竹(zhu)崎鄉位(wei)于嘉義縣東方,是臺灣新興的高山茶(cha)產(chan)區,同(tong)時盛(sheng)產(chan)珠露茶(cha)及金萱茶(cha)兩種茗茶(cha)。
竹崎鄉石(shi)棹(zhao)地(di)(di)區,是珠露茶(cha)的(de)(de)故(gu)鄉,當(dang)地(di)(di)產的(de)(de)珠露茶(cha)入口即(ji)有(you)一股高山茶(cha)特有(you)的(de)(de)幽雅香氣,與清純甘潤的(de)(de)滋味,是不(bu)可(ke)多(duo)得的(de)(de)臺灣好茶(cha)。
石(shi)棹茶區座落于(yu)嘉義縣竹崎鄉,海拔約1200~1600公(gong)(gong)尺,自民國六(liu)十九(jiu)年起即開始(shi)推廣(guang)種茶,品種以青(qing)心(xin)烏龍(long)為主。茶園面(mian)積約120公(gong)(gong)頃,由(you)于(yu)品質優異,香氣濃郁(yu),滋味甘醇(chun),普遍受到(dao)飲茶人士喜(xi)愛。
“珠露茶”外形(xing)緊結(jie)整齊,鮮艷墨綠帶麗色。茶湯澄清(qing)蜜綠,清(qing)香(xiang)撲(pu)鼻(bi)飄而(er)不膩,入口生津富活性(xing),落喉甘滑耐人尋味,為茶工藝的結(jie)晶。
阿里(li)(li)(li)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)珠(zhu)露(lu)茶(cha)(cha)產于(yu)(yu)嘉(jia)(jia)義(yi)竹(zhu)崎鄉(xiang)(xiang)石棹(zhao)地(di)區(qu)(qu),竹(zhu)崎鄉(xiang)(xiang)位于(yu)(yu)嘉(jia)(jia)義(yi)縣東方,是(shi)臺灣新興的高(gao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)茶(cha)(cha)產區(qu)(qu)。阿里(li)(li)(li)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路自(zi)嘉(jia)(jia)義(yi)市區(qu)(qu)起50公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)處(chu),距(ju)阿里(li)(li)(li)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)風景區(qu)(qu)25公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li),茶(cha)(cha)區(qu)(qu)分布于(yu)(yu)海(hai)拔1,300公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)尺至1,500公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)尺之山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)坡地(di),有新辟之公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)路直達玉山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)國(guo)家(jia)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)園(yuan),車(che)程約90分鐘,村(cun)莊(zhuang)所(suo)在(zai)地(di)名為“石棹(zhao)坪”,附近茶(cha)(cha)廠、山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)莊(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)店(dian)鋪林立。此地(di)終(zhong)年云(yun)霧繚繞,土壤又(you)屬于(yu)(yu)紅土,故非常適合茶(cha)(cha)葉生長(chang)。所(suo)生產的珠(zhu)露(lu)茶(cha)(cha)因特別(bie)的種植(zhi)環(huan)境及(ji)(ji)優(you)良(liang)氣候條件(jian),所(suo)以風味(wei)獨(du)特,輔(fu)以完全手采嫩菁及(ji)(ji)獨(du)到的焙制技術,使阿里(li)(li)(li)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)珠(zhu)露(lu)茶(cha)(cha)廣受好評。本地(di)栽培茶(cha)(cha)樹(shu)(shu)始于(yu)(yu)百余年前,由(you)當時滿清之臺南府精(jing)選茶(cha)(cha)種,委由(you)梅山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)之“保(bao)長(chang)”吳(wu)氏于(yu)(yu)梅山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)鄉(xiang)(xiang)瑞峰(feng)、外寮及(ji)(ji)生毛樹(shu)(shu)等地(di)區(qu)(qu)試種成(cheng)功(gong),后由(you)洪(hong)(hong)氏引進至石棹(zhao)地(di)區(qu)(qu)栽培,當地(di)洪(hong)(hong)氏家(jia)族(zu)尚保(bao)存該種茶(cha)(cha)樹(shu)(shu)。
石棹茶區農(nong)(nong)友淳樸(pu)忠(zhong)厚,大都為世襲(xi)農(nong)(nong)林(lin)為本,大面積種茶始(shi)于1980年引進青(qing)心(xin)烏龍品種,試種成功,當地竹崎鄉公所、農(nong)(nong)會(hui)及嘉義縣政府、農(nong)(nong)會(hui)積極推廣,面積有(you)80余(yu)公頃,產量雖(sui)然不多,但(dan)品質優異(yi),香氣濃(nong)郁,滋味甘醇普遍(bian)受到愛(ai)茗(ming)人(ren)士的喜歡,并蒙賜名“阿(a)里山珠露茶”,于1987年10月28日舉辦(ban)命名發(fa)表及茶葉展(zhan)示會(hui),圓滿成功。該區茶農(nong)(nong)為建立產銷(xiao)秩序,組(zu)織有(you)產銷(xiao)研究(jiu)班(ban)(ban),新技術之(zhi)開(kai)發(fa)應用及宣傳等,并約束班(ban)(ban)員以合理價(jia)格銷(xiao)售產品,頗受消費者(zhe)及生產者(zhe)好評(ping) 。
