八(ba)荒六(liu)合唯我獨尊(zun)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),出自(zi)金庸武(wu)俠小(xiao)說(shuo)《天龍八(ba)部》,是(shi)天山童姥(lao)的最高絕學,又名(ming)"天長地久(jiu)不老長春功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)"。練功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)須以最上乘的內功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)為(wei)根基(ji),方能(neng)修練。八(ba)荒六(liu)合惟(wei)我獨尊(zun)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)威力(li)奇大,卻有一(yi)個不方便之(zhi)處,那便是(shi)每(mei)30年,便需要(yao)返老還童一(yi)次。還童之(zhi)后,功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)力(li)打回原形。想要(yao)回復(fu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)力(li),便需每(mei)日重修,每(mei)一(yi)日便是(shi)一(yi)年,而(er)且午時須得吸飲生(sheng)血,方能(neng)修煉。
八荒六(liu)合唯我獨尊功(gong)(gong)(又名:天長(chang)地久不老長(chang)春功(gong)(gong))是靈鷲宮至高(gao)無上的(de)武(wu)功(gong)(gong),須(xu)以最上乘的(de)內(nei)功(gong)(gong)為根基,方(fang)能修煉。
這內功(gong)(gong)雖然威力奇大(da)無(wu)比,卻(que)有一(yi)個壞處,就是每(mei)三十年,修煉之(zhi)人便要返(fan)老還童(tong)(tong)一(yi)次。還童(tong)(tong)之(zhi)后,功(gong)(gong)力打回原形。想要回復(fu)功(gong)(gong)力,便需每(mei)日重修,每(mei)一(yi)日便是一(yi)年,而且午(wu)時須得吸(xi)飲(yin)生血(xue),方能練功(gong)(gong)。
此(ci)內功主(zhu)攻手少陽三焦經(內分(fen)泌系(xi)統),修煉(lian)時(shi)必須吸飲(yin)鮮(xian)血(xue),不(bu)然無法(fa)修煉(lian),這(zhe)點與逍(xiao)遙派基本宗旨(zhi)不(bu)附,似為童姥自創,但其修煉(lian)時(shi)年方六歲,不(bu)可(ke)能自創內功,所以在此(ci)采信香港漫畫版的說法(fa):
這內功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)原名(ming)獨尊純陽訣,屬至(zhi)陽,不適(shi)合女子修煉,童(tong)姥(lao)心高氣(qi)傲,將至(zhi)陽功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)倒轉修煉為至(zhi)陰,并易名(ming)為八(ba)荒六合惟我獨尊功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。這也就解釋了她(ta)教虛竹倒轉內息制造(zao)寒冰時(shi)(shi)是那(nei)么自(zi)然(ran)(要知道(dao)歐陽鋒逆煉九陰真經時(shi)(shi)最(zui)后可(ke)瘋了),天山童(tong)姥(lao)修煉此門內功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)年僅(jin)六歲,因而身材(cai)矮小,二十六歲本練功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)有(you)成,卻遭李秋水(shui)暗算,自(zi)此身材(cai)永(yong)如女童(tong)。
注解:【這(zhe)(zhe)套功(gong)夫有(you)三個名(ming)稱:早期連載版(ban)為(wei)天(tian)上地(di)(di)下唯我(wo)獨(du)尊(zun)功(gong),后來覺(jue)得太過狂妄而且(qie)不(bu)(bu)(bu)求實際,加上這(zhe)(zhe)也與童(tong)姥(lao)個性不(bu)(bu)(bu)符(fu),所以出書版(ban)時更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)八荒六合(he)惟我(wo)獨(du)尊(zun)功(gong),新修(xiu)(xiu)版(ban)更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)天(tian)長(chang)(chang)(chang)地(di)(di)久不(bu)(bu)(bu)老(lao)長(chang)(chang)(chang)春(chun)功(gong),可(ke)惜的(de)是新修(xiu)(xiu)版(ban)的(de)多了一(yi)(yi)(yi)些兒女情長(chang)(chang)(chang),少了一(yi)(yi)(yi)絲霸氣,尤其(qi)天(tian)長(chang)(chang)(chang)地(di)(di)久,童(tong)姥(lao)這(zhe)(zhe)輩子的(de)憾(han)事(shi)莫過于(yu)李(li)秋(qiu)(qiu)水暗(an)(an)算于(yu)她,使(shi)她無法和二(er)師弟長(chang)(chang)(chang)相廝守(shou),對李(li)秋(qiu)(qiu)水恨(hen)恨(hen)不(bu)(bu)(bu)平,自(zi)然(ran)不(bu)(bu)(bu)會(hui)取天(tian)長(chang)(chang)(chang)地(di)(di)久、至(zhi)于(yu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)老(lao)長(chang)(chang)(chang)春(chun),更(geng)是傷感(gan)之(zhi)處(chu),童(tong)姥(lao)就當面對虛竹說她如(ru)果不(bu)(bu)(bu)是遭(zao)了李(li)秋(qiu)(qiu)水的(de)暗(an)(an)算怎(zen)么會(hui)只有(you)8、9歲身型外貌,這(zhe)(zhe)是她畢生恨(hen)事(shi),因(yin)此,金庸新修(xiu)(xiu)版(ban)對這(zhe)(zhe)改動(dong)反(fan)而有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)絲嘲(chao)弄(nong)童(tong)姥(lao)的(de)意思.】
天(tian)山(shan)童姥(lao)自六歲(sui)起練這功夫,36歲(sui)返(fan)(fan)老(lao)還(huan)童,花了(le)30天(tian)時光。66歲(sui)返(fan)(fan)老(lao)還(huan)童,那(nei)一(yi)次(ci)用(yong)了(le)60天(tian)。96歲(sui),再(zai)次(ci)返(fan)(fan)老(lao)還(huan)童,便(bian)(bian)得(de)有(you)90天(tian)時光,方能(neng)回(hui)復功力。八荒六合惟我獨尊功雖然威(wei)力很大,但(dan)是(shi)有(you)一(yi)個缺點,就是(shi)每次(ci)返(fan)(fan)老(lao)還(huan)童之際,功力全然喪失,復功修煉一(yi)日(ri)(ri)后回(hui)復到7歲(sui)時的(de)功力,第(di)二日(ri)(ri)回(hui)復到8歲(sui)之時,第(di)三日(ri)(ri)回(hui)復到9歲(sui),每一(yi)日(ri)(ri)便(bian)(bian)是(shi)一(yi)年,而且每日(ri)(ri)午時須(xu)得(de)吸飲生血(xue),方能(neng)練功。
八荒六合唯我獨(du)尊功(gong)在金庸武俠小說作品中(zhong),只(zhi)有天(tian)山童(tong)(tong)姥練(lian)習過。她(ta)練(lian)功(gong)時盤膝坐下,右手(shou)(shou)食(shi)指指天(tian),左手(shou)(shou)食(shi)指指地,口(kou)中(zhong)“嘿”的一聲(sheng),鼻孔中(zhong)噴出了兩條淡(dan)(dan)淡(dan)(dan)白氣(qi),吐出來(lai)的白氣(qi)纏住她(ta)腦袋周圍(wei),繚繞不(bu)散,漸(jian)漸(jian)愈來(lai)愈濃(nong),逐漸(jian)成為一團白霧(wu),將她(ta)面目全都遮沒了,跟著只(zhi)聽得她(ta)全身骨節格格作響(xiang),猶如爆豆。過了良久,爆豆聲(sheng)漸(jian)輕漸(jian)稀,跟著那團白霧(wu)也(ye)漸(jian)漸(jian)淡(dan)(dan)了,見那女童(tong)(tong)鼻孔中(zhong)不(bu)斷(duan)吸入(ru)白霧(wu),待得白霧(wu)吸盡,那女童(tong)(tong)睜開雙眼,緩(huan)緩(huan)站起。
這門功夫天山(shan)童姥(lao)練得(de)太早,6歲時(shi)開始修習,數年(nian)后內功的威力(li)便(bian)顯了出來(lai),只(zhi)可惜天生三焦失調,永(yong)遠是(shi)八九歲的模樣(yang),天山(shan)童姥(lao)的名字也因此(ci)而來(lai)。
人體真氣(qi)(qi)源自五谷,五谷進(jin)(jin)入腸(chang)胃后,營養由小腸(chang)吸收,真氣(qi)(qi)則由中焦(jiao)(三焦(jiao)之一)采集,進(jin)(jin)入上(shang)焦(jiao)(三焦(jiao)之一),再由肺進(jin)(jin)入十二(er)經脈,由腎經進(jin)(jin)入任督二(er)脈,回到下焦(jiao)(三焦(jiao)之一),進(jin)(jin)入丹田,三焦(jiao)實(shi)際上(shang)掌控了真氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)采集、發散、收藏、使用等環節,運功(gong)(gong)強化三焦(jiao),可以得到比(bi)(bi)普通功(gong)(gong)法(fa)多得多的(de)(de)真氣(qi)(qi),練成之后全身布滿真氣(qi)(qi),因此說八荒六合功(gong)(gong)威力奇大,實(shi)為(wei)內功(gong)(gong)之極,但是(shi)這功(gong)(gong)法(fa)因為(wei)氣(qi)(qi)太多,遠遠多于對(dui)應(ying)的(de)(de)血,氣(qi)(qi)為(wei)陽(yang),血為(wei)陰(yin),如果沒(mei)有(you)血陰(yin)來調和陽(yang)氣(qi)(qi),則會陽(yang)盛陰(yin)虛而死(si),補血的(de)(de)方法(fa)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)多,但是(shi)童姥卻采用吸鮮(xian)血這種極端的(de)(de)方法(fa),有(you)點恐怖(bu)。
另外,因(yin)為(wei)三焦經(jing)在(zai)人體經(jing)脈里排得靠后(hou),甚至在(zai)任督二脈之后(hou),因(yin)此,如果想練習本功,至少應有充(chong)分的大小(xiao)周天基(ji)礎,否則會耗光(guang)身體真氣(qi),或者真氣(qi)無法(fa)駕權陽氣(qi),導(dao)致亢奮失眠。
《天龍八部》
《天(tian)龍(long)八(ba)部》中天(tian)山童姥她(ta)老人家的(de)獨門(men)功夫是所謂(wei)的(de)“八(ba)荒六合唯(wei)我獨尊功”:
但見那(nei)女童鼻中吐出來(lai)的(de)白氣纏住她腦袋周(zhou)圍,繚(liao)繞不散,漸(jian)漸(jian)愈(yu)來(lai)愈(yu)濃,成為一團(tuan)白霧,將她面目都(dou)遮沒了(le)(le),跟(gen)著只聽得她全身骨節(jie)格格作響,猶如(ru)爆豆。虛竹和烏(wu)老大面面相覷,不明所以。烏(wu)老大一知半解,這“八荒六合唯我獨(du)尊(zun)功(gong)”他得自傳聞,不知到底(di)如(ru)何。過(guo)了(le)(le)良久……
虛竹和烏老大(da)同時(shi)揉(rou)了揉(rou)眼(yan)睛(jing),似乎有(you)些眼(yan)花,只覺那女童(tong)臉上神情頗(po)有(you)異(yi)樣,但到底有(you)何不同,卻也說不上來。那女童(tong)瞅著(zhu)烏老大(da),說道:“你果然淵博(bo)得很(hen)啊(a),連(lian)我這‘八荒六合唯我獨尊功’也知道了。”
當(dang)初在《明報》連載時,卻叫作“天上(shang)地下唯我獨尊功”。出自佛(fo)(fo)祖釋迦(jia)故事,據佛(fo)(fo)教(jiao)傳(chuan)說:釋迦(jia)出世,墮(duo)地能立,周行7步(bu),步(bu)步(bu)生蓮花,乃遍觀四方,一手指天,一手指地,曰:“天上(shang)地下,唯我獨尊”。
在(zai)金庸(yong)新世紀修改版的《天龍(long)八部》中,已經(jing)改為“天長(chang)地久長(chang)春不(bu)老功(gong)”。
《雪山飛狐》
此事金庸在(zai)《雪山飛狐(hu)》第2回也(ye)提到過:
廳上居中掛著一副木板(ban)對聯,寫著廿二個大字:
不來遼東大(da)言(yan)天(tian)下(xia)無敵手
邂(xie)逅(hou)冀(ji)北方信世間有(you)英雄
上(shang)(shang)款是(shi)(shi)“希孟(meng)仁(ren)兄正之”,下(xia)款是(shi)(shi)“妄人(ren)苗人(ren)鳳深慚昔年狂(kuang)言醉(zui)后涂鴉(ya)”......寶(bao)樹哼了一(yi)聲(sheng),冷笑道:“嘿(hei)!佛(fo)經(jing)上(shang)(shang)說,當年佛(fo)祖(zu)釋(shi)迦牟尼(ni)降(jiang)世,一(yi)落地(di)便(bian)自(zi)稱(cheng)‘天(tian)上(shang)(shang)地(di)下(xia)’唯我一(yi)人(ren)稱(cheng)獨尊’,這句(ju)話(hua)跟‘古往(wang)今來,打遍天(tian)下(xia)無敵手’,倒(dao)配得上(shang)(shang)對兒......
