黔(qian)西(xi)縣第五(wu)中學(xue)(xue)自1970年(nian)金(jin)鐘小學(xue)(xue)開(kai)辦帶帽初中起,至今已有四十八年(nian)的歷(li)史。1988年(nian)遷至現址,更(geng)名為沙(sha)窩(wo)區(qu)鳳(feng)凰中學(xue)(xue);2015更(geng)名為“黔(qian)西(xi)縣第五(wu)中學(xue)(xue)”,學(xue)(xue)校原屬沙(sha)窩(wo)區(qu)鳳(feng)凰公社(she),且在(zai)幾(ji)次更(geng)名中均有鳳(feng)凰二字,與(yu)鳳(feng)凰結(jie)緣(yuan),學(xue)(xue)校以鳳(feng)凰文(wen)化為學(xue)(xue)校主(zhu)題文(wen)化。
學(xue)校(xiao)除了悠久的歷(li)史文化,還有(you)豐(feng)富的地域文化,首(shou)先是(shi)鳳(feng)凰(huang)山,學(xue)校(xiao)與(yu)鳳(feng)凰(huang)山相鄰,明朝水(shui)西烏騾壩(ba)和(he)養(yang)龍(long)(long)山二地,曾建過(guo)牧場養(yang)馬,奢香夫人年年向(xiang)朝廷貢(gong)獻馬匹數(shu)十。其(qi)次是(shi)彎角(jiao)龍(long)(long)潭(tan)(引導(dao)觀看(kan)進校(xiao)門(men)處地域文化宣傳欄并(bing)作解說):彎角(jiao)龍(long)(long)潭(tan)與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)毗鄰:原名(ming)“海(hai)子壩(ba)”,因龍(long)(long)潭(tan)出水(shui)的形狀似牛(niu)角(jiao),故而(er)得名(ming)。龍(long)(long)潭(tan)水(shui)質(zhi)優良,為(wei)(wei)當地飲(yin)用水(shui)源,養(yang)育(yu)了鳳(feng)凰(huang)人。每年天氣最晴朗的時候,到半(ban)夜(ye)子時,龍(long)(long)潭(tan)中有(you)五朵石(shi)蓮花從龍(long)(long)潭(tan)里現出。再次是(shi)鳳(feng)凰(huang)穿(chuan)(chuan)洞(dong),鳳(feng)凰(huang)穿(chuan)(chuan)洞(dong)在(zai)學(xue)校(xiao)的上(shang)方,洞(dong)內出土(tu)了很多遠古石(shi)器,為(wei)(wei)舊石(shi)器時代文化遺址,屬于省級(ji)文物保護單位(wei)。
學校(xiao)自(zi)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)改建(jian)后,濃濃的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明創建(jian)氛圍(wei)撲面(mian)(mian)而來:入(ru)(ru)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)香(xiang)樟樹散發著淡(dan)淡(dan)的(de)(de)(de)清香(xiang),校(xiao)門正(zheng)對面(mian)(mian),寬敞整潔的(de)(de)(de)朝(chao)陽(yang)大(da)(da)道(dao)(dao)往前(qian)延(yan)伸至教(jiao)(jiao)學樓,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)學生(sheng)(sheng)上(shang)學放(fang)學的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)(zhu)干道(dao)(dao),為人(ren)(ren)行(xing)道(dao)(dao);從校(xiao)門往前(qian)右轉是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)丹鳳路(lu)(取(qu)自(zi)《詩經》丹鳳朝(chao)陽(yang)、九鳳朝(chao)陽(yang)),喻匯集各(ge)(ge)方(fang)學子,如旭日東升,前(qian)途光明,這條道(dao)(dao)主(zhu)(zhu)要是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)車(che)行(xing)道(dao)(dao)。朝(chao)陽(yang)大(da)(da)道(dao)(dao)與丹鳳路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)將(jiang)車(che)行(xing)道(dao)(dao)和人(ren)(ren)行(xing)道(dao)(dao)分開(kai),朝(chao)陽(yang)大(da)(da)道(dao)(dao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)模擬街道(dao)(dao)設計(ji)的(de)(de)(de),上(shang)面(mian)(mian)都畫上(shang)了(le)交通(tong)線(xian),這樣(yang)設計(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)因為學校(xiao)學生(sheng)(sheng)大(da)(da)多來自(zi)農(nong)村,對交通(tong)規(gui)則了(le)解少,交通(tong)安全(quan)意識淡(dan)泊,而學校(xiao)地(di)理位置(zhi)(zhi)又(you)較為特殊,地(di)處幾大(da)(da)高速公路(lu)出入(ru)(ru)口,所(suo)以,學校(xiao)將(jiang)交通(tong)安全(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)列(lie)為重點,時時警醒著學生(sheng)(sheng)。各(ge)(ge)主(zhu)(zhu)干道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)圍(wei)墻上(shang)都設計(ji)了(le)相關的(de)(de)(de)宣傳(chuan)內容,如:“中國夢”、“核(he)心價(jia)(jia)值觀(guan)(guan)”等。在學校(xiao)過(guo)道(dao)(dao)和教(jiao)(jiao)學樓主(zhu)(zhu)要墻面(mian)(mian),既有學生(sheng)(sheng)作品的(de)(de)(de)展示,也有品德(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方(fang)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)宣傳(chuan),各(ge)(ge)種宣傳(chuan)內容都為學校(xiao)創建(jian)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)而增色不少。除了(le)總體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎設施健(jian)全(quan)外,學校(xiao)還設置(zhi)(zhi)了(le)功(gong)能(neng)活動場所(suo):陽(yang)光書屋(wu),開(kai)放(fang)式的(de)(de)(de)圖書館,供(gong)學生(sheng)(sheng)課間、放(fang)學閱讀,與圖書館一起營造濃厚的(de)(de)(de)書香(xiang)氛圍(wei)。誠信教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)基(ji)地(di)、禁毒(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)室、青(qing)春健(jian)康俱樂部(bu)、音體(ti)(ti)美(mei)室等標準化建(jian)設,進(jin)一步夯實未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)(ren)活動陣地(di),極(ji)大(da)(da)地(di)豐富了(le)學生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)第二課堂活動,使其成(cheng)為未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)(ren)德(de)智體(ti)(ti)美(mei)全(quan)面(mian)(mian)發展的(de)(de)(de)樂園(yuan)(yuan)。此外,學校(xiao)還開(kai)展各(ge)(ge)類文(wen)(wen)(wen)明校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)活動,通(tong)過(guo)社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義核(he)心價(jia)(jia)值觀(guan)(guan)“進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)材、進(jin)課堂、進(jin)頭腦(nao)”以及(ji)“我的(de)(de)(de)中國夢”等主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實踐活動,在青(qing)少年(nian)中培(pei)育(yu)(yu)和踐行(xing)社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義核(he)心價(jia)(jia)值觀(guan)(guan),進(jin)一步推動未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)思想道(dao)(dao)德(de)建(jian)設

同時,加(jia)強(qiang)校(xiao)外未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)心理健(jian)康輔導(dao)站規范(fan)管理和(he)工作(zuo)開展,逐步構建各鎮(zhen)、學校(xiao)和(he)社(she)區未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)心理健(jian)康教(jiao)育三級網絡。進一步加(jia)大(da)學校(xiao)周邊(bian)網吧(ba)(網咖)綜合整(zheng)治(zhi)力度,確保(bao)經(jing)營性網吧(ba)無接納未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren),校(xiao)園(yuan)周邊(bian)200米(mi)內有(you)未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)思想(xiang)道德建設(she)公(gong)益廣告、無互聯(lian)網上網服務(wu)營業場所(suo)等。
