民(min)(min)(min)國(guo)二(er)十七年(nian),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共地下黨員潘振武(wu)在講習(xi)所(suo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)址(zhi)創(chuang)(chuang)辦宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)私立戰(zhan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),民(min)(min)(min)國(guo)二(er)十八年(nian),縣政府創(chuang)(chuang)辦宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)縣立戰(zhan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)初(chu)(chu)(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)初(chu)(chu)(chu)習(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),同年(nian)兩校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合并(bing)為宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)縣立戰(zhan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)初(chu)(chu)(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。民(min)(min)(min)國(guo)二(er)十九年(nian),戰(zhan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)初(chu)(chu)(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在日(ri)寇入侵的戰(zhan)亂中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)遷址(zhi)城北臺山寺和靜妙寺,民(min)(min)(min)國(guo)三(san)十年(nian),本(ben)(ben)址(zhi)又創(chuang)(chuang)辦宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)簡易(yi)師范(fan),潘振武(wu)主持校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)務。民(min)(min)(min)國(guo)三(san)十一年(nian),日(ri)軍掃蕩浙江腹地,省(sheng)(sheng)部分機關學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)南遷宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping),僅學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)就有(you)杭州(zhou)清華中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、紹(shao)興(xing)稽山中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、金(jin)華師范(fan)等,為安置全省(sheng)(sheng)各(ge)地淪陷(xian)區逃亡學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)育廳(ting)在宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)創(chuang)(chuang)辦浙東(dong)第二(er)臨(lin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),同年(nian)9月本(ben)(ben)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)并(bing)入浙東(dong)第二(er)臨(lin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),戰(zhan)亂中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)教(jiao)育一時(shi)(shi)(shi)興(xing)盛。1949年(nian)5月,宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)解放(fang),1946年(nian)創(chuang)(chuang)辦的宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)私立普育初(chu)(chu)(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)并(bing)入本(ben)(ben)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。1958年(nian)2月宣(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)平(ping)(ping)撤縣,本(ben)(ben)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)改稱(cheng)武(wu)義第二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),同年(nian)首次招收高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)新生(sheng),本(ben)(ben)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)成為完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。1961年(nian),武(wu)義從永康分出(chu)恢(hui)復縣制,本(ben)(ben)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)定(ding)名為“浙江省(sheng)(sheng)武(wu)義縣第二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。”
本校(xiao)所(suo)在的(de)柳(liu)城(cheng)畬族(zu)(zu)鎮,從明朝(chao)景(jing)泰三(san)年(nian)(nian)(1452)至1958年(nian)(nian)為(wei)宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)縣縣治所(suo)在地(di)(di),校(xiao)址身(shen)處革命老區、少(shao)數民族(zu)(zu)地(di)(di)區和貧(pin)困(kun)山區,師(shi)生(sheng)“苦教”、“苦學(xue)(xue)”之風長期名(ming)聲在外。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)首批學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)就培(pei)養出潘漠華(hua)、吳謙等“五·四”新(xin)文化運動先驅和革命烈士,在整個民國(guo)和抗(kang)戰時(shi)期,本校(xiao)貫(guan)徹“教育救(jiu)國(guo)”方針,一直(zhi)是愛(ai)國(guo)青年(nian)(nian)、進步人士和地(di)(di)下黨員活動成長的(de)搖籃,毫無疑問(wen),武義二中(zhong)為(wei)原(yuan)宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)縣的(de)文明進步和解放事(shi)業做(zuo)出了突出貢獻。1958年(nian)(nian)至今,本校(xiao)生(sheng)源除原(yuan)宣(xuan)平(ping)(ping)縣柳(liu)城(cheng)、上坦、桃溪3區各鄉鎮9萬(wan)多畬漢子(zi)女外,還覆(fu)蓋武義、麗(li)水、遂昌、松陽、永康、溫州等地(di)(di),1961年(nian)(nian),二中(zhong)首批高(gao)中(zhong)畢(bi)業生(sheng)參加高(gao)考(kao),成績名(ming)列(lie)浙江全省(sheng)第9名(ming)。1977年(nian)(nian)恢復高(gao)考(kao)后(hou)也一度輝煌,特別是人文教育曾享譽全縣和周(zhou)邊(bian)縣市,辦學(xue)(xue)90年(nian)(nian)來(lai)已培(pei)養出2萬(wan)多名(ming)合格和優(you)秀畢(bi)業生(sheng),其(qi)中(zhong)恢復高(gao)考(kao)后(hou)輸送的(de)畢(bi)業生(sheng)成為(wei)副教授以(yi)上的(de)科學(xue)(xue)家、學(xue)(xue)者就有100多人。社會廣泛稱
贊“宣平(ping)出人(ren)才(cai)”,而(er)二中就是人(ren)才(cai)的(de)搖(yao)籃(lan),從校園(yuan)走向政治、經(jing)濟(ji)、文化、科學等(deng)領域的(de)俊杰(jie)數(shu)(shu)不勝數(shu)(shu)。武義(yi)現代百(bai)年文學,從潘漠華、謝挺宇、沈湜到《巽(xun)水》詩社諸人(ren),二中學子獨領風(feng)騷(sao);二中是武義(yi)名(ming)師(shi)(shi)的(de)搖(yao)籃(lan),享譽(yu)縣內外的(de)特級(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、學科帶頭人(ren)等(deng)承(cheng)前啟后人(ren)才(cai)輩(bei)出,全縣60%以上中學音樂教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)都是二中培養出的(de)學生(sheng)。
