據《臨沂(yi)果(guo)茶會》記(ji)載,平邑縣天寶山(shan)山(shan)楂從清朝康熙年間就有種植,以其樹勢強健、品質優良、果(guo)實個(ge)大、色澤(ze)鮮艷、耐(nai)貯藏、適(shi)于(yu)加工而馳名,久負盛(sheng)譽。
上(shang)世(shi)紀60年(nian)(nian)代(dai),果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)們(men)僅(jin)僅(jin)依(yi)靠傳統的(de)方(fang)(fang)法種(zhong)植(zhi)山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha),山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)產量不(bu)高(gao),果(guo)(guo)(guo)樹品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)也(ye)得(de)不(bu)到改(gai)良,形成了(le)年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)采摘、年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)收獲不(bu)大的(de)結果(guo)(guo)(guo),讓(rang)果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)們(men)灰了(le)心,失去了(le)種(zhong)植(zhi)山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)的(de)積極性。改(gai)革開放(fang)以后,隨(sui)著平邑縣地方(fang)(fang)鎮果(guo)(guo)(guo)品(pin)(pin)(pin)深(shen)加工產業的(de)興起,市場對山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)的(de)需求(qiu)量日(ri)益提(ti)高(gao),農(nong)(nong)民又看到了(le)具(ju)有(you)幾百年(nian)(nian)種(zhong)植(zhi)歷史的(de)天寶山(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)的(de)經濟價值,在當(dang)地黨(dang)委(wei)、0引導下(xia),果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)(nong)們(men)推廣施用農(nong)(nong)家肥(fei)、高(gao)效有(you)機(ji)肥(fei)、生物(wu)菌肥(fei),使用無公害藥劑防治(zhi)病(bing)蟲,發展無公害果(guo)(guo)(guo)品(pin)(pin)(pin)、綠色食品(pin)(pin)(pin)、有(you)機(ji)食品(pin)(pin)(pin),生產優(you)質(zhi)果(guo)(guo)(guo),為(wei)天寶山(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)的(de)品(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)、檔次提(ti)升,奠定了(le)堅(jian)實的(de)基礎。
2008年(nian),平(ping)邑(yi)縣(xian)工(gong)商局通(tong)過政策指導和幫(bang)扶(fu)引導,注冊成立了(le)(le)平(ping)邑(yi)縣(xian)“天寶(bao)(bao)致(zhi)富水(shui)果(guo)專業合作社”,發展會員4000多名,隨后成立了(le)(le)平(ping)邑(yi)縣(xian)地方鎮水(shui)果(guo)種(zhong)植協會。2009年(nian),經(jing)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)省農(nong)業廳認證(zheng)(zheng),天寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂生產(chan)(chan)(chan)基地獲得(de)無公害(hai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品產(chan)(chan)(chan)地認證(zheng)(zheng);經(jing)農(nong)業部認證(zheng)(zheng),獲得(de)無公害(hai)農(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品證(zheng)(zheng)書。現(xian)天寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂生產(chan)(chan)(chan)面積達3000多公頃,年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量達12萬(wan)噸,產(chan)(chan)(chan)值逾5億(yi)元(yuan),以天寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂生產(chan)(chan)(chan)的罐(guan)頭已遠銷歐美、東(dong)南亞等20多個國(guo)家(jia)和地區,實現(xian)創匯(hui)8000多萬(wan)美元(yuan),平(ping)邑(yi)縣(xian)“糖葫蘆(lu)大軍”,走遍了(le)(le)全國(guo)各地,在銷售糖葫蘆(lu)的同(tong)時,也(ye)把(ba)“天寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂”文化傳播到(dao)了(le)(le)全國(guo)各地。
天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂的(de)種植(zhi)區(qu)域(yu)、栽(zai)培(pei)歷史(shi)、種植(zhi)規模(mo)、果品品質、人文因素、經(jing)濟價值(zhi)都符合了(le)申報國(guo)家(jia)地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)(biao)志證(zheng)明(ming)商(shang)(shang)標(biao)(biao)的(de)條件。去年2月,在平(ping)邑(yi)縣委、縣0的(de)大力支持下,平(ping)邑(yi)縣工商(shang)(shang)局精心準備,積極幫(bang)助地(di)(di)方鎮水果種植(zhi)協會制定(ding)了(le)中國(guo)地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)(biao)志證(zheng)明(ming)商(shang)(shang)標(biao)(biao)申報方案,將“天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂”向國(guo)家(jia)工商(shang)(shang)總局商(shang)(shang)標(biao)(biao)局申報。去年12月30日,國(guo)家(jia)工商(shang)(shang)總局商(shang)(shang)標(biao)(biao)局正式受理(li)(li),這標(biao)(biao)志著山(shan)(shan)(shan)東省(sheng)平(ping)邑(yi)縣的(de)“天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)楂”地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)(biao)志證(zheng)明(ming)商(shang)(shang)標(biao)(biao)申請注冊取(qu)得了(le)階段(duan)性成(cheng)果,將成(cheng)為(wei)繼平(ping)邑(yi)縣“平(ping)邑(yi)金(jin)銀花”、“武臺黃桃”之后的(de)又(you)一(yi)件中國(guo)地(di)(di)理(li)(li)標(biao)(biao)志證(zheng)明(ming)商(shang)(shang)標(biao)(biao)。
國(guo)家(jia)工商總局商標(biao)局受理“天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂”中國(guo)地(di)理標(biao)志證明商標(biao)后,平(ping)(ping)邑(yi)縣(xian)委(wei)、縣(xian)0從政策上進一步加大了(le)(le)對天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)的(de)(de)扶(fu)持(chi)力(li)(li)度(du)。現(xian)在(zai),天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂的(de)(de)價格較去年(nian)同期(qi)相比增幅30%,通過種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂,果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)人(ren)均(jun)增收800余元,果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)的(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植熱情空前(qian)高漲。如今的(de)(de)天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan),滿山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)遍野都(dou)是果(guo)(guo)(guo)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)改良過的(de)(de)綠蔥(cong)蔥(cong)的(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂樹,每到(dao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂花盛開和山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂收獲的(de)(de)季節(jie),周邊縣(xian)市的(de)(de)游(you)客紛紛趕來(lai)體驗“鄉(xiang)村一日游(you)”的(de)(de)樂趣,果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)把紅艷艷的(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂采(cai)摘后精心包裝起來(lai),銷售(shou)給(gei)前(qian)來(lai)游(you)玩的(de)(de)客人(ren),銷售(shou)給(gei)果(guo)(guo)(guo)品深(shen)加工的(de)(de)大小企業(ye)。平(ping)(ping)邑(yi)縣(xian)天寶(bao)致富水果(guo)(guo)(guo)專業(ye)合作社法定(ding)代表人(ren)李青松說:“以前(qian)土里土氣的(de)(de)‘山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)里紅’,在(zai)0的(de)(de)大力(li)(li)扶(fu)持(chi)下(xia),經過果(guo)(guo)(guo)農(nong)辛勤的(de)(de)培育,果(guo)(guo)(guo)品質量得(de)到(dao)顯(xian)著提高,‘山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)里紅’ 成為了(le)(le)農(nong)民發家(jia)致富的(de)(de)‘錢袋子’。”
平邑縣(xian)天寶山(shan)的(de)山(shan)楂(zha)“紅(hong)”了(le)(le),紅(hong)到了(le)(le)中國地理產品(臨沂)經驗交流座談會上,紅(hong)到了(le)(le)第十屆中國特產文(wen)化節(jie)暨首屆中國地理標志文(wen)化節(jie)的(de)展廳上,紅(hong)到了(le)(le)全國大江(jiang)南(nan)北,紅(hong)到了(le)(le)歐美、東南(nan)亞等國家和地區,紅(hong)到了(le)(le)老百姓(xing)的(de)心窩里,也紅(hong)了(le)(le)老百姓(xing)的(de)腰包。
地域范圍
天寶山山楂的(de)地(di)域(yu)保護(hu)范(fan)圍為(wei)山東(dong)(dong)省平(ping)邑縣地(di)方(fang)鎮(zhen)境內(nei)。地(di)理(li)坐標(biao)為(wei)東(dong)(dong)經117°44′00″~117°53′00″,北(bei)緯(wei)35°18′00″~35°23′00″。南北(bei)長3.5km,東(dong)(dong)西(xi)長10km,地(di)域(yu)保護(hu)范(fan)圍面積(ji)4000公(gong)頃,生產(chan)面積(ji)3000公(gong)頃,年產(chan)量(liang)12萬噸,最(zui)高處(chu)為(wei)天寶山,海(hai)拔480米,最(zui)低處(chu)是(shi)范(fan)家(jia)臺村(cun)(cun)紅梁(liang)河,海(hai)拔高為(wei)82米,主要(yao)包括大峪(yu)(yu)溝流域(yu)、王崮山流域(yu)、甘草峪(yu)(yu)流域(yu),該(gai)區域(yu)北(bei)鄰銅(tong)石鎮(zhen),西(xi)鄰鄭(zheng)城(cheng)鎮(zhen),南鄰費縣朱田鎮(zhen),東(dong)(dong)鄰地(di)方(fang)鎮(zhen)義興莊(zhuang)村(cun)(cun),共(gong)計22個行政村(cun)(cun),地(di)勢總體特征是(shi)西(xi)高東(dong)(dong)低,南北(bei)均(jun)為(wei)東(dong)(dong)西(xi)向山脈(mo),且山脈(mo)均(jun)呈(cheng)脊背狀傾斜呈(cheng)坡地(di),構成倒“U”字(zi)狀地(di)形,形成特殊(shu)的(de)小地(di)理(li)氣候(hou)。
產(chan)品品質特(te)性特(te)征
1、外(wai)在感官特征:新鮮(xian)、清(qing)潔、無不正(zheng)常外(wai)來水分。具(ju)有(you)本(ben)品(pin)種應具(ju)有(you)的基本(ben)特性,果(guo)(guo)實鮮(xian)紅,具(ju)有(you)本(ben)品(pin)種成熟時固有(you)的蠟質光澤,著色程度達到本(ben)品(pin)種應具(ju)有(you)著色面(mian)積的95%以上。具(ju)有(you)本(ben)品(pin)特有(you)風味,無異味,無雹傷、磨傷等果(guo)(guo)面(mian)缺(que)陷(xian)。無腐(fu)爛(lan)、無果(guo)(guo)肉(rou)褐變。果(guo)(guo)重差異不超過果(guo)(guo)重平均值的5%。
2、內在(zai)品(pin)質特征:每(mei)百克(ke)(ke)(ke)山楂(zha)鮮肉含(han)可溶(rong)性(xing)固形(xing)物14.26-16.20克(ke)(ke)(ke),總(zong)糖(tang)7.27-10.12克(ke)(ke)(ke),總(zong)酸1.5-3.66克(ke)(ke)(ke),維生素(su)(su)C 37.4-129.4g,同(tong)時(shi)富含(han)微量元素(su)(su)鈣、磷、鐵,其中鈣226-902毫克(ke)(ke)(ke)/升(sheng),磷12.2-20.5毫克(ke)(ke)(ke)/升(sheng),鐵1.98-48.25毫克(ke)(ke)(ke)/升(sheng),可食率(lv)92.1%,出干(gan)率(lv)35%。
