貴州省(sheng)大(da)方縣(xian)(xian)(xian)第三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)坐落于大(da)方縣(xian)(xian)(xian)城南郊奎峰塔旁,是大(da)方縣(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)一所優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。于1994年建校(xiao)(xiao),現有占地(di)面積近(jin)10萬平方米。大(da)方縣(xian)(xian)(xian)第三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)是1994年經(jing)畢節地(di)區(qu)行(xing)署行(xing)文,在(zai)大(da)方縣(xian)(xian)(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)進修學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)原址(zhi)上增設的(de)(de)(de)一所縣(xian)(xian)(xian)直普(pu)(pu)通高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)秉(bing)承“立(li)德樹(shu)人(ren),圓夢興國”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)想,堅持全面貫徹黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)方針,走(zou)“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)風(feng)(feng)正、學(xue)(xue)(xue)風(feng)(feng)濃、校(xiao)(xiao)風(feng)(feng)好、質(zhi)(zhi)量高(gao)(gao)、有特色(se)”的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)道路(lu),在(zai)全校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職員(yuan)工的(de)(de)(de)共同(tong)努力下,23年來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)(xian)后被評(ping)為“國家德育(yu)科(ke)研先(xian)(xian)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”、貴州省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)滲透(tou)法制教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)“省(sheng)級(ji)示(shi)范校(xiao)(xiao)”、貴州省(sheng)“詩教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)先(xian)(xian)進單位”、畢節地(di)區(qu)普(pu)(pu)通高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量評(ping)價“三(san)類學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”、畢節地(di)區(qu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)系統“先(xian)(xian)進集(ji)體”、畢節市“詩詞校(xiao)(xiao)園”、畢節市首批(pi)“市級(ji)示(shi)范性(xing)普(pu)(pu)通高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)”、大(da)方縣(xian)(xian)(xian)首批(pi)“名學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”等。2015年榮獲大(da)方縣(xian)(xian)(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)目(mu)標(biao)考核一等獎,2016年順利通過貴州省(sheng)省(sheng)級(ji)示(shi)范性(xing)普(pu)(pu)通高(gao)(gao)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)專家第一次評(ping)估驗收。
至2010年,大方三中共(gong)有教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)210人(ren)(ren),其(qi)中中學特級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)1人(ren)(ren),高(gao)級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)35人(ren)(ren),一級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)101人(ren)(ren),省級(ji)(ji)名師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培訓(xun)對(dui)象1人(ren)(ren),地(di)級(ji)(ji)名師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)1人(ren)(ren),省級(ji)(ji)骨(gu)(gu)干教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)2人(ren)(ren),地(di)級(ji)(ji)骨(gu)(gu)干教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)4人(ren)(ren);具有研究生學歷(li)(li)的5人(ren)(ren),本科學歷(li)(li)的115人(ren)(ren);初中教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學歷(li)(li)合格率為(wei)100%,高(gao)中教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)合格率為(wei)85%。學校(xiao)現有教(jiao)學班66個,學生4752人(ren)(ren),是全縣(xian)學生人(ren)(ren)數最多的學校(xiao)。
為了(le)全(quan)力(li)構建合(he)作、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習型學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),全(quan)面(mian)提高教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的綜合(he)素質,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先后派老師(shi)(shi)(shi)到(dao)重慶、浙(zhe)江、深(shen)圳(zhen)、成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)等地學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習先進的教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念(nian)和教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方法。并與(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)市(shi)西(xi)鄉中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)成(cheng)(cheng)友好學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),開展廣泛(fan)的校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)際交流活動;與(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)市(shi)高級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)達成(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資培(pei)訓、貧(pin)困(kun)生(sheng)幫扶的牽手學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),讓(rang)100多名貧(pin)困(kun)生(sheng)重返校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan);與(yu)深(shen)圳(zhen)梅山(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)結(jie)為友誼學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),讓(rang)老師(shi)(shi)(shi)們懂得了(le)新教(jiao)改(gai)、新理念(nian),形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)努力(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習探(tan)討教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念(nian),大膽創新教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)方法,充(chong)分調動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自(zi)主學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習積極(ji)性的科(ke)研氛圍(wei);與(yu)“文友”基金會達成(cheng)(cheng)幫扶、牽手兄弟單位,讓(rang)我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)近兩百名貧(pin)困(kun)生(sheng)得到(dao)了(le)資助;還與(yu)成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)七(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)(cheng)功聯辦了(le)網校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)班。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)派老師(shi)(shi)(shi)到(dao)這幾所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)培(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習已達64人次。
通(tong)過全校(xiao)老師的共同努(nu)力,學(xue)校(xiao)的教學(xue)質量(liang)得(de)以(yi)提高,2000年(nian)(nian)高考(kao)(kao)錄取率從(cong)全縣完(wan)中(zhong)之末躍居第(di)二,中(zhong)考(kao)(kao)實(shi)現(xian)了零的突破。從(cong)此學(xue)校(xiao)的中(zhong)、高考(kao)(kao)升學(xue)率穩步上升,高考(kao)(kao)上線率連續八(ba)年(nian)(nian)居全縣完(wan)中(zhong)前列(lie),有些班級的語、數、外、文綜、理綜等學(xue)科均分(fen)超過了省(sheng)均分(fen);2010年(nian)(nian)大方三(san)中(zhong)的高考(kao)(kao)升學(xue)率名列(lie)全地區第(di)十一位,張琪同學(xue)以(yi)629分(fen)的優異成績(ji)考(kao)(kao)入南京(jing)大學(xue)。
年(nian)輕的(de)大(da)方三(san)中生(sheng)機勃(bo)勃(bo)充滿希望,面對21世紀的(de)機遇和(he)挑戰,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)將與進俱進,堅持以人(ren)為本,堅持科學(xue)發展(zhan)觀(guan),全(quan)面推進以可持續(xu)發展(zhan)為核心的(de)素質教育(yu),積極(ji)投入(ru)新課程改革(ge),努力探索(suo)科研(yan)興校(xiao)(xiao)之路,繼續(xu)加大(da)“三(san)制管理(li)”力度,真正做到教書(shu)育(yu)人(ren),管理(li)育(yu)人(ren),服務育(yu)人(ren),環境(jing)(jing)育(yu)人(ren);力爭把(ba)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)成為環境(jing)(jing)花(hua)園式(shi)、發展(zhan)階梯式(shi),管理(li)規范化、人(ren)文(wen)化的(de)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。
學(xue)校(xiao)已(yi)發展成為占地面(mian)積近5萬平米(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)學(xue)校(xiao),現有校(xiao)舍(she)建筑面(mian)積10119平米(mi)(mi)(mi),其中普通教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)4348平米(mi)(mi)(mi),實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)174平米(mi)(mi)(mi),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)室(shi)(shi)96平米(mi)(mi)(mi),微機室(shi)(shi)155平米(mi)(mi)(mi),行(xing)(xing)政辦公用房(fang)(fang)1410平米(mi)(mi)(mi),生(sheng)活(huo)用房(fang)(fang)3780平米(mi)(mi)(mi)。配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)28925冊,配(pei)有2350套新(xin)購置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)課(ke)桌凳和(he)歷年(nian)來購置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)老課(ke)桌,另外,學(xue)校(xiao)還配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)有理化生(sheng)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)各2個(ge),計算機教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)2個(ge),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)室(shi)(shi)、閱覽室(shi)(shi)各一個(ge),學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)體育活(huo)動場(chang)所有足球(qiu)場(chang)1個(ge),籃球(qiu)場(chang)2個(ge),排(pai)球(qiu)場(chang)1個(ge),乒乓(pang)球(qiu)臺10個(ge);音體美器材已(yi)按上級(ji)規定標準(zhun)進行(xing)(xing)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)。新(xin)的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)樓、綜合實(shi)驗樓、圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館、學(xue)生(sheng)公寓將拔地而起,綠樹成蔭,花(hua)香四(si)溢(yi),一所花(hua)園式的(de)學(xue)校(xiao)即將建成。
大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)三中的前身是原貴州省(sheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣(xian)教(jiao)師進修(xiu)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(簡(jian)稱(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)進校(xiao)(xiao)),1958年9月,為培養小學(xue)教(jiao)育迅速發展所(suo)急需的小學(xue)教(jiao)師,經(jing)省(sheng)、地規劃(hua)和批準,大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)簡(jian)易師范學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(簡(jian)稱(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)簡(jian)師)在大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)中學(xue)(現大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)二中)校(xiao)(xiao)址正(zheng)式建(jian)立。之后(hou)遷(qian)至大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)縣(xian)城東門外,現大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)一中后(hou)面,1961年5月因國家財政經(jing)濟困(kun)難而停辦。大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)簡(jian)易師范學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)存(cun)在的4年間(1958-1961)為大(da)(da)(da)(da)(da)方(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)育事業培養出309名小學(xue)教(jiao)師(2屆初師和中師畢業生)。
1971年,根據國(guo)家關于師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)展至每縣(xian)一校(xiao)(xiao)的規劃建校(xiao)(xiao),在(zai)籌(chou)建期間,地(di)區(qu)(qu)撥基建款、縣(xian)負責修建校(xiao)(xiao)址于大方縣(xian)城南郊余家塘,1972年8月(yue)10日,經(jing)畢節(jie)地(di)區(qu)(qu)革命委員會(hui)批準(zhun),大方縣(xian)師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)正(zheng)式成建立(li),屬中等專業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),招(zhao)(zhao)收普通中等師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,承擔(dan)(dan)以培養(yang)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)合格師(shi)(shi)資為(wei)目(mu)標的師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)育任(ren)(ren)務(wu)。1980年12月(yue),全國(guo)師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)育工作會(hui)議(yi)對(dui)師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)進(jin)行(xing)調(diao)整,根據會(hui)議(yi)精神,畢節(jie)地(di)區(qu)(qu)行(xing)署報經(jing)貴(gui)州省人民政府批準(zhun),于1982年將大方師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)大方教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)進(jin)修學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),招(zhao)(zhao)收在(zai)職的小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi),承擔(dan)(dan)以培養(yang)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在(zai)職教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)為(wei)目(mu)標的培訓任(ren)(ren)務(wu),但按地(di)區(qu)(qu)規劃還繼續承擔(dan)(dan)師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)育的任(ren)(ren)務(wu),每年(1984年未招(zhao)(zhao)生)仍繼續招(zhao)(zhao)收普通中師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生至1988年停止(zhi),1986年,在(zai)招(zhao)(zhao)收普通中師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的同時,招(zhao)(zhao)收成人中師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(至1991年停止(zhi))。
1972-1990年的19年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),共招(zhao)(zhao)普(pu)通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)、成(cheng)人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)18屆(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)普(pu)通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)15屆,成(cheng)人中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)3屆)計1520名(ming)(ming),在(zai)此(ci)期間(jian),招(zhao)(zhao)收數百名(ming)(ming)在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的小學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)長、小學(xue)(xue)語文、數學(xue)(xue)、英語、美術、體(ti)育、音樂、幼兒教育等(deng)學(xue)(xue)科的小學(xue)(xue)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)進行短期培訓,還為大方的“普(pu)九(jiu)”任務招(zhao)(zhao)收2個初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)(he)2個高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),1985年起(qi),又承擔貴州(zhou)省中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)廣播函(han)授(shou)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(簡稱中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)函(han))學(xue)(xue)員的輔導(dao)任務以及(ji)小學(xue)(xue)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)各種專(zhuan)業(ye)合(he)格考試(shi)的輔導(dao)等(deng)等(deng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)(xue)規模,1972年的1個班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)50名(ming)(ming)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)11名(ming)(ming)教職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工發展到1988由年的11個班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)520名(ming)(ming)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)員(其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)有6個班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)270名(ming)(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)師(shi)(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng))名(ming)(ming)教職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工。1988年首(shou)次評(ping)聘教師(shi)(shi)(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)稱的29名(ming)(ming)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)高(gao)級講師(shi)(shi)(shi)4名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)講師(shi)(shi)(shi)5名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教一級教師(shi)(shi)(shi)3名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)助理講師(shi)(shi)(shi)12名(ming)(ming);中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)教員5名(ming)(ming),當(dang)時的師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)力(li)量是雄厚(hou)的。
1991年(nian)停招(zhao)成人(ren)(ren)中師(shi)生改招(zhao)初(chu)中學(xue)生6個班,1992年(nian)7月第三屆(jie)成人(ren)(ren)中師(shi)班畢業,大方進校(xiao)完成了師(shi)范教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)歷史任(ren)務,從此,除繼續承擔培訓小學(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)任(ren)務外還承擔大方的(de)“普九”任(ren)務。
1994年6月大(da)方縣第(di)三(san)中(zhong)學(簡稱大(da)方三(san)中(zhong))在此基(ji)礎(chu)上建立,學校實行“兩塊牌子(zi)”(大(da)方縣第(di)三(san)中(zhong)學和大(da)方教師進(jin)修學校并存)、“一個攤子(zi)”(師資及設(she)備全一)的(de)辦(ban)學體制。
