一、屏蔽線是什么
屏(ping)蔽線是使(shi)用網狀編(bian)織(zhi)導線把信(xin)號(hao)線包(bao)裹(guo)起來的傳(chuan)輸線。導線外部有導體(ti)(ti)(ti)包(bao)裹(guo)的導線叫(jiao)屏(ping)蔽線,包(bao)裹(guo)的導體(ti)(ti)(ti)叫(jiao)屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)(ceng),一般為編(bian)織(zhi)銅(tong)網或(huo)(鋁(lv)),屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)(ceng)需(xu)要接地,外來的干(gan)擾信(xin)號(hao)可被(bei)該層(ceng)(ceng)導入大地,避(bi)免(mian)干(gan)擾信(xin)號(hao)進入內層(ceng)(ceng)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)干(gan)攏同時降低(di)傳(chuan)輸信(xin)號(hao)的損(sun)耗(hao)。
屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)電(dian)纜的屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)層主(zhu)要由銅(tong)、鋁等非磁性材料制(zhi)成,并(bing)且厚度(du)很薄(bo),遠小于(yu)使(shi)用頻率(lv)上(shang)金屬材料的集膚(fu)深度(du)(所謂趨(qu)(qu)膚(fu)效(xiao)(xiao)應(ying)是(shi)(shi)指電(dian)流(liu)在導體(ti)截面的分布隨(sui)頻率(lv)的升高(gao)而趨(qu)(qu)于(yu)導體(ti)表面分布,頻率(lv)越高(gao),趨(qu)(qu)膚(fu)深度(du)越小,即頻率(lv)越高(gao),電(dian)磁波的穿透(tou)能力越弱),屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)層的效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)主(zhu)要不是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)金屬體(ti)本身對電(dian)場、磁場的反射、吸(xi)收而產生(sheng)的,而是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)層的接(jie)地產生(sheng)的,接(jie)地的形式不同將(jiang)直接(jie)影(ying)響屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)。
二、屏蔽線分類

普(pu)通:絕緣(yuan)層+屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)+導線(xian)。高級:絕緣層+屏(ping)蔽層+信(xin)號導線+屏蔽層接地(di)導線。
三、屏蔽線型號
AVSSBS是(shi)日系的(de)單芯、AVSSBS2*是雙芯、N901 906。02是德系的(de)三芯。
四、屏蔽線的作用
屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)一般(ban)需要接地(di)。屏(ping)蔽線的作用是(shi)將電磁場(chang)噪(zao)聲源與(yu)敏感(gan)設備隔(ge)離(li),切斷(duan)噪(zao)聲源的傳播路徑(jing)。
屏蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)分為主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)屏蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)和被(bei)動(dong)(dong)屏蔽(bi)(bi)(bi),主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)屏蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)目(mu)(mu)的(de)是(shi)為了防(fang)止(zhi)噪(zao)聲源向外(wai)輻射,是(shi)對噪(zao)聲源的(de)屏蔽(bi)(bi)(bi);被(bei)動(dong)(dong)屏蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)目(mu)(mu)的(de)是(shi)為了防(fang)止(zhi)敏感設備遭到噪(zao)聲源的(de)干擾(rao),是(shi)對敏感設備的(de)屏蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)。
屏蔽(bi)線(xian)的屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)允(yun)許多(duo)(duo)(duo)點(dian)(dian)接地(di),因為不(bu)(bu)同的接地(di)點(dian)(dian)總是不(bu)(bu)一樣(yang)的,各點(dian)(dian)存(cun)在(zai)電(dian)位差。如多(duo)(duo)(duo)點(dian)(dian)接地(di),在(zai)屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)形成(cheng)電(dian)流,感(gan)應到導線(xian)上形成(cheng)電(dian)流,感(gan)應到信號線(xian)上形成(cheng)干擾(rao),不(bu)(bu)但起不(bu)(bu)到屏蔽(bi)作用,反(fan)而引(yin)進干擾(rao),尤其在(zai)變頻(pin)器用的多(duo)(duo)(duo)的場合里(li),干擾(rao)中含有各種高次諧波分量,造成(cheng)影響更大,應特別注意。
