大壩(ba)下游(you)河道(dao)(dao)約220米(mi)處。安裝兩臺單機(ji)容量(liang)為(wei)(wei)6000千(qian)瓦的水(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發電(dian)機(ji)組,多年(nian)平均發電(dian)量(liang)2912萬(wan)度。山口巖(yan)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)程供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)干管線總長(chang)11.4公里(li),支(zhi)管線長(chang)3.24公里(li),水(shui)(shui)(shui)從發電(dian)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)引(yin)出后進(jin)入(ru)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)預應力供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(D=1.6米(mi)),過農田沿(yan)320國(guo)道(dao)(dao)至白(bai)源水(shui)(shui)(shui)廠(chang)(chang)。
建設意義
建設山(shan)口巖(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)(niu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是萍鄉市(shi)(shi)(shi)開源(yuan)的(de)重大舉措,是該市(shi)(shi)(shi)最(zui)大的(de)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)供水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)和民生工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。因為萍鄉市(shi)(shi)(shi)地處贛西湘江(jiang)流域(yu)和贛江(jiang)流域(yu)分水(shui)(shui)嶺,是江(jiang)西省重要工(gong)(gong)(gong)業城市(shi)(shi)(shi),城市(shi)(shi)(shi)用水(shui)(shui)需(xu)求大,境內無大的(de)河流,全市(shi)(shi)(shi)人(ren)均水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)擁有量不(bu)足2000立方(fang)米(mi),低于全省和全國人(ren)均水(shui)(shui)平;資源(yuan)型、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)型、水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)型缺(que)水(shui)(shui)并存,嚴重制約了該市(shi)(shi)(shi)經濟社會(hui)可持(chi)續發展。萍鄉市(shi)(shi)(shi)把解(jie)決水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)問題的(de)出路放在(zai)節流和開源(yuan)上(shang),建設山(shan)口巖(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)(niu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是萍鄉市(shi)(shi)(shi)開源(yuan)的(de)重大舉措。
水(shui)庫建成(cheng)后,可使下游蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)城的(de)(de)(de)防洪能力(li)從現(xian)在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)足5年(nian)一(yi)遇提高到(dao)20年(nian)一(yi)遇,可改善下游10.12萬畝(mu)農田的(de)(de)(de)灌(guan)(guan)溉,將灌(guan)(guan)溉保證率提高到(dao)90%,促進蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)農業經濟持續穩定(ding)發(fa)展;每年(nian)可為(wei)萍(ping)鄉市(shi)城區(qu)及(ji)蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)城提供(gong)優質原水(shui)7300萬方(fang),有效緩解萍(ping)鄉市(shi)城區(qu)及(ji)蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)城生活、工業用水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)緊張狀況(kuang);可在(zai)蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)電(dian)力(li)系統內承擔調(diao)峰任務,為(wei)蘆(lu)(lu)溪(xi)(xi)縣(xian)電(dian)力(li)系統提供(gong)年(nian)電(dian)量2912萬度。工程建設(she)進度
2007年(nian)(nian)11月開工(gong)典禮隆重(zhong)舉行(xing),2008年(nian)(nian)8月水庫(ku)大壩成(cheng)功截流,2009年(nian)(nian)9月金屬(shu)結構(gou)安裝(zhuang)開工(gong),2010年(nian)(nian)2月進水口處閘室完建,2011年(nian)(nian)9月部分(fen)工(gong)程通(tong)過驗收,2012年(nian)(nian)6月水庫(ku)正式下(xia)閘蓄水。
