一(yi)(yi)(yi)個時(shi)期(qi)以(yi)來,由于各種原因,辦(ban)學效(xiao)益(yi)不(bu)盡(jin)如人意,被社會視(shi)為(wei)薄(bo)弱學校。一(yi)(yi)(yi)九九六年(nian)底至(zhi)九七年(nian)春(chun),碑林區委先后(hou)派李三(san)(san)杰擔任(ren)書記,凌群祥擔任(ren)校長,組成(cheng)學校新一(yi)(yi)(yi)屆領導班(ban)(ban)子(zi)(zi)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)來學校領導班(ban)(ban)子(zi)(zi)確定了“一(yi)(yi)(yi)、二(er)、三(san)(san)、三(san)(san)加改革”的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)規(gui)劃(hua)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)內(nei)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)區級文明(ming)單位;二(er)是(shi)落實好(hao)(hao)(hao)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)委《教(jiao)(jiao)學管理常(chang)(chang)規(gui)》和(he)《學校管理常(chang)(chang)規(gui)》;三(san)(san)是(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao)三(san)(san)個建(jian)(jian)設,即抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao)學校黨政領導班(ban)(ban)子(zi)(zi)建(jian)(jian)設,抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao)以(yi)團隊組織班(ban)(ban)主任(ren)為(wei)主體(ti)的(de)德育工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)網絡建(jian)(jian)設,加強以(yi)中(zhong)青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師為(wei)主體(ti)的(de)師資隊伍建(jian)(jian)設;四是(shi)突出(chu)(chu)三(san)(san)個重點,即:突出(chu)(chu)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學質(zhi)量(liang),力爭在(zai)質(zhi)量(liang)上一(yi)(yi)(yi)兩年(nian)內(nei)改變(bian)落后(hou)的(de)現狀,突出(chu)(chu)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao)校園(yuan)經(jing)濟,為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學改革及職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)福利(li)待遇提供(gong)物質(zhi)保障,突出(chu)(chu)抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)好(hao)(hao)(hao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)住宅建(jian)(jian)設,使廣大教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安居(ju)樂教(jiao)(jiao);在(zai)改革方(fang)面主要抓(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)(zhua)了初中(zhong)段與市(shi)三(san)(san)中(zhong)的(de)聯合(he)辦(ban)學,尋求(qiu)自我發(fa)展。下氣力規(gui)范(fan)教(jiao)(jiao)學常(chang)(chang)規(gui)要求(qiu),嚴(yan)格工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)紀律,端正教(jiao)(jiao)風,加強教(jiao)(jiao)師培(pei)訓進修,制訂(ding)了師訓工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃(hua)。鼓勵青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師在(zai)不(bu)影響(xiang)正常(chang)(chang)教(jiao)(jiao)學的(de)情(qing)況下,積(ji)極在(zai)職(zhi)進修。
兩(liang)(liang)年(nian)來(lai)(lai)(lai)進修取得本科(ke)學(xue)歷的(de)有5人,現在正由大專(zhuan)向(xiang)本科(ke)進修的(de)有9人。對進修取得文(wen)憑的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師給予獎勵(li),87年(nian)區教(jiao)(jiao)育局組織有經驗(yan)特長的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師進行輔導,我校(xiao)有51人參加,經考核 驗(yan)收100%合格(ge),優秀(xiu)面達63%。教(jiao)(jiao)師整體(ti)素質(zhi)有明顯提(ti)高(gao),整個(ge)學(xue)校(xiao)中已形(xing)成比、學(xue)、趕、幫的(de)良好風(feng)氣。通(tong)過聯合辦(ban)學(xue),有效(xiao)改變了(le)學(xue)校(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)源狀況(kuang)。初(chu)中新生(sheng)(sheng)由原(yuan)來(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)四(si)個(ge)班,增加到六個(ge)班。高(gao)中生(sheng)(sheng)源也有明顯好轉,生(sheng)(sheng)源基礎得到鞏(gong)固,兩(liang)(liang)年(nian)來(lai)(lai)(lai)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)鞏(gong)固率由原(yuan)來(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)70%提(ti)高(gao)到95%。
經(jing)過(guo)近(jin)兩(liang)年來的(de)不(bu)懈努力,學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工作出(chu)現明(ming)顯起色,為(wei)了(le)盡快改(gai)變學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)形(xing)象(xiang),班子研究決定:緊縮開支,多方(fang)籌措資金(jin),利用97年暑(shu)假,突擊進行校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園建設,平(ping)(ping)整內遷操場1600平(ping)(ping)方(fang)米,粉刷教(jiao)室內外墻(qiang)壁,噴(pen)涂(tu)了(le)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園全(quan)部舊(jiu)房墻(qiang)壁,經(jing)過(guo)努力,教(jiao)職(zhi)工辦(ban)公(gong)條件明(ming)顯改(gai)觀,學生(sheng)課桌凳全(quan)部更換一新,在教(jiao)育局支持(chi)下近(jin)1000平(ping)(ping)方(fang)米的(de)辦(ban)公(gong)綜合樓及水廁已破土動工,新學年伊始,將(jiang)投入使用。購買了(le)種植花草樹木,又平(ping)(ping)整鋪設了(le)各處道路(lu)及地面等,致(zhi)使學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)綠樹成蔭,花木有(you)(you)致(zhi),房舍(she)翻新,標語醒目,道路(lu)平(ping)(ping)整,場地美觀,一改(gai)往日(ri)的(de)舊(jiu)顏,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)容校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)貌發生(sheng)深刻變化(hua),校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園環境(jing)優美,富有(you)(you)文化(hua)氣息。九(jiu)七年通過(guo)市上(shang)統(tong)一驗收,并被區(qu)上(shang)授予“十(shi)有(you)(you)”“十(shi)無”文明(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園及區(qu)級文明(ming)單位,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園經(jing)濟得(de)到較(jiao)快發展。教(jiao)職(zhi)工獎金(jin)福利待(dai)遇有(you)(you)了(le)明(ming)顯提高。
