廣州(zhou)沙灣直(zhi)升(sheng)機場位于廣州(zhou)市番禺區(qu)沙灣古鎮附近(jin),其凈空(kong)(kong)(kong)條件優(you)良,天氣良好,每年可飛行(xing)的時間超過三百(bai)天以上。沙灣機場經批(pi)準的訓(xun)練飛行(xing)空(kong)(kong)(kong)域范圍為番禺區(qu)范圍內(nei)高度(du)600英(ying)尺以下,緊急(ji)機動(dong)任務隨報隨飛。機場場道(dao)安裝配備有(you)夜航(hang)(hang)設備,可晝夜飛行(xing)。主要經營內(nei)容:國內(nei)外私用直(zhi)升(sheng)機駕駛員執(zhi)照培訓(xun)、航(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)攝影、空(kong)(kong)(kong)中拍照、空(kong)(kong)(kong)中廣告(gao)、空(kong)(kong)(kong)中巡查、海洋監測、公(gong)路(lu)航(hang)(hang)測、航(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)器代管業(ye)務、氣象探(tan)測、科學(xue)實(shi)驗、漁(yu)業(ye)飛行(xing)、城(cheng)市消防(fang)、航(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)護(hu)林(lin)、醫療救(jiu)護(hu)、防(fang)治農(nong)林(lin)業(ye)病蟲害、防(fang)治衛生害蟲、直(zhi)升(sheng)機外載荷(he)飛行(xing)以及航(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)探(tan)礦等(deng),遇搶險救(jiu)災按民(min)用航(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)(kong)局有(you)關規定執(zhi)行(xing)。
2014年沙灣機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)采納了(le)通用航(hang)空為其定制的機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)解(jie)決(jue)方案,完成(cheng)了(le)傳統筆紙運(yun)行向(xiang)通航(hang)云信息(xi)化運(yun)行的華麗轉身(shen),成(cheng)為全國率(lv)先進入(ru)通用航(hang)空智能化管(guan)理的機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)。在機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)內(nei)記者看到(dao),機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)內(nei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)聲隆隆,只見(jian)兩(liang)架小(xiao)型直(zhi)升(sheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)有序起降,地勤人員也(ye)忙(mang)著為飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)加油檢修。在機(ji)(ji)(ji)庫里一字排(pai)開的各種樣(yang)式的直(zhi)升(sheng)面為近(jin)10架。
據機(ji)場(chang)負責人介紹,沙灣機(ji)場(chang)經過多年(nian)(nian)長足的發展(zhan),迎來了(le)(le)好“年(nian)(nian)景”。尤其是“中國低空(kong)空(kong)域今年(nian)(nian)開(kai)放”,這(zhe)條(tiao)消(xiao)息(xi)從今年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)初開(kai)始一(yi)直到年(nian)(nian)底,終(zhong)于(yu)等來了(le)(le)確切消(xiao)息(xi)。在11月22日閉幕的全(quan)國低空(kong)空(kong)域管理改革工作會議(yi)上(shang)提出,改革進入深水區和(he)攻堅期,要以促進通(tong)航(hang)產業發展(zhan)和(he)滿足社會公眾需求(qiu)為(wei)目標(biao),完(wan)善法規制度,最(zui)大(da)限度盤活(huo)低空(kong)空(kong)域資源,促進通(tong)用航(hang)空(kong)產業快速健康發展(zhan)。會議(yi)確定真(zhen)高(gao)一(yi)千米以下空(kong)域實行分類(lei)管理有序放開(kai)。
