電站規模
藤(teng)子溝電(dian)(dian)站裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量2×35MW,系懸(xuan)吊式高(gao)水頭、高(gao)轉速(su)水輪發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu),其(qi)1號機(ji)(ji)組(zu)A修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)是該公(gong)司首次進行的35MW水電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)A修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)工程(cheng)。針對時(shi)間(jian)緊、任(ren)務重(zhong)、技(ji)術新等諸多難題,公(gong)司專門成(cheng)(cheng)立了藤(teng)子溝電(dian)(dian)站檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)項目(mu)部(bu),并落各級人(ren)員責任(ren)制,以確保各項檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)工作(zuo)(zuo)的順利開展、有效(xiao)推進。在檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)工作(zuo)(zuo)中,該項目(mu)部(bu)全體員工始終堅(jian)持(chi)“策劃、程(cheng)序、修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)正、卓越(yue)”的工作(zuo)(zuo)理(li)念,先后完成(cheng)(cheng)了導水機(ji)(ji)構漏水大處理(li)、機(ji)(ji)組(zu)技(ji)術供水系統改(gai)造(zao)、轉速(su)測控(kong)改(gai)造(zao)等工作(zuo)(zuo)。同時(shi),他們秉承“精細化管理(li),與(yu)客戶共(gong)同成(cheng)(cheng)長”的理(li)念,在檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)過程(cheng)中發(fa)(fa)現的轉子磁(ci)極松動、鐵心縫隙大等重(zhong)大安全隱(yin)患均及時(shi)向業主(zhu)反映,共(gong)同研究整改(gai)措施(shi)。
藤子溝(gou)電站年發電量1.92億kW·h,大壩為雙(shuang)曲(qu)拱(gong)壩,壩高127m。引水隧(sui)洞4.8km,洞徑4.3m,調壓井深154.2m。廠房建筑物由主、副廠房、變(bian)電站、尾(wei)水渠(qu)組成(cheng)。主廠房成(cheng)型(xing)尺寸(長×寬×高)41.6×17.9×38.12m,單(dan)機(ji)引用(yong)流量25.80立方米(mi)/秒。尾(wei)水渠(qu)長158.075m,呈(cheng)“V”型(xing),底寬。
施工設計
工程樞紐主要由擋水建筑物、泄洪消能建筑物、引水系統和廠區系統組成2008年(nian)12月3日,“重慶藤子溝水電站工程橢圓型雙曲薄拱壩與引水系統壓(ya)力管橋設計”經查新機構進行相關(guan)檢索,取得如(ru)下查新結論:
采用橢圓形拱(gong)圈雙(shuang)曲薄(bo)拱(gong)壩(ba),最大(da)壩(ba)高124m。其中(zhong)墊(dian)座(zuo)混凝土7m,拱(gong)壩(ba)基(ji)本體(ti)形高度117m,拱(gong)冠梁(liang)厚比0.171,壩(ba)頂中(zhong)心線弧長(chang)339.475m。
引水系統(tong)共(gong)布置上下管(guan)(guan)橋,上、下管(guan)(guan)橋長分別(bie)為115.6m、112.2m,管(guan)(guan)徑均為3900mm,上、下管(guan)(guan)橋內(nei)水壓力分別(bie)為110m、135m,支撐(cheng)環跨(kua)度為20m。
邊坡穩定性
在(zai)進行邊坡(po)穩定性(xing)評價時,考慮(lv)降(jiang)(jiang)雨的影響口。降(jiang)(jiang)雨主(zhu)要(yao)通(tong)過以下作用(yong)機制觸發滑(hua)坡(po)的產生(sheng):大量(liang)的地表水(shui)(shui)進入(ru)巖土體(ti)(ti)(ti)增加(jia)(jia)了坡(po)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的重(zhong)量(liang),起加(jia)(jia)載作用(yong);浸泡軟化(hua)易滑(hua)地層(ceng),形成粘泥(ni)薄層(ceng),使抗剪強度大幅度降(jiang)(jiang)低;土體(ti)(ti)(ti)的孔(kong)隙(xi)和(he)巖體(ti)(ti)(ti)的節理裂(lie)隙(xi)被水(shui)(shui)充(chong)滿和(he)飽和(he),在(zai)增加(jia)(jia)動水(shui)(shui)和(he)靜水(shui)(shui)壓力的同時,降(jiang)(jiang)低了有(you)效應力;干濕交(jiao)替導致巖土體(ti)(ti)(ti)開(kai)裂(lie),使更多的降(jiang)(jiang)水(shui)(shui)進入(ru)坡(po)體(ti)(ti)(ti),導致滑(hua)坡(po)。
現場調查,滑體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)長(chang)己(ji)=128.4m,寬B=155.0m,滑體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)平均厚度(du)九(jiu)=10.98m,軟(ruan)(ruan)弱(ruo)夾(jia)層傾角為(wei)12o~15 o,計算時取a=13º,滑坡(po)(po)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)天(tian)然重度(du)M,=26.2kN:m-3,水的(de)(de)天(tian)然重度(du)Yd=10kN·m-3,由于滑體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)兩(liang)側邊緣(yuan)位(wei)于沖溝(gou)內,所(suo)以(yi)兩(liang)側側向作用力不(bu)計。底滑面為(wei)泥(ni)夾(jia)巖(yan)屑型(xing)軟(ruan)(ruan)弱(ruo)夾(jia)層,根(gen)據壩址同類型(xing)軟(ruan)(ruan)弱(ruo)夾(jia)層所(suo)做的(de)(de)原位(wei)試驗,抗剪指標采用f’=0.25,c’=10kN·m-2。改進(jin)后(hou)的(de)(de)Sarma法考慮了降雨動(dong)態因素的(de)(de)影響,分析了動(dong)水壓力對坡(po)(po)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)影響,以(yi)致在數天(tian)較大降雨后(hou)所(suo)計算的(de)(de)邊坡(po)(po)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)安全系數為(wei)0.96,而改進(jin)前(qian)的(de)(de)Sarma法所(suo)得到的(de)(de)結果為(wei)1.02。由此可見在進(jin)行土體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)邊坡(po)(po)和節理化(hua)巖(yan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)邊坡(po)(po)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)計算時,采用改進(jin)的(de)(de)Sarnla方(fang)法,能夠很好的(de)(de)表現地下(xia)水的(de)(de)動(dong)態變化(hua)對邊坡(po)(po)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)影響。
機搶修
2008年(nian)七(qi)月(yue)10日初,藤子溝電站(zhan)2#機(ji)組(zu)由于(yu)定子線圈(quan)絕(jue)緣擊穿,被(bei)迫停(ting)機(ji)。接到工(gong)作(zuo)任務后,重慶中(zhong)電電力工(gong)程有限責任公(gong)司(si)水電分公(gong)司(si)立即行動,迅速(su)組(zu)織近30人組(zu)成搶(qiang)修小組(zu),于(yu)2008年(nian)7月(yue)4日下午火速(su)趕到電站(zhan)所(suo)在(zai)地(di),展開搶(qiang)修工(gong)作(zuo)。
電站機(ji)(ji)組結(jie)構比較(jiao)特(te)(te)殊,推力(li)和上(shang)導各有一個油盒,而且風(feng)板(ban)、蓋板(ban)層數較(jiao)多,工(gong)作量較(jiao)大(da)。下(xia)風(feng)板(ban)在主(zhu)軸法(fa)蘭以(yi)上(shang),分解法(fa)蘭和拆(chai)下(xia)導油盒底板(ban)及(ji)油冷器須在水車(che)室(shi)搭設工(gong)作平(ping)臺,占用了水車(che)室(shi)的空間,所以(yi)水輪機(ji)(ji)的拆(chai)出(chu)工(gong)作尚需發電機(ji)(ji)拆(chai)出(chu)后才能(neng)開展。上(shang)導和下(xia)導油盒下(xia)方(fang)空間狹窄(zhai),人(ren)都沒法(fa)站立,特(te)(te)別是下(xia)導下(xia)方(fang),拆(chai)法(fa)蘭螺栓和下(xia)導油盒底板(ban)、下(xia)導油冷器相當費力(li)。這(zhe)些(xie)不(bu)利因素(su)無疑增(zeng)加(jia)了拆(chai)機(ji)(ji)的難度,增(zeng)大(da)了工(gong)作量,在正(zheng)(zheng)常情況下(xia)至少需3天時間。而時下(xia)正(zheng)(zheng)處于豐水期,業主(zhu)方(fang)對時間要求很緊,給的拆(chai)機(ji)(ji)時間只有2天。為了盡量減少停機(ji)(ji)帶來的損失,他們急業主(zhu)所急,7月5日一早開始拆(chai)機(ji)(ji),當晚吊(diao)(diao)出(chu)推力(li)頭(tou)。7月6日下(xia)午吊(diao)(diao)出(chu)上(shang)機(ji)(ji)架,晚上(shang)吊(diao)(diao)轉子(zi),隨后對定子(zi)線圈作試驗。
經過大家的共同(tong)努力,各專業(ye)密切配合,我(wo)方(fang)按(an)業(ye)主要求(qiu)在2天內完成(cheng)了(le)相關(guan)部件(jian)的拆出工(gong)作,為故(gu)障的查找(zhao)、分析、處理贏得了(le)時間(jian)。通過試驗已找(zhao)到了(le)故(gu)障點(dian),進行了(le)線(xian)圈的拆出工(gong)作。
竣工驗收
水電水利規劃(hua)設計總院于2008年1月(yue)18日在重(zhong)慶市(shi)組織召開了重(zhong)慶市(shi)龍河藤子溝(gou)水電站工程勞(lao)動(dong)安全(quan)與工業衛生專項竣(jun)工驗收會議。
藤子溝水電(dian)站(zhan)是龍(long)(long)河梯級開發(fa)方案(an)中的(de)龍(long)(long)頭骨(gu)干工(gong)程(cheng)。水電(dian)站(zhan)主體工(gong)程(cheng)于2002年(nian)7月(yue)15日(ri)正式開工(gong)建設,2002年(nian)12月(yue)28日(ri)截流,2005年(nian)3月(yue)下(xia)閘蓄水,4月(yue)首(shou)臺機(ji)組發(fa)電(dian)。2006年(nian)5月(yue)30日(ri)通過消防(fang)專項驗(yan)(yan)收(shou),2007年(nian)8月(yue)7日(ri)通過樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)專項竣工(gong)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)。
根據驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)工(gong)(gong)作安(an)(an)(an)排,2008年1月(yue)16日(ri)至18日(ri),水電水利規劃設計總院(yuan)組織勞動(dong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業衛(wei)生專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)組對(dui)(dui)(dui)重(zhong)慶市龍(long)(long)河(he)藤子溝水電站進(jin)行了(le)現(xian)場檢(jian)查和(he)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)評(ping)價(jia)報告的評(ping)審,并形成了(le)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)意(yi)見(jian)。會(hui)議聽取了(le)建(jian)設單位對(dui)(dui)(dui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設情(qing)況的匯報和(he)評(ping)價(jia)機構對(dui)(dui)(dui)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)評(ping)價(jia)報告的介紹;驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)檢(jian)查審閱了(le)相關(guan)的工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)文件和(he)資料(liao),并對(dui)(dui)(dui)專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)意(yi)見(jian)進(jin)行了(le)審議。驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)會(hui)議認為:重(zhong)慶市龍(long)(long)河(he)藤子溝水電站工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)基(ji)本具備安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)設施竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)條件,原則同(tong)意(yi)通過勞動(dong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業衛(wei)生專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)并形成了(le)《重(zhong)慶市龍(long)(long)河(he)藤子溝水電站工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)勞動(dong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業衛(wei)生專(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)鑒定書》。
