2、工作流程說明
當物體放在秤盤(pan)(pan)上時,壓力施給傳(chuan)感器(qi),該(gai)(gai)傳(chuan)感器(qi)發生(sheng)(sheng)形(xing)變(bian)(bian),從而(er)使阻抗發生(sheng)(sheng)變(bian)(bian)化,同時輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電壓發生(sheng)(sheng)變(bian)(bian)化,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)一個變(bian)(bian)化的(de)模擬信(xin)號(hao)。該(gai)(gai)信(xin)號(hao)經放大電路(lu)放大輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)到(dao)模數(shu)轉換器(qi)。轉換成便于處理(li)的(de)數(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)到(dao)CPU運算(suan)控制(zhi)。CPU根據鍵盤(pan)(pan)命(ming)令以(yi)及程序將這(zhe)種結(jie)果(guo)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)到(dao)顯示(shi)器(qi)。直至顯示(shi)這(zhe)種結(jie)果(guo)。
二、電子衡器的產品種類
1、汽車衡
汽車衡,是用(yong)(yong)于(yu)化(hua)(hua)工、商(shang)品(pin)混凝土、物流、港(gang)口(kou)、碼頭、廠礦、商(shang)家等(deng)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)大宗(zong)貨物計量的(de)(de)主(zhu)要稱(cheng)重設備,在二十世紀80年代之前(qian)常見(jian)的(de)(de)汽車衡(heng)一(yi)般是利用(yong)(yong)杠桿原(yuan)理純(chun)機械構造的(de)(de)機械式(shi)(shi)汽車衡(heng),也稱(cheng)作機械地磅。SCS—D8型全數(shu)(shu)字(zi)式(shi)(shi)電子(zi)汽車衡(heng)采用(yong)(yong)當今世界先(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)式(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)重傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)和(he)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)式(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)重顯示儀而(er)設計的(de)(de)全電子(zi)模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)汽車衡(heng)。數(shu)(shu)字(zi)式(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)重傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)(yong)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)技術(shu),能對溫度(du)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)、非線性、滯后(hou)和(he)蠕變等(deng)進(jin)行自動(dong)(dong)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)補(bu)償(chang).電子(zi)地上(shang)衡(heng) 采用(yong)(yong)全新設計的(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)結構承載器(qi)(qi),簡易輕巧,方便搬運,可直接鋪設在水泥地上(shang),并配(pei)有活動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)引坡(選配(pei)),使空間得到(dao)充分利用(yong)(yong),配(pei)備四(si)只高精度(du)剪(jian)切梁式(shi)(shi)稱(cheng)重傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)和(he)智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)稱(cheng)重顯示儀表組成(cheng)稱(cheng)重系(xi)統。鋼(gang)(gang)混臺面(SCS-C3型)從根本上(shang)解決了全鋼(gang)(gang)結構汽車衡(heng)使用(yong)(yong)過程中因雨淋日曬,酸堿(jian)腐(fu)蝕(shi)及結構的(de)(de)熱脹冷縮而(er)出(chu)現(xian)秤體被(bei)腐(fu)蝕(shi),使用(yong)(yong)精度(du)降低(di)、使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命縮短(duan)等(deng)問題(ti)。
2、電子吊秤
電(dian)子(zi)吊秤(cheng)是(shi)使物體(ti)處(chu)于懸(xuan)掛狀態進(jin)行(xing)(xing)其質量(重量)計量的電(dian)子(zi)衡器,稱之為電(dian)子(zi)吊秤(cheng)。要求使用場(chang)合必須(xu)有電(dian)葫蘆,一(yi)般用于鋼鐵(tie)廠、卷板(ban)廠、煉(lian)鋼廠、碼頭等。執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)最(zui)新(xin)行(xing)(xing)業標(biao)準。
3、電子叉車秤
搬運和稱重同時作業的電子秤,特別適用鐵(tie)路(lu)、公路(lu)、商貿、工礦(kuang)等物流(liu)作業中的貨物的稱(cheng)量(liang)。秤臺(tai)由液壓(ya)手動搬運機(ji)構和稱(cheng)重元(yuan)件組(zu)成液壓(ya)驅(qu)動秤臺(tai)升(sheng)降,人(ren)工推(tui)行(xing)車輛(liang)運行(xing)。
4、電子臺秤
有(you)單獨的(de)載(zai)荷稱重臺和(he)連接(jie)立(li)柱安裝(zhuang)稱重顯示儀表。
