泉州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)(shi)豐(feng)澤(ze)區(qu)實(shi)驗小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)原身東(dong)(dong)(dong)涂(tu)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),創辦(ban)于(yu)(yu)1932年,是一所(suo)歷(li)史悠(you)久、師(shi)資雄(xiong)厚、治學(xue)(xue)(xue)嚴謹的(de)福(fu)建省陶行知實(shi)驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)校。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校位(wei)于(yu)(yu)泉州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)(shi)豐(feng)澤(ze)區(qu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)涂(tu)社區(qu)的(de)東(dong)(dong)(dong)涂(tu)街(jie)旁邊(bian),校園占地面(mian)(mian)積(ji)達14828平(ping)方米(mi),建筑面(mian)(mian)積(ji)達14292平(ping)方米(mi),(以下資料至2016年10月(yue)27日)現(xian)有48個教學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生2885人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),現(xian)有教職(zhi)員工144人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),本科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)93人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),大專(zhuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)21人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。小(xiao)(xiao)中高1人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),小(xiao)(xiao)高56人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),市(shi)(shi)級學(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)5人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),市(shi)(shi)骨干教師(shi)43人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。

學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)全(quan)(quan)面貫徹(che)黨的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育方針,全(quan)(quan)面推(tui)進素(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)育,按高標(biao)準、嚴要求(qiu)(qiu)、促高效(xiao)、活管(guan)理(li)為(wei)主(zhu)線(xian),樹立(li)了“校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)以育人(ren)為(wei)本(ben),師以敬業(ye)為(wei)樂,生以成才(cai)為(wei)志”的(de)“三為(wei)”目標(biao);以“豐實底蘊,美(mei)(mei)潤童心”為(wei)核心文(wen)化;以“依法治校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、科研興校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、質量強校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、環境美(mei)(mei)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、人(ren)才(cai)立(li)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、特(te)(te)色(se)揚校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”為(wei)辦學指導(dao)思(si)想;以“愛國、勤奮、團(tuan)結(jie)、創新(xin)”為(wei)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)訓,以陶行知的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育思(si)想為(wei)理(li)念,形成以陶行知“教(jiao)(jiao)人(ren)求(qiu)(qiu)真,學做真人(ren)”育人(ren)思(si)想和(he)經典誦讀(du)為(wei)辦學特(te)(te)色(se)。
學校學生(sheng)(sheng)遵(zun)循學校提出的五(wu)美(mei):運動美(mei)、讀書美(mei)、創新美(mei)、藝術美(mei)和文明(ming)美(mei),并每(mei)(mei)隔(ge)一段時間選出文明(ming)班級,并更(geng)新黑板報(bao)。每(mei)(mei)班墻外都有一個展示班級的五(wu)美(mei)學生(sheng)(sheng),并介(jie)紹該班的少年宮主題。
《吟(yin)(yin)古誦今》、《好(hao)(hao)(hao)習慣好(hao)(hao)(hao)人生(sheng)》、《空中(zhong)英語》等校本(ben)課程,讓學(xue)生(sheng)了解(jie)得(de)更(geng)(geng)全(quan)面,知道(dao)的(de)更(geng)(geng)多(duo),擴展得(de)更(geng)(geng)大,讓學(xue)生(sheng)養成良好(hao)(hao)(hao)的(de)閱讀習慣,并(bing)且每(mei)學(xue)期開展一次吟(yin)(yin)古誦今比賽(sai)和書(shu)法比賽(sai),檢測學(xue)生(sheng)是(shi)否學(xue)得(de)好(hao)(hao)(hao)。
此外(wai),學(xue)(xue)校開展(zhan)了(le)豐(feng)(feng)富(fu)多彩的(de)少年(nian)宮活動(dong),包括器(qi)樂、合(he)唱、棋類、機器(qi)人(ren)等50多種項目,讓學(xue)(xue)生的(de)綜合(he)素質(zhi)得到(dao)了(le)提升(sheng)。值得一提的(de)是,豐(feng)(feng)澤實(shi)(shi)小在提升(sheng)自身的(de)同(tong)時,也把優質(zhi)教(jiao)育資源輻射到(dao)其(qi)他(ta)學(xue)(xue)校。如2015開辦的(de)崇(chong)德實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)小學(xue)(xue)作為豐(feng)(feng)澤區實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)小學(xue)(xue)分(fen)校區辦學(xue)(xue),兩校捆綁為“辦學(xue)(xue)共同(tong)體”,采取“同(tong)課(ke)程、同(tong)進(jin)度、同(tong)教(jiao)研、同(tong)活動(dong)、同(tong)表彰(zhang)”的(de)“五同(tong)”舉措,實(shi)(shi)現共同(tong)快速發展(zhan)。
