簡介
工程開發以發電(dian)(dian)(dian)為主,兼有防洪、航(hang)運、養(yang)殖(zhi)和滯沙等(deng)綜合(he)效益(yi);并(bing)可(ke)提高下(xia)游(you)南(nan)河水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的防洪標準(zhun),使南(nan)河水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)滿足500年一遇(yu)校核洪水(shui)的現(xian)行(xing)規(gui)范要求。水(shui)庫(ku)總(zong)庫(ku)容1.48億(yi)m,調(diao)節(jie)庫(ku)容0.61億(yi)m,正常蓄水(shui)位(wei)198.00m,屬(shu)不完全季調(diao)節(jie)水(shui)庫(ku)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)裝機3臺,總(zong)裝機容量45MW,多(duo)年平均(jun)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量1.757億(yi)KW?h。
工程概況
水力樞紐(niu)由混凝土(tu)重力壩、引(yin)水道(dao)、廠房及開(kai)關站等組成。
混凝(ning)土重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)由溢(yi)(yi)流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)和非溢(yi)(yi)流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)組成,最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)(gao)(gao)63.5m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)高(gao)(gao)(gao)程204.50m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)全長218m。其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)溢(yi)(yi)流壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段(duan)總長139.5m,設7個(ge)(ge)表(biao)(biao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)、1個(ge)(ge)泄(xie)洪拉沙底孔(kong)(kong)(kong)。溢(yi)(yi)流表(biao)(biao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)堰頂(ding)高(gao)(gao)(gao)程179.50m,每孔(kong)(kong)(kong)凈(jing)寬12m,采用寬尾墩(dun)加戽式消(xiao)力(li)池泄(xie)洪消(xiao)能;泄(xie)洪拉沙底孔(kong)(kong)(kong)布(bu)置在溢(yi)(yi)流表(biao)(biao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)右側(ce)(ce),寬6.0 m、高(gao)(gao)(gao)8.0m,進口底板高(gao)(gao)(gao)程160.00m,采用扭鼻(bi)坎(kan)挑流消(xiao)能。引水道(dao)(dao)布(bu)置在泄(xie)洪拉沙底孔(kong)(kong)(kong)以右,緊接引水道(dao)(dao)進口之(zhi)(zhi)后的壓力(li)隧洞(dong)布(bu)置于右岸(an)山體之(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),采用一洞(dong)三機(ji)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)供(gong)水,主(zhu)洞(dong)內徑6.8m,其后的岔管段(duan)采用“卜”型(xing)分岔形式,3根支管內徑為3.4m,引水道(dao)(dao)全長230.2m,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鋼(gang)管全長210.504m。電站建筑(zhu)物(wu)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)布(bu)置在右岸(an)下游赤家(jia)峪(yu)(yu)溝口,主(zhu)廠(chang)房尺(chi)寸57.8m×17.0m×44.4m(長×寬×高(gao)(gao)(gao)),內裝有3臺單(dan)機(ji)容量為15MW的HLBZ-LJ-240型(xing)水輪發電機(ji)組,右副(fu)廠(chang)房位于主(zhu)廠(chang)房右側(ce)(ce),開關站布(bu)置在右副(fu)廠(chang)房右側(ce)(ce)。為減少廠(chang)前赤家(jia)峪(yu)(yu)支溝水流對尾水的影(ying)響,通過隧洞(dong)將其改道(dao)(dao)。
白水(shui)峪水(shui)電站主(zhu)體工(gong)程于1994年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)開始(shi)正式施(shi)工(gong),1995年(nian)(nian)11月(yue)16日實(shi)現截(jie)流(liu),1997年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)6日水(shui)庫下閘蓄(xu)水(shui),1997年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)首臺機組(zu)并網發電,1998年(nian)(nian)4月(yue)3臺機組(zu)全部投產發電。1998年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)23日開始(shi)抬高蓄(xu)水(shui)位(wei),至8月(yue)20日庫水(shui)位(wei)蓄(xu)至正常(chang)水(shui)位(wei)198.00m,工(gong)程進(jin)入正常(chang)運(yun)行階段。
