樞紐構成
本工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)由壩(ba)(ba)(ba)區樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、防護(hu)(hu)(hu)區工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)和(he)輸水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)組成。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)區樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)由擋水(shui)土壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、取水(shui)及(ji)門(men)庫段(duan)、溢流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)、河床式電站、重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)連(lian)接段(duan)組成,防護(hu)(hu)(hu)區防護(hu)(hu)(hu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)由防護(hu)(hu)(hu)堤、強(qiang)排(pai)站和(he)排(pai)水(shui)溝等組成,輸水(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)則包括渠首閘、輸水(shui)干渠及(ji)其交叉(cha)建筑物等。
哈達山水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞紐(niu)(niu)工程樞紐(niu)(niu)建(jian)筑(zhu)物主要由混(hun)凝土重力壩連(lian)接段(duan)、河床式電站、溢流(liu)壩、取水(shui)(shui)及門庫段(duan)、粘土均質壩等組成。水(shui)(shui)庫總庫容(rong)6.04×10m,灌溉面積285×10畝,電站裝機容(rong)量34.5MW。工程規模為大(1)型工程,工程等別為Ⅰ等,主要建(jian)筑(zhu)物為1級建(jian)筑(zhu)物,次要建(jian)筑(zhu)物為3級。
哈(ha)達山水(shui)利樞紐工程位于(yu)第(di)二松花(hua)江干流下(xia)游(you)前郭灌(guan)區哈(ha)達山泵站(zhan)上游(you)200m處,水(shui)庫壩址距下(xia)游(you)扶(fu)余(yu)水(shui)文站(zhan)23.4km,水(shui)庫以上控制流域面積為71783平方公里(li),河(he)道長825.8km,河(he)道平均比降為0.4‰
樞紐(niu)工程區(qu)地(di)震(zhen)基(ji)本(ben)烈度8度。土(tu)壩(ba)基(ji)礎處理(li)采(cai)用振沖加(jia)密措施(shi),解決(jue)了砂層液化(hua)這一技(ji)術難題(ti)。
攔河壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)自左至右分別布(bu)置為(wei)混凝土重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、河床式(shi)電站(zhan)廠房、溢(yi)流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、取水及門(men)庫壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)段、粘土均質壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)全(quan)長(chang)2393.02m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高程146.00m
發電廠(chang)房(fang)布(bu)置在(zai)主河床(chuang)上(shang),壩(ba)段長度為125.50m,廠(chang)內裝有五(wu)臺燈泡貫流轉漿式機組,總裝機容量34.5MW。溢流壩(ba)布(bu)置在(zai)左岸(an)主河道,壩(ba)段全長297.50m,分16孔,單孔凈(jing)寬(kuan)(kuan)16m,閘孔總凈(jing)寬(kuan)(kuan)256m。靠近土壩(ba)側布(bu)置兩條輸水(shui)管(guan)線。擋水(shui)土壩(ba)長1926.4m,壩(ba)頂寬(kuan)(kuan)10.00m
投資效益
本工(gong)程(cheng)總(zong)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)362487×10元,靜態(tai)總(zong)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)350847×10元,其中(zhong)樞紐(niu)工(gong)程(cheng)主(zhu)體靜態(tai)投(tou)(tou)資(zi)112672×10元。本工(gong)程(cheng)工(gong)期(qi)42個月,即(ji)從2007年8月1日(ri)到2010年12月31日(ri)。 工(gong)程(cheng)建成(cheng)后,將(jiang)使(shi)下(xia)游(you)灌區(qu)(qu)面積(ji)增(zeng)加241.66萬畝,增(zeng)產糧(liang)食(shi)8.85億公斤(jin);為城鎮(zhen)提供工(gong)業及生活用水3.59×10m;可有效(xiao)改(gai)(gai)善該地區(qu)(qu)的飲水條件,氟中(zhong)毒患病率也(ye)將(jiang)會明顯下(xia)降;對于土壤改(gai)(gai)良,防治鹽堿化作用十分(fen)巨大,可大大提高(gao)區(qu)(qu)域的空氣濕度,促進區(qu)(qu)域水循環和改(gai)(gai)善區(qu)(qu)域小氣候。
