鴨(ya)池(chi)河大(da)(da)橋2016年(nian)5月20日(ri),貴陽(yang)至(zhi)黔(qian)西高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路鴨(ya)池(chi)河大(da)(da)橋順利合龍。這座主跨長達(da)800米(mi)(mi)、全(quan)長1450米(mi)(mi)的大(da)(da)橋是(shi)世界上較大(da)(da)跨徑的鋼桁梁斜拉橋,也是(shi)世界山區斜拉橋之最。鴨(ya)池(chi)河大(da)(da)橋是(shi)貴黔(qian)高(gao)(gao)速(su)的控(kong)制(zhi)性工程,位于烏江源百(bai)里畫廊,跨越鴨(ya)池(chi)河,距貴陽(yang)觀山湖區45千米(mi)(mi),距畢節(jie)市黔(qian)西縣25千米(mi)(mi)。大(da)(da)橋橋面寬28米(mi)(mi),全(quan)長1450米(mi)(mi),主塔(ta)采用H型索塔(ta),貴陽(yang)岸塔(ta)高(gao)(gao)243.2米(mi)(mi)、黔(qian)西岸塔(ta)高(gao)(gao)258.2米(mi)(mi)。總投資(zi)達(da)到7.8億元。
大(da)橋位于貴黔高速上,貴陽清鎮市和畢節(jie)黔西縣交界(jie)處(chu)。
鴨池河特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)是一座雙塔(ta)雙索面(mian)(mian)半(ban)漂(piao)浮體(ti)系的(de)(de)(de)混(hun)合(he)梁(liang)斜拉(la)橋(qiao),中(zhong)跨為(wei)(wei)鋼桁梁(liang)結(jie)(jie)構,邊跨為(wei)(wei)220米預應(ying)力(li)混(hun)凝土雙邊箱PC箱梁(liang)結(jie)(jie)構,是目前采(cai)用鋼絞線斜拉(la)索的(de)(de)(de)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)跨徑斜拉(la)橋(qiao),橋(qiao)址深切“U”型(xing)峽谷之(zhi)中(zhong),橋(qiao)面(mian)(mian)至(zhi)水(shui)面(mian)(mian)高(gao)差(cha)360m,地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)條件復雜,河谷之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)通風(feng)(feng)口上(shang)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)風(feng)(feng)力(li)可(ke)達到8級,典型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)山區大(da)跨徑橋(qiao)梁(liang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),具有“高(gao)、特(te)、難(nan)、新”等(deng)特(te)點。項目位于貴州偏西(xi)北的(de)(de)(de)崇山峻嶺之(zhi)中(zhong),交通不便,惡(e)劣(lie)天氣(qi)(qi)出行極(ji)為(wei)(wei)困難(nan),且施(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地(di)(di)極(ji)其狹(xia)窄,自(zi)然(ran)地(di)(di)面(mian)(mian)坡度大(da)、陡傾(qing),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)便道彎多路窄,最小轉彎半(ban)徑不到10m,臨邊則多是高(gao)山深崖,雨雪(xue)、大(da)風(feng)(feng)、大(da)霧、凝凍等(deng)天氣(qi)(qi)占(zhan)全(quan)(quan)年總天數的(de)(de)(de)57.2%。面(mian)(mian)對眾多結(jie)(jie)構型(xing)式、地(di)(di)質(zhi)(zhi)、自(zi)然(ran)環(huan)境(jing)、地(di)(di)理環(huan)境(jing)、高(gao)塔(ta)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)業、構件吊裝、交叉作(zuo)(zuo)業等(deng)方面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程技術(shu)特(te)點、風(feng)(feng)險源、關鍵控制點等(deng),全(quan)(quan)體(ti)監(jian)理人員(yuan)團結(jie)(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo),總會走在(zai)解決問題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)最前方,在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)特(te)別強(qiang)調為(wei)(wei)業主、為(wei)(wei)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)思想意識(shi),并(bing)把監(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)事(shi)前、事(shi)中(zhong)、事(shi)后控制與為(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)程提供優質(zhi)(zhi)服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)思想牢牢相結(jie)(jie)合(he),樹立責(ze)(ze)任(ren)意識(shi),同參(can)建(jian)各(ge)方克(ke)服(fu)困難(nan),對每(mei)個施(shi)工(gong)(gong)環(huan)節認真(zhen)負責(ze)(ze)地(di)(di)把好關。截至(zhi)目前鴨池河特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)工(gong)(gong)程進展順利,取(qu)得了質(zhi)(zhi)量安全(quan)(quan)零事(shi)故(gu)的(de)(de)(de)優益(yi)成績。
項目(mu)總監(jian)(jian)趙瑞明介紹,該(gai)項目(mu)建設(she)主要(yao)(yao)有(you)著四(si)個方面的(de)(de)(de)特(te)點(dian)和挑(tiao)戰,第一(yi),不利氣(qi)(qi)候條(tiao)件。大(da)橋(qiao)地(di)處烏蒙山(shan)區,四(si)季氣(qi)(qi)溫變化差異較大(da),每年5~10月為雨季,加之該(gai)地(di)區雨雪霧、大(da)風等(deng)惡劣天氣(qi)(qi)較多,嚴重影響并對施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)測量、鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)吊裝等(deng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作業及生產(chan)效率的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)高(gao)都(dou)有(you)很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)影響,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風險(xian)控(kong)(kong)制要(yao)(yao)求高(gao)。第二(er),施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地(di)受限。橋(qiao)址處于(yu)峽谷(gu)中(zhong),場地(di)極(ji)為狹窄,給(gei)鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)拼(pin)裝及運輸等(deng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)協調帶來極(ji)大(da)挑(tiao)戰,鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)采(cai)用(yong)纜(lan)索(suo)吊吊裝,起(qi)吊噸位達350噸以上,在國內鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)屬于(yu)首(shou)例。第三,施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)精度(du)要(yao)(yao)求高(gao)。鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)(liang)(liang)采(cai)用(yong)大(da)節段、長(chang)懸(xuan)臂拼(pin)裝,最大(da)拼(pin)裝長(chang)度(du)400米(mi),線型控(kong)(kong)制尤為關(guan)鍵,長(chang)懸(xuan)臂拼(pin)裝狀態(tai)(tai)軸(zhou)線與標(biao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)控(kong)(kong)制和調整都(dou)十(shi)分困難,軸(zhou)線偏差精度(du)標(biao)高(gao)控(kong)(kong)制在10毫米(mi)以內,對施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量控(kong)(kong)制要(yao)(yao)求很高(gao)。第四(si)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)風險(xian)大(da)。基于(yu)本工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)特(te)點(dian),我(wo)們十(shi)分重視安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)管控(kong)(kong)與監(jian)(jian)理工(gong)(gong)作,并積極(ji)組(zu)織(zhi)召開有(you)關(guan)加強(qiang)質(zhi)量、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)技術交底和培訓教育的(de)(de)(de)會議,使全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)體人員安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)思想從“要(yao)(yao)我(wo)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)”自覺的(de)(de)(de)轉變成“我(wo)要(yao)(yao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)”,養成變被動為主動的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量意(yi)識(shi)。多種管理方式相結合,每個人都(dou)應及時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)現并排查(cha)自身周邊(bian)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患,并予以排除,從而使整個工(gong)(gong)程項目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)和工(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)量得以保持在一(yi)個可控(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)狀態(tai)(tai)。
為解決技(ji)術(shu)難題、保證(zheng)鴨池河(he)大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)成優質工程(cheng)(cheng),大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)設者們以“中國建(jian)設工程(cheng)(cheng)魯班獎”為目標,積極開展科技(ji)攻關,在“索(suo)塔(ta)(ta)節段鋼筋整體(ti)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)施(shi)工技(ji)術(shu)”、“冬季高塔(ta)(ta)蒸養成套(tao)技(ji)術(shu)”、“350噸大(da)跨(kua)徑纜索(suo)吊(diao)工程(cheng)(cheng)應用技(ji)術(shu)”、“鋼桁梁組裝(zhuang)(zhuang)與(yu)整體(ti)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯合施(shi)工技(ji)術(shu)”、“連體(ti)掛(gua)籃懸臂與(yu)落地大(da)鋼管支(zhi)架施(shi)工工藝”五個(ge)方(fang)面取得重(zhong)大(da)突破,實現了重(zhong)大(da)創新,保證(zheng)了大(da)橋(qiao)建(jian)設順利推(tui)進。
