黃浦區(qu)教(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)附屬中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)位(wei)于黃浦區(qu)西南濱江風貌區(qu),與盧浦大橋和2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)世博會會址毗鄰。1978年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)由(you)原上(shang)海市三七中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和五七中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)合并改(gai)名(ming)為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)由(you)區(qu)政府斥資一(yi)億余(yu)人民(min)幣,對當時的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)進行全面的改(gai)擴建(jian),并改(gai)名(ming)為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),成為一(yi)所規(gui)模(mo)較大、設(she)施一(yi)流的九年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)貫制學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)上(shang)海市向鋒中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)并入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)部(bu),2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)成為盧灣區(qu)教(jiao)師進修學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)附屬中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),2011年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)上(shang)海市中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)南一(yi)路第二小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)并入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)部(bu),2012年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)改(gai)名(ming)為黃浦區(qu)教(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)附屬中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)以“自主(zhu)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian) 和(he)諧發(fa)展(zhan)”作為辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)念(nian),將實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)作為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特色追(zhui)求,以生(sheng)(sheng)為本(ben),實(shi)(shi)施小班(ban)化精致教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),努力(li)構建(jian)充(chong)滿(man)生(sheng)(sheng)命力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)課程結(jie)構新體系,并(bing)建(jian)設(she)了陶瓷藝術、模型制作、機器人、業(ye)余電臺等(deng)(deng)實(shi)(shi)驗環境,將實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)元素引入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科領域的(de)(de)(de)(de)知識在實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)活動中獲得延伸、綜合、重(zhong)組與提(ti)(ti)升,提(ti)(ti)高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)以及(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體素質,形(xing)成(cheng)以實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)為核心的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)思路。 圍(wei)繞實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)主(zhu)課題,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)不斷(duan)加(jia)強(qiang)師資隊伍建(jian)設(she),以“班(ban)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)工作室(shi)”、“重(zhong)點學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科建(jian)設(she)”和(he)“骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師沙龍”為抓手(shou),不斷(duan)創新校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)模式,提(ti)(ti)升培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)實(shi)(shi)效性(xing)。同時(shi),作為區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院附校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),利用學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院優質教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)資源,在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、課程設(she)計(ji)、師資培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)等(deng)(deng)方面進行全方位的(de)(de)(de)(de)探索(suo)和(he)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian),并(bing)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工作提(ti)(ti)供針對性(xing)指導。 在區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局的(de)(de)(de)(de)支持下,2004年起學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)開始聘(pin)請外(wai)籍校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長擔(dan)任(ren)(ren)管(guan)(guan)理(li)顧問,參與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)和(he)外(wai)語教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),引入(ru)國際化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)理(li)念(nian)。同時(shi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)與英國、南澳洲和(he)加(jia)拿大魁北克(ke)等(deng)(deng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)立了姐妹學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),在英國圣艾丹(dan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)會(hui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創建(jian)了孔子課堂,互(hu)派教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師開設(she)語言(yan)課程和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)互(hu)訪。
