山西晉中(zhong)國家農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)高新(xin)(xin)技術產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)示范(fan)區要以習(xi)近平新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)(dai)中(zhong)國特(te)色(se)社會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義思想為(wei)指(zhi)導,深入貫徹黨的(de)十(shi)九(jiu)大(da)和十(shi)九(jiu)屆二中(zhong)、三中(zhong)、四中(zhong)全(quan)會(hui)(hui)精神(shen),按照黨中(zhong)央、國務(wu)院(yuan)決策部署,全(quan)面實施創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)驅動發展戰略(lve)和鄉村振興戰略(lve),以有機(ji)旱(han)(han)作農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)為(wei)主(zhu)題,以農副食品(pin)(pin)加工為(wei)主(zhu)導產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),努(nu)力(li)建設全(quan)國健康食品(pin)(pin)和功能(neng)農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)綜合(he)示范(fan)區、科技產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)孵化示范(fan)區、特(te)色(se)農產(chan)品(pin)(pin)優(you)勢區、農產(chan)品(pin)(pin)加工物(wu)流集散區,在北(bei)方(fang)旱(han)(han)作農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)區農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)提質增效、做大(da)特(te)優(you)農產(chan)品(pin)(pin)、做優(you)設施農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、做強現代(dai)(dai)農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)等方(fang)面探索(suo)示范(fan),努(nu)力(li)創(chuang)造出可復制(zhi)、可推廣的(de)經驗。
2016年11月11日,省(sheng)政府第136次常(chang)務會通過山西農谷(gu)建設(she)初設(she)方案,山西農谷(gu)上(shang)升為省(sheng)級戰(zhan)略(lve);
2017年4月(yue)12日,山西農谷管委(wei)會揭牌,完(wan)成了規劃編制(zhi)、機構(gou)組建、投融資平臺(tai)搭建等頂(ding)層設(she)計;
2017年6月,習近(jin)平(ping)總書記視察山西(xi)時(shi)指出,有機(ji)旱作是(shi)山西(xi)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)的一大(da)傳統技術特色(se)。要(yao)堅(jian)持走有機(ji)旱作農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)的路子,完(wan)善有機(ji)旱作農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)技術體系,使有機(ji)旱作農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)成為我(wo)國現代(dai)農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)的重要(yao)品牌;
2017年9月,國發42號文件提出“要(yao)打造山西農谷(gu)綜(zong)合性、專(zhuan)業性科創中心(xin)”,為山西農谷(gu)建設進(jin)一步指明了方(fang)向(xiang);
2018年5月4日,太谷(gu)省級農業高新(xin)技術產業示范區(qu)獲批,列入開發(fa)區(qu)管理序(xu)列;
2019年11月18日,國(guo)務(wu)院批復同意建設山(shan)西(xi)晉中國(guo)家農業高新技術產業示范區,山(shan)西(xi)農谷站在國(guo)家層面加快發展。
建成六大基地
全力打造晉中國(guo)家農(nong)高區科(ke)創(chuang)基(ji)(ji)地(di)、有機旱作農(nong)業示范(fan)基(ji)(ji)地(di)、青農(nong)聯創(chuang)新創(chuang)業基(ji)(ji)地(di)、功(gong)能食品加(jia)工基(ji)(ji)地(di)、種苗花卉基(ji)(ji)地(di)、山(shan)西農(nong)谷總部基(ji)(ji)地(di)。

搞好一個論壇
按(an)照(zhao)省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政府提出的(de)將(jiang)太谷論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)(tan)辦成(cheng)(cheng)“國(guo)際(ji)性、永久性”論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)(tan)的(de)指示精神,結合全(quan)(quan)省(sheng)打造農產(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)精深加(jia)工“十(shi)大(da)(da)產(chan)業集(ji)群”的(de)要求,按(an)市場化辦會運營模式(shi),從(cong)2020年5月至9月舉辦中國(guo)鄉村(cun)(cun)振興主論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)(tan)和(he)(he)茶品(pin)(pin)(pin)、藥品(pin)(pin)(pin)、功能(休閑)食品(pin)(pin)(pin)、釀品(pin)(pin)(pin)“4品(pin)(pin)(pin)”產(chan)業分論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)(tan)。由(you)山(shan)(shan)西(xi)農谷和(he)(he)山(shan)(shan)西(xi)凱嘉能源集(ji)團(tuan)合作,聯合山(shan)(shan)西(xi)農大(da)(da)和(he)(he)中國(guo)鄉建(jian)院李昌平團(tuan)隊,以民辦非企業形式(shi)組建(jian)鄉村(cun)(cun)調查研(yan)究院承辦,確保做(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌,集(ji)聚人氣,持續提升山(shan)(shan)西(xi)農谷知名度和(he)(he)影響(xiang)力。首期將(jiang)陽邑村(cun)(cun)和(he)(he)山(shan)(shan)西(xi)農谷的(de)2個村(cun)(cun)納入全(quan)(quan)市改革(ge)試(shi)點(dian),市財(cai)政單列1000萬元鄉村(cun)(cun)改革(ge)發展(zhan)基金,作為農村(cun)(cun)改革(ge)引道資金,在實現市場化辦會辦展(zhan)的(de)基礎上,形成(cheng)(cheng)一批高質量(liang)的(de)農村(cun)(cun)改革(ge)成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)。
辦好月月展銷
為深入貫徹落實省委、省政府(fu)提出的山西農谷“月月有(you)活(huo)動、月月有(you)展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)”的精神(shen),經過大量前(qian)期對接(jie),共(gong)謀劃展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)會(hui)十二場(chang)。一(yi)月份舉辦(ban)年貨展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)會(hui),首屆展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)會(hui)已成功舉辦(ban),展(zhan)(zhan)期10天,首次采用市(shi)場(chang)化運(yun)作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi),吸引419家商戶和企業參與展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao),累計(ji)接(jie)待(dai)群眾8萬余人(ren)次,現場(chang)交易金額達到500萬元左右。
打造七品產業
踐行(xing)省(sheng)委(wei)、省(sheng)政府培育壯大(da)“十大(da)產(chan)業集群(qun)”的戰(zhan)略決(jue)策和(he)創新理(li)念,實(shi)施形成金磚五谷有(you)機雜糧(liang)功(gong)能食(shi)品,海玉功(gong)能食(shi)品,南(nan)方黑五類系列(lie)飲(yin)品、美和(he)居(ju)高端(duan)醋釀品等(deng)產(chan)業,加快形成產(chan)業集群(qun)。
