簡介
黃(huang)龍灘水(shui)庫位(wei)于湖北(bei)(bei)省西北(bei)(bei)部,竹(zhu)山縣(xian)城東北(bei)(bei)部和十堰市西南(nan)緣。1978年(nian)(nian)建成。水(shui)源來自堵河。匯水(shui)面(mian)積(ji)11140平方(fang)公里,年(nian)(nian)徑流量60億立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi),總庫容(rong)11.625億立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)。為有(you)(you)發電(dian)(dian)、灌溉等(deng)效益的大(da)型水(shui)庫。正(zheng)常溢洪道(dao)最大(da)泄量11200立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao),非常溢洪道(dao)最大(da)泄量1030立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao),輸水(shui)管最大(da)泄量246立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)。大(da)壩(ba)左(zuo)岸建有(you)(you)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站,裝機2臺15萬千(qian)瓦,年(nian)(nian)發電(dian)(dian)量6.7億度(du)。右岸建有(you)(you)通(tong)航建筑物,機輪(lun)沿庫區上溯,可抵竹(zhu)山縣(xian)。
概述
大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)按100年一遇(yu)洪(hong)水(shui)13300立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao)設(she)計,500年一遇(yu)洪(hong)水(shui)16600立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao)校核。正常蓄水(shui)位247米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),總庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)11.625億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),興利(li)庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)5.985億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),死庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)4.14億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),調(diao)洪(hong)庫(ku)容(rong)(rong)1.5億(yi)(yi)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。淹沒(mei)耕地424.2公頃,遷(qian)移人口13991人。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)址基巖(yan)為(wei)變質結晶片巖(yan),地震基本(ben)烈度6度。混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)重力壩(ba)(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)252米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)107米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)長371米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂(ding)(ding)寬(kuan)(kuan)20米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),體積98萬(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。溢(yi)流(liu)段堰(yan)(yan)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)227米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),裝有6扇12米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)×10米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)平板(ban)閘門,最大(da)泄(xie)(xie)量(liang)(liang)(liang)11200立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao)。堰(yan)(yan)頂(ding)(ding)單(dan)(dan)寬(kuan)(kuan)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)156立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao),采用挑流(liu)消能(neng),大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)右部設(she)1孔非常溢(yi)洪(hong)道,堰(yan)(yan)頂(ding)(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)238米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),凈寬(kuan)(kuan)10米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),最大(da)泄(xie)(xie)量(liang)(liang)(liang)1030立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao)。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)左部設(she)泄(xie)(xie)洪(hong)底(di)孔1孔,孔口尺寸5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)×6米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),進口底(di)部高(gao)程(cheng)197米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),最大(da)泄(xie)(xie)量(liang)(liang)(liang)830立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao)。左岸(an)岸(an)邊引(yin)(yin)水(shui)式廠房(fang),用2條直徑6.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)壓力鋼管引(yin)(yin)水(shui)。廠房(fang)內(nei)裝有2臺(tai)HL009-LJ-410型水(shui)輪機(ji),單(dan)(dan)機(ji)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)7.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),轉數150r/min,引(yin)(yin)用流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)123立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao),設(she)計水(shui)頭58米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。工(gong)程(cheng)主要任(ren)務(wu)是(shi)發電,灌(guan)溉面(mian)積僅333公頃。施工(gong)導流(liu)時(shi)采用土(tu)(tu)(tu)石過水(shui)圍堰(yan)(yan),堰(yan)(yan)高(gao)12.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),用7.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)×9.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)×1.0米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)板(ban)護面(mian),最大(da)過堰(yan)(yan)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)6570立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao),單(dan)(dan)寬(kuan)(kuan)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)55立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)(miao)(miao)。
取得成績
多年(nian)來,黃(huang)龍灘水力(li)(li)發電廠(chang)采取(qu)有力(li)(li)措施,在設備更(geng)(geng)新改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)、安(an)全生產(chan)等(deng)方面做了大量(liang)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作,取(qu)得了可(ke)喜的(de)(de)成(cheng)績(ji): 1992,1993年(nian)分(fen)別對(dui)兩臺(tai)機(ji)組進行(xing)增容改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao),現(xian)裝機(ji)容量(liang)達2X8.5萬(wan)千瓦(wa);1995年(nian)跨入了電力(li)(li)部(bu)“安(an)全文明生產(chan)雙達標”企(qi)業(ye)行(xing)列;1997年(nian)完(wan)成(cheng)了計算機(ji)監控系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)作,實現(xian)了“無人(ren)值班(ban)”(少人(ren)值守)的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)方式;1999年(nian)底(di),完(wan)成(cheng)了水雨情自動(dong)測(ce)報(bao)和(he)防汛(xun)調度自動(dong)化系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)更(geng)(geng)新改(gai)(gai)造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)作,為(wei)水庫的(de)(de)科學調度奠定了堅實可(ke)靠的(de)(de)基(ji)礎;2001年(nian)基(ji)本完(wan)成(cheng)了信息管理(MIS系統(tong)(tong))、辦公自動(dong)化、工(gong)(gong)業(ye)電視(shi)監控系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)建設,并通過ISO9000質量(liang)體系認證(zheng),成(cheng)為(wei)國內少數幾家通過認證(zheng)的(de)(de)水電廠(chang),企(qi)業(ye)管理方式日趨現(xian)代化。
經濟貢獻
截(jie)止2003年(nian),黃龍(long)灘水(shui)力(li)發(fa)電廠累(lei)計(ji)發(fa)電190多(duo)億(yi)度(du),創工業(ye)產值57億(yi)元,為(wei)湖北電力(li)事業(ye)及車城經(jing)濟的騰飛(fei)做(zuo)出了(le)重大貢(gong)獻。
