參展服務

參展程序

1、參展企(qi)業(ye)確定參展后,請(qing)確定展位位置,詳細填寫《參展申請(qing)表》,并(bing)加蓋(gai)公章(zhang),復印營業(ye)執照副本加蓋(gai)公章(zhang),寄到(dao)組委會辦公室。

2、展商(shang)報名后(hou),參展企(qi)業請于五個(ge)工作日內匯款(kuan),請將匯款(kuan)底單傳至組委(wei)(wei)會(hui)(匯款(kuan)帳(zhang)戶見參展申請表),逾期組委(wei)(wei)會(hui)將不保(bao)留展位。

3、組委會在終(zhong)確認參(can)展商展位后,郵件發送《參(can)展商手(shou)冊》,手(shou)冊包(bao)括展品運輸、展臺設計搭建(jian)、旅行及住宿(su)安(an)排、物品租用和服務員、廣告以(yi)及簽證申(shen)請等有關信息。

4、展覽會(hui)期間,組委(wei)會(hui)統一開具參展費發票。

5、展位安排原則是“先申請(qing)、先付款(kuan)、先分配”。但為保(bao)證展會的整體效果,組委會將保(bao)留終調整展位的權利。

廣州市區:

珠海、中山等地到廣州線路:

深圳、東莞等地到廣州線路:
