武(wu)義(yi)二中現有29個高中教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)班,在校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生1498人,正式(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工112人,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占地面積(ji)32800平方米。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)發展受制(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)校(xiao)園面積(ji),就(jiu)創造(zao)條件建設(she)(she)精品化(hua)校(xiao)園。近年來,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)大力推進以校(xiao)長(chang)負責制(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)主體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)三制(zhi)(zhi)改革,重大決(jue)定和(he)(he)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)均通(tong)過教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)代(dai)(dai)會決(jue)議,規范推行校(xiao)務(wu)財務(wu)公開(kai)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),不(bu)斷建立完善科學(xue)(xue)化(hua)、規范化(hua)、制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)化(hua)管理體(ti)系。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)千方百(bai)計(ji)籌措(cuo)資金搞好現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)技(ji)術設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)(she)與使用,盡量爭取讓山區孩(hai)子(zi)也能(neng)享受和(he)(he)城市學(xue)(xue)生一樣優越的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習條件,給全體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師配齊現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)辦公用品,多(duo)渠道培訓每位教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師用先(xian)進的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)理念(nian)操作(zuo)現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)武(wu)器,鼓勵教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師洗腦充電做(zuo)一專(zhuan)多(duo)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)者和(he)(he)專(zhuan)家(jia)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)積(ji)極(ji)挖(wa)掘百(bai)年老校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)遺存并(bing)整理開(kai)發校(xiao)本(ben)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材,倡導“健康、合(he)作(zuo)、開(kai)拓(tuo)”的(de)(de)(de)時代(dai)(dai)精神,整合(he)資源提煉思想,提出“以人為(wei)本(ben)、全面發展”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)目標(biao)和(he)(he)“夯實基礎(chu),打(da)開(kai)學(xue)(xue)生素質和(he)(he)能(neng)力全面發展的(de)(de)(de)個性翅膀”的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理念(nian)。廣大教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師扎根山區安貧樂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),全心投入群體(ti)師德(de)創優活動,努力培養學(xue)(xue)生傳(chuan)承求是、創新、刻苦、仁義(yi)等老校(xiao)遺風(feng),推陳出新做(zuo)新時代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)“四有”新人。
民(min)國二(er)十七年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共地下黨員潘振(zhen)武(wu)在講習所校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)址創(chuang)辦(ban)宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)私立(li)戰(zhan)(zhan)時(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),民(min)國二(er)十八(ba)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),縣(xian)(xian)政府創(chuang)辦(ban)宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)縣(xian)(xian)立(li)戰(zhan)(zhan)時(shi)初(chu)(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生初(chu)(chu)習學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)兩校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合并為宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)縣(xian)(xian)立(li)戰(zhan)(zhan)時(shi)初(chu)(chu)級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。民(min)國二(er)十九年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),戰(zhan)(zhan)時(shi)初(chu)(chu)級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在日寇入(ru)侵的戰(zhan)(zhan)亂(luan)(luan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)遷址城北臺山(shan)寺(si)和靜妙(miao)寺(si),民(min)國三十年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),本址又創(chuang)辦(ban)宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)簡(jian)易師(shi)范,潘振(zhen)武(wu)主持校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)務。民(min)國三十一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),日軍掃蕩浙(zhe)(zhe)江腹地,省部分(fen)機關學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)南遷宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping),僅學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)就有杭州清華中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、紹興(xing)(xing)稽山(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、金華師(shi)范等,為安置全省各地淪(lun)陷區逃亡學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,省教育(yu)廳在宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)創(chuang)辦(ban)浙(zhe)(zhe)東第(di)二(er)臨時(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)9月本校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)并入(ru)浙(zhe)(zhe)東第(di)二(er)臨時(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),戰(zhan)(zhan)亂(luan)(luan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)教育(yu)一時(shi)興(xing)(xing)盛。1949年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月,宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)解放,1946年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)創(chuang)辦(ban)的宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)私立(li)普育(yu)初(chu)(chu)級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)并入(ru)本校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)2月宣(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)撤(che)縣(xian)(xian),本校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)改稱(cheng)武(wu)義(yi)第(di)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)首(shou)次招收高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新(xin)生,本校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)成為完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。1961年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),武(wu)義(yi)從(cong)永(yong)康分(fen)出恢復(fu)縣(xian)(xian)制(zhi),本校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)定名為“浙(zhe)(zhe)江省武(wu)義(yi)縣(xian)(xian)第(di)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。”
本(ben)校(xiao)所在(zai)(zai)的(de)柳城畬族鎮,從明(ming)(ming)朝景泰三年(nian)(nian)(1452)至1958年(nian)(nian)為(wei)宣平(ping)縣(xian)縣(xian)治所在(zai)(zai)地(di)(di),校(xiao)址身處革命老區(qu)、少數民族地(di)(di)區(qu)和(he)貧困山區(qu),師生“苦教(jiao)”、“苦學”之風長期(qi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)聲在(zai)(zai)外(wai)。學校(xiao)首(shou)批(pi)學生就(jiu)培(pei)養出潘漠華、吳謙等(deng)“五·四”新文化運動(dong)先驅(qu)和(he)革命烈(lie)士(shi),在(zai)(zai)整個民國(guo)(guo)和(he)抗(kang)戰時期(qi),本(ben)校(xiao)貫徹(che)“教(jiao)育救國(guo)(guo)”方針,一(yi)直是愛國(guo)(guo)青年(nian)(nian)、進(jin)步人(ren)士(shi)和(he)地(di)(di)下黨員(yuan)活動(dong)成(cheng)(cheng)長的(de)搖籃,毫無(wu)疑問,武義二(er)中為(wei)原宣平(ping)縣(xian)的(de)文明(ming)(ming)進(jin)步和(he)解放(fang)事業做出了突出貢獻。1958年(nian)(nian)至今,本(ben)校(xiao)生源除原宣平(ping)縣(xian)柳城、上(shang)坦、桃溪3區(qu)各鄉鎮9萬(wan)多畬漢(han)子女外(wai),還覆蓋(gai)武義、麗水、遂(sui)昌(chang)、松陽、永康、溫(wen)州等(deng)地(di)(di),1961年(nian)(nian),二(er)中首(shou)批(pi)高(gao)中畢業生參加高(gao)考(kao),成(cheng)(cheng)績名(ming)(ming)(ming)列浙江(jiang)全省第9名(ming)(ming)(ming)。1977年(nian)(nian)恢(hui)復高(gao)考(kao)后也一(yi)度輝煌,特別是人(ren)文教(jiao)育曾(ceng)享譽(yu)全縣(xian)和(he)周邊縣(xian)市,辦(ban)學90年(nian)(nian)來已培(pei)養出2萬(wan)多名(ming)(ming)(ming)合格和(he)優秀畢業生,其(qi)中恢(hui)復高(gao)考(kao)后輸(shu)送的(de)畢業生成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)副(fu)教(jiao)授以上(shang)的(de)科學家、學者就(jiu)有100多人(ren)。社會廣泛稱
