人(ren)大附中(zhong)借力信息化(hua)手段,積(ji)極推(tui)進(jin)優質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育資(zi)源的共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享(xiang)。2005年成立了國(guo)家基(ji)礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)育資(zi)源共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享(xiang)聯盟(meng),通過網絡無(wu)償為中(zhong)西部教(jiao)(jiao)育欠(qian)發達的地區提供優質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育資(zi)源。聯盟(meng)已(yi)經覆(fu)蓋全國(guo)4300多所(suo)學校(xiao)(xiao),70多萬(wan)中(zhong)小學教(jiao)(jiao)師直(zhi)接受益。共(gong)享(xiang)優質(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)學資(zi)源7萬(wan)余條,視頻課(ke)件(jian)1.5萬(wan)余課(ke)時(shi)。同時(shi),人(ren)大附中(zhong)積(ji)極組(zu)織推(tui)進(jin)慕課(ke)1+1教(jiao)(jiao)學即雙師教(jiao)(jiao)學,實現“由人(ren)大附中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)師主講,遠程學校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師輔(fu)導”的新型課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)學模(mo)式。已(yi)經有130多所(suo)全國(guo)連片貧(pin)困地區學校(xiao)(xiao)與人(ren)大附中(zhong)實現同步上課(ke)。
人(ren)大(da)附(fu)中創辦(ban)(ban)“中國(guo)(guo)基礎教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)卓越(yue)校長(chang)卓越(yue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)基地(di)(di)”,為全國(guo)(guo)各地(di)(di)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)家(jia)型校長(chang)和專家(jia)型教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)。基地(di)(di)自2009年成(cheng)立以(yi)來,共(gong)舉辦(ban)(ban)10余次(ci)集中培(pei)(pei)訓,培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)全國(guo)(guo)20多(duo)個(ge)省市區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)校長(chang)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)1200余人(ren)次(ci)。人(ren)大(da)附(fu)中通(tong)(tong)過競標連(lian)續五年承辦(ban)(ban)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部“國(guo)(guo)培(pei)(pei)計劃(hua)”高端項目(mu)(mu),截止目(mu)(mu)前共(gong)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)23個(ge)省市自治區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)530名一(yi)線(xian)骨干教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi),并通(tong)(tong)過人(ren)大(da)附(fu)中國(guo)(guo)培(pei)(pei)網絡(luo)平臺,間接培(pei)(pei)訓全國(guo)(guo)8700名基層一(yi)線(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi),在教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部組織(zhi)的(de)(de)項目(mu)(mu)績效匿名評審中連(lian)續名列前茅。
