中國慶(qing)(qing)云(yun)酒(jiu)(jiu)水副(fu)食(shi)(shi)城(cheng)是(shi)中國慶(qing)(qing)云(yun)商品(pin)城(cheng)的二期工程。該市場始建于1999年8月1日,于同年11月18日開業運(yun)營(ying)(ying),總投資5000萬元,占地(di)(di)面(mian)積7.2萬平(ping)方(fang)米,建有門店1308間(jian)、373套,現有經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)業戶(hu)800家,從(cong)業人員(yuan)近900人。中國慶(qing)(qing)云(yun)酒(jiu)(jiu)水副(fu)食(shi)(shi)城(cheng)主要經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)高、中、低檔白酒(jiu)(jiu)、啤(pi)酒(jiu)(jiu)、名(ming)茶、副(fu)食(shi)(shi)、調料、乳制品(pin)、各種飲料、兒童食(shi)(shi)品(pin)、干鮮果品(pin)、地(di)(di)方(fang)特(te)產等十幾個系列,8萬余(yu)個品(pin)種現有200多(duo)家知名(ming)廠商在城(cheng)內設立了(le)總經(jing)(jing)銷(xiao)(xiao)、總代理(li),商品(pin)暢(chang)銷(xiao)(xiao)膠東半島及周邊30余(yu)個縣市。慶(qing)(qing)云(yun)酒(jiu)(jiu)水副(fu)食(shi)(shi)城(cheng)開業運(yun)營(ying)(ying)以(yi)來,交(jiao)易火(huo)爆(bao),購(gou)銷(xiao)(xiao)兩旺經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)繁榮。無(wu)論是(shi)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)規(gui)模、經(jing)(jing)銷(xiao)(xiao)品(pin)種,還是(shi)商品(pin)銷(xiao)(xiao)量和輻射范圍(wei),都已(yi)成為魯北地(di)(di)區最大的酒(jiu)(jiu)水、副(fu)食(shi)(shi)批發(fa)中心(xin)。

把(ba)好(hao)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。通(tong)過座談會、市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)簡報、宣(xuan)傳(chuan)欄(lan)、有線廣播等(deng)載體大力宣(xuan)傳(chuan)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)的相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)法律法規(gui)(gui)以及相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)信息,筑牢食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)道德關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan);把(ba)好(hao)公共(gong)(gong)衛生源頭關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。凡進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)的從業人(ren)員(yuan)都(dou)需(xu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)過健(jian)康(kang)體檢方(fang)可入(ru)(ru)駐經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying);同(tong)時(shi),定期協調(diao)防疫站到市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)集中辦(ban)公,對市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)業戶建(jian)立健(jian)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)健(jian)康(kang)建(jian)檔(dang)(dang),實現健(jian)康(kang)檔(dang)(dang)案無縫隙銜接(jie)。共(gong)(gong)完成健(jian)康(kang)體檢1218人(ren),辦(ban)理(li)健(jian)康(kang)證1215個,對身體不達標的3人(ren)規(gui)(gui)勸(quan)退出市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang);把(ba)好(hao)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)準入(ru)(ru)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。凡進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)的食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)必須票(piao)(piao)證齊(qi)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)達標;同(tong)時(shi),我們積極(ji)(ji)組織經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)客商(shang)參加各級(ji)專(zhuan)業展會以及對接(jie)生產(chan)(chan)基(ji)地、廠家等(deng)著力招引品(pin)(pin)(pin)牌(pai)商(shang)品(pin)(pin)(pin),推(tui)動市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)晉檔(dang)(dang)升級(ji)。共(gong)(gong)引進(jin)(jin)總經(jing)(jing)(jing)銷、總代理(li)400余個,市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)高檔(dang)(dang)、中檔(dang)(dang)、低檔(dang)(dang)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)比例達到3:5:2,極(ji)(ji)大滿足了(le)消費市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)需(xu)求(qiu);把(ba)好(hao)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)巡查關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。通(tong)過事前告(gao)知、事前指導(dao)的巡查模式(shi),將經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)者的自(zi)檢自(zi)查與工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)責任區制度化定期巡查相(xiang)結合,進(jin)(jin)一步落實責任,提升監管(guan)(guan)效能。共(gong)(gong)聯(lian)合工(gong)商(shang)等(deng)執(zhi)法部(bu)門對市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)進(jin)(jin)行集中檢查68次(ci),極(ji)(ji)大提升了(le)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)保(bao)障(zhang)度;把(ba)好(hao)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)流通(tong)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。為提高食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)戶的管(guan)(guan)理(li)水(shui)平,確(que)保(bao)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)流通(tong)環節(jie)的規(gui)(gui)范化,在落實食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)“四(si)制”基(ji)礎上(shang),又推(tui)出了(le)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監管(guan)(guan)“電子一票(piao)(piao)通(tong)”,保(bao)障(zhang)了(le)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)溯(su)源,該(gai)項工(gong)作(zuo)走在了(le)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)市(shi)(shi)、乃(nai)至(zhi)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)省前列。
