民(min)國二(er)(er)(er)十七年(nian)(nian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共地(di)(di)下黨員潘振武(wu)在(zai)講習(xi)(xi)所(suo)校(xiao)址創(chuang)(chuang)辦宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)私(si)立(li)(li)戰(zhan)時(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),民(min)國二(er)(er)(er)十八年(nian)(nian),縣(xian)政府創(chuang)(chuang)辦宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)縣(xian)立(li)(li)戰(zhan)時(shi)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)初(chu)習(xi)(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),同(tong)年(nian)(nian)兩校(xiao)合并(bing)(bing)為宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)縣(xian)立(li)(li)戰(zhan)時(shi)初(chu)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。民(min)國二(er)(er)(er)十九年(nian)(nian),戰(zhan)時(shi)初(chu)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在(zai)日(ri)寇入侵的(de)戰(zhan)亂(luan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)遷址城(cheng)北臺(tai)山寺和靜妙寺,民(min)國三十年(nian)(nian),本(ben)址又創(chuang)(chuang)辦宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)簡易師(shi)(shi)范,潘振武(wu)主持校(xiao)務(wu)。民(min)國三十一年(nian)(nian),日(ri)軍掃蕩浙(zhe)江腹(fu)地(di)(di),省部分機關學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)南遷宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping),僅(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)就有杭州(zhou)清華中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、紹(shao)興稽山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、金華師(shi)(shi)范等,為安置全省各地(di)(di)淪陷區逃(tao)亡(wang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),省教育廳在(zai)宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)創(chuang)(chuang)辦浙(zhe)東第(di)二(er)(er)(er)臨時(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),同(tong)年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)本(ben)校(xiao)并(bing)(bing)入浙(zhe)東第(di)二(er)(er)(er)臨時(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),戰(zhan)亂(luan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)教育一時(shi)興盛。1949年(nian)(nian)5月(yue),宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)解放,1946年(nian)(nian)創(chuang)(chuang)辦的(de)宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)私(si)立(li)(li)普育初(chu)級(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)并(bing)(bing)入本(ben)校(xiao)。1958年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)撤縣(xian),本(ben)校(xiao)改稱(cheng)武(wu)義第(di)二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),同(tong)年(nian)(nian)首次(ci)招收高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新生(sheng),本(ben)校(xiao)成為完(wan)全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。1961年(nian)(nian),武(wu)義從(cong)永康分出恢復縣(xian)制,本(ben)校(xiao)定名(ming)為“浙(zhe)江省武(wu)義縣(xian)第(di)二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。”
本(ben)校(xiao)所在(zai)的(de)柳城畬(yu)族(zu)鎮,從明(ming)朝景泰三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1452)至(zhi)1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)為宣(xuan)平縣(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)治所在(zai)地(di),校(xiao)址身處革命(ming)老區(qu)、少(shao)數民族(zu)地(di)區(qu)和(he)貧困山區(qu),師生(sheng)(sheng)“苦教(jiao)”、“苦學”之(zhi)風(feng)長(chang)期(qi)名聲在(zai)外(wai)。學校(xiao)首批(pi)學生(sheng)(sheng)就培(pei)養出潘漠華、吳謙(qian)等(deng)“五·四”新文化(hua)運動先驅和(he)革命(ming)烈(lie)士(shi),在(zai)整個民國(guo)和(he)抗戰時期(qi),本(ben)校(xiao)貫(guan)徹“教(jiao)育(yu)救(jiu)國(guo)”方針(zhen),一直(zhi)是愛國(guo)青年(nian)(nian)(nian)、進(jin)步(bu)人士(shi)和(he)地(di)下黨員(yuan)活動成長(chang)的(de)搖(yao)籃,毫(hao)無疑問,武義二(er)中為原宣(xuan)平縣(xian)(xian)的(de)文明(ming)進(jin)步(bu)和(he)解放事業(ye)(ye)做出了突(tu)出貢獻(xian)。1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)至(zhi)今,本(ben)校(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)源除原宣(xuan)平縣(xian)(xian)柳城、上(shang)坦(tan)、桃溪3區(qu)各鄉鎮9萬(wan)(wan)多畬(yu)漢子女(nv)外(wai),還覆蓋武義、麗(li)水、遂昌、松陽、永(yong)康、溫州(zhou)等(deng)地(di),1961年(nian)(nian)(nian),二(er)中首批(pi)高中畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)參加高考(kao),成績名列浙江全省第9名。1977年(nian)(nian)(nian)恢復(fu)高考(kao)后(hou)也(ye)一度輝煌,特別是人文教(jiao)育(yu)曾享譽全縣(xian)(xian)和(he)周邊縣(xian)(xian)市,辦學90年(nian)(nian)(nian)來(lai)已(yi)培(pei)養出2萬(wan)(wan)多名合格(ge)和(he)優秀(xiu)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),其中恢復(fu)高考(kao)后(hou)輸送(song)的(de)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)成為副教(jiao)授以上(shang)的(de)科學家、學者就有100多人。社會(hui)廣泛稱
贊“宣平出(chu)人(ren)才(cai)”,而二中(zhong)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)人(ren)才(cai)的(de)搖(yao)籃(lan),從校園走(zou)向政治(zhi)、經濟、文化、科(ke)學(xue)等領域的(de)俊杰數不勝數。武義(yi)現代(dai)百年文學(xue),從潘漠華、謝挺宇、沈(shen)湜到《巽水》詩社諸(zhu)人(ren),二中(zhong)學(xue)子獨領風騷;二中(zhong)是(shi)(shi)武義(yi)名師的(de)搖(yao)籃(lan),享譽縣(xian)內外的(de)特級教師、學(xue)科(ke)帶頭人(ren)等承前啟后人(ren)才(cai)輩出(chu),全縣(xian)60%以上中(zhong)學(xue)音(yin)樂教師都(dou)是(shi)(shi)二中(zhong)培養出(chu)的(de)學(xue)生。
