一、電動云臺是什么
電動云臺是用于安裝攝像機,它在控制電壓(云臺控制器輸出的電壓)的作用下,做水平和垂直轉動,使攝像機能在大范圍內對準并攝取所需要的觀察目標。按旋轉角度可分(fen)為(wei)限位型和連續旋轉型。當(dang)攝像機需(xu)做(zuo)多(duo)方(fang)位(wei)場景(jing)監視時,應配(pei)備遙控電(dian)動云臺。
二、電動云臺的控制原理
全方位(wei)云(yun)臺內部有兩個電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji),分別負(fu)責云(yun)臺的上下(xia)和左右各方向的轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。其工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的不同也決定了(le)該云(yun)臺的整體工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),一般(ban)有交(jiao)流(liu) 24V、交(jiao)流(liu)220V及直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)12V。當(dang)接到上、下(xia)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,垂(chui)(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),經減速箱(xiang)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)垂(chui)(chui)直(zhi)(zhi)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)輪(lun)盤(pan)(pan)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong);當(dang)接到左、右動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,水(shui)平電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)并經減速箱(xiang)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)云(yun)臺底(di)部的水(shui)平齒輪(lun)盤(pan)(pan)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
需要說明(ming)的(de)是(shi)云(yun)臺(tai)(tai)都有水平、垂直的(de)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)栓,云(yun)臺(tai)(tai)分別(bie)由兩(liang)個微動開關(guan)實現限(xian)位(wei)(wei)功能。當(dang)轉(zhuan)動角(jiao)度達(da)到預(yu)先設(she)定的(de)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)栓時(shi),微動開關(guan)動作切斷電源,云(yun)臺(tai)(tai)停止轉(zhuan)動。限(xian)位(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可以(yi)位(wei)(wei)于云(yun)臺(tai)(tai)外部(bu),調整(zheng)過(guo)程簡單,也(ye)可以(yi)位(wei)(wei)于云(yun)臺(tai)(tai)內部(bu),通過(guo)外設(she)的(de)調整(zheng)機(ji)構進(jin)行調整(zheng),調整(zheng)過(guo)程相對復(fu)雜。但(dan)外置(zhi)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)云(yun)臺(tai)(tai)密封(feng)性(xing)不如內置(zhi)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)云(yun)臺(tai)(tai)。
室(shi)外(wai)云(yun)臺與室(shi)內云(yun)臺大(da)體一致,只是由于室(shi)外(wai)防(fang)(fang)護罩重(zhong)量較大(da),使云(yun)臺的載重(zhong)能力必須加大(da)。同時(shi),室(shi)外(wai)環境的冷熱(re)變化大(da), 易遭(zao)到雨水(shui)或潮濕的侵蝕。因此室(shi)外(wai)云(yun)臺一般都設計(ji)成密封防(fang)(fang)雨型。另外(wai)室(shi)外(wai)云(yun)臺還具有高(gao)轉矩(ju)和扼流保(bao)護電路以防(fang)(fang)止(zhi)云(yun)臺凍(dong)結(jie)時(shi)強行起動(dong)而燒毀電機。在(zai)低溫(wen)的惡(e)劣條(tiao)件下還可以在(zai)云(yun)臺內部(bu)加裝溫(wen)控型加熱(re)器。
