滌綸電容特點有哪些

滌綸電容參數識別
1、國外電(dian)容(rong)器(qi)耐(nai)壓(ya)值通常用字母來表(biao)示(shi)基數(shu)(shu),常見的代碼和基數(shu)(shu)對應關系是:
A:1.0;B:1.25;C:1.6;D:2.0;E:2.5;F:3.15;G4.0;
H:5.0;J:6.3;K:8.0;Z:9.0;
字母(mu)前面的(de)(de)數表示(shi)10的(de)(de)冪,比如2A,即為(wei)102*1.0=100V,2C為(wei)102*1.6=160V等(deng)等(deng)。
耐壓值后方的字母(mu)表示電容容量,單(dan)位為pF。
例(li)如:823表(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量為82*10^3=82000Pf ,224表(biao)示(shi)22*104=220000pf=0.22μF;最后的字母表(biao)示(shi)精度(du),比如J表(biao)示(shi)容(rong)量允(yun)許偏差為±5%等等。
典型的電容標識(shi)示例:2A823J 即82000Pf±5%,耐壓100V。
2、電容器的參數標注方法
(1) 直標(biao)法:將電容(rong)器(qi)的主要參(can)數(shu)(標(biao)稱容(rong)量、額定(ding)電壓、及允許偏(pian)差)直接標(biao)注在電容(rong)器(qi)上,如0.0047μf/275V,0.0047μf是容(rong)量,相當于4700Pf,275V應是耐(nai)壓(不屬優選數(shu)系列(lie))。
(2) 文字符號法:采用數字或字母與數字混合的方法來標注電容器的主要參數。
1. 數(shu)字(zi)標注法 一般是(shi)(shi)用3位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示(shi)電容(rong)器的容(rong)量(liang)。其中(zhong)前兩位為有效值數(shu)字(zi),第(di)三位為倍乘數(shu)(即(ji)表(biao)示(shi)有效值后有多少個(ge)0)。如104,表(biao)示(shi)有效值是(shi)(shi)10,后面再加4個(ge)0,即(ji)100000Pf=0.1μf。
(3)字母與(yu)數字混(hun)合標(biao)注法:用(yong)2—4位數字表示有(you)效(xiao)值,用(yong)P、n、M、μ、G、m等(deng)字母表示有(you)效(xiao)數后(hou)面的量級。進口電容器在(zai)標(biao)注數值時不用(yong)小(xiao)(xiao)數點,而是(shi)將整數部分寫(xie)在(zai)字母之(zhi)前,將小(xiao)(xiao)數部分寫(xie)在(zai)字母后(hou)面。如4P7表示4.7Pf,3m3表示3300μf(3.3mf)等(deng)。
3、電容器的容量的允許偏差標注字母及含義
(1)字(zi)母(mu)含義:
F ±1%
G ±2%
J ±5%
K ±10%
M ±20%
N ±30%
如(ru)104K表示容(rong)量(liang)100000Pf=0.1μf,容(rong)量(liang)允許偏差為±10%。
