陜西省(sheng)西安小(xiao)學是(shi)(shi)一(yi)所九(jiu)年義務(wu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育全(quan)日制小(xiao)學,是(shi)(shi)陜西省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育廳直屬的省(sheng)級示范(fan)小(xiao)學。校園(yuan)占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)6693平方米有32個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學班,117名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職員工,1979名學生。2008年學校對原有建(jian)(jian)筑進行(xing)了全(quan)面(mian)(mian)改建(jian)(jian),新(xin)建(jian)(jian)一(yi)幢(chuang)12700 m2的數(shu)字化(hua)綜合(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學樓,集教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學、藝術教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育、陽光體育、科技活(huo)動等素(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育功能為(wei)(wei)一(yi)體。在新(xin)課程理念指導下(xia),積(ji)極創建(jian)(jian)校園(yuan)環境文(wen)化(hua)、物質(zhi)文(wen)化(hua),為(wei)(wei)全(quan)面(mian)(mian)實(shi)施素(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育奠定堅實(shi)基(ji)礎。
建(jian)校(xiao)時校(xiao)名為(wei)(wei)(wei)長安(an)(an)縣私立(li)許(xu)士(shi)廟街小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue);1931年(nian)(nian)(nian)改(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)許(xu)士(shi)廟街小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue);1944年(nian)(nian)(nian)偽(wei)政府改(gai)制定(ding)名為(wei)(wei)(wei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)安(an)(an)市(shi)第(di)六區(qu)(qu)(qu)第(di)一中心國民學(xue)校(xiao);1949年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月25日西(xi)(xi)(xi)安(an)(an)解放后,改(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)安(an)(an)市(shi)第(di)六區(qu)(qu)(qu)第(di)一完全小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue);1951年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月改(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)安(an)(an)市(shi)許(xu)士(shi)廟街小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue);由(you)西(xi)(xi)(xi)安(an)(an)市(shi)文教局領導。1953年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月劃歸區(qu)(qu)(qu)屬,改(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)西(xi)(xi)(xi)安(an)(an)市(shi)蓮(lian)(lian)湖(hu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)許(xu)士(shi)廟街小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue):1966年(nian)(nian)(nian)改(gai)名為(wei)(wei)(wei)蓮(lian)(lian)湖(hu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)東方紅路第(di)一小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue);1972年(nian)(nian)(nian)改(gai)名為(wei)(wei)(wei)蓮(lian)(lian)湖(hu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)第(di)一小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue);1980年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月收(shou)歸陜西(xi)(xi)(xi)省(sheng)教育廳直屬,定(ding)名為(wei)(wei)(wei)陜西(xi)(xi)(xi)省(sheng)西(xi)(xi)(xi)安(an)(an)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)。
陜西省西安小(xiao)學的發(fa)展過程中,一批高素質的教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)迅(xun)速(su)成長起來(lai),涌現出全國模(mo)范教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)1名(ming)、全國優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)1名(ming),特級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)4名(ming),中學高級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)7名(ming),省級優秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)3名(ming),省級教(jiao)(jiao)學能手5名(ming),省級師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德先(xian)進5名(ming),近幾年在各(ge)級各(ge)類的教(jiao)(jiao)學評優活動中獲獎人次達百余人次。
30年來,省教(jiao)育(yu)廳(ting)采用選派(pai)廳(ting)機關優秀干部(bu)、全(quan)省公(gong)開(kai)招聘等方(fang)式(shi)任(ren)命了(le)(le)一批(pi)優秀干部(bu)成為(wei)學(xue)校的(de)校級領(ling)導,確保了(le)(le)學(xue)校的(de)健康穩步發展。在(zai)歷任(ren)校長(chang)的(de)努力(li)下,學(xue)校規模、設施、教(jiao)師隊(dui)伍、學(xue)校管(guan)理、教(jiao)學(xue)改(gai)革、教(jiao)育(yu)質量等各(ge)方(fang)面工作(zuo)得到(dao)不斷改(gai)善提高,得以長(chang)足發展,在(zai)社(she)會上享(xiang)有較高聲譽。
近(jin)年(nian)來,學校在發(fa)展(zhan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),突(tu)出了信息技術環境下的(de)(de)硬(ying)件(jian)建設和(he)新課程(cheng)資源開(kai)發(fa)與應(ying)用研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。學校成為國家級、省級現代(dai)教(jiao)育技術實(shi)驗(yan)學校的(de)(de)實(shi)驗(yan)基地。一批國家級、省級立項課題實(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)在上級教(jiao)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)部門的(de)(de)指導下得(de)以順利開(kai)展(zhan),在應(ying)用研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)實(shi)踐(jian)中(zhong)取得(de)優(you)異成績,帶動了全省中(zhong)小學的(de)(de)新課程(cheng)資源開(kai)發(fa)與應(ying)用研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)工作的(de)(de)開(kai)展(zhan)。
