【文化背景】

中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)市養殖(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)脆肉(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)歷史悠久。早(zao)在(zai)1973年,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)市民在(zai)長江水(shui)庫(ku)利用(yong)水(shui)泥池(chi)、采用(yong)循環水(shui)飼養方式(shi)首先培育成功(gong),因(yin)其肉(rou)(rou)質結實(shi)脆爽、耐煮(zhu)不(bu)爛,肉(rou)(rou)味清香可口而被稱為中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)脆肉(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)。80年代初,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)市率先采用(yong)池(chi)塘進行養殖(zhi),經(jing)過多年的摸(mo)索、實(shi)踐、總(zong)結,積累了(le)(le)豐富的生產經(jing)驗(yan),掌握了(le)(le)一(yi)套成熟的養殖(zhi)技(ji)術并制(zhi)訂了(le)(le)廣東省地方標準《無(wu)公害食品脆肉(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)養殖(zhi)技(ji)術規(gui)范》。2006年3月,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)脆肉(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)高產增效技(ji)術示(shi)范通過了(le)(le)省級鑒定。近年來,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)脆肉(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)養殖(zhi)已成為中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)市漁業(ye)的支柱產業(ye)。目前,中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)脆肉(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)作為我市漁業(ye)的拳頭產品和(he)農(nong)業(ye)經(jing)濟的一(yi)大支柱,養殖(zhi)規(gui)模(mo)已經(jing)形(xing)成,擁(yong)有萬畝連片(pian)飼養中(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)脆肉(rou)(rou)鯇(huan)。
