一、沖床機械手的工作流程是怎樣的
沖(chong)床機械(xie)手(shou)的工(gong)作(zuo)過程如下:
1、從原點開始:
按下啟動按鈕→下降(jiang)電磁閥通(tong)電→機械手(shou)開始下降(jiang)。
2、下降到底時:
碰(peng)到(dao)下(xia)(xia)限位開(kai)關→下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)斷電(dian)→下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)停(ting)止→同時接通(tong)夾緊電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)→機械手(shou)(shou)夾緊→上升電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)開(kai)始通(tong)電(dian)→機械手(shou)(shou)上升。
3、上升到頂時:
碰(peng)到(dao)上(shang)限位(wei)開關→上(shang)升電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)→上(shang)升停(ting)止(zhi)→同時(shi)接通右(you)(you)移電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)→機械(xie)手(shou)右(you)(you)移→右(you)(you)移到(dao)位(wei)時(shi)→碰(peng)到(dao)右(you)(you)移極(ji)限位(wei)開關→右(you)(you)移電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)→右(you)(you)移停(ting)止(zhi)。
此時,右工作臺上無工作,則光電開關接通,下降電磁閥接通,機械手下降。下降到底時,碰到下限位開關,下降電磁閥斷電,下降停止;同時夾緊電磁閥斷電,機械手放(fang)松,放(fang)松后,上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)通電(dian)(dian)(dian),機(ji)(ji)(ji)械手(shou)(shou)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)極(ji)限(xian)(xian)時(shi)碰到(dao)極(ji)限(xian)(xian)位開關,上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian),上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)停止;同時(shi)接通左移(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa),機(ji)(ji)(ji)械手(shou)(shou)左移(yi);左移(yi)到(dao)原點(dian)時(shi),碰到(dao)左極(ji)限(xian)(xian)開關,左移(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian),左移(yi)停止,至(zhi)此,沖壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械手(shou)(shou)經過八步動作(zuo)完成一(yi)個循環,后續就是按照這個設定的程序重復工作(zuo),不(bu)僅(jin)節省人工,還可以提高效率。
二、沖床機械手的驅動方式是什么
沖床(chuang)機械(xie)手(shou)的(de)驅動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)有液壓(ya)機推(tui)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)、標準氣壓(ya)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)、電氣設備推(tui)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)及機械(xie)設備推(tui)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)四(si)種:
1、液壓機推動式
沖床(chuang)機(ji)械(xie)手(shou)的液壓(ya)系統推動(dong)式(shi)機(ji)械(xie)臂(bei)一(yi)般由液動(dong)因(yin)(各種各樣液壓(ya)缸、油(you)電機(ji))、液壓(ya)閥、汽油(you)泵、汽車油(you)箱等構(gou)成推動(dong)系統軟件,由推動(dong)機(ji)械(xie)臂(bei)執行器完成工作中。一(yi)般它的具備較大(da)的抓(zhua)舉工作能力(達到幾百千(qian)克之上),其(qi)優點是(shi)結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、姿勢(shi)穩定(ding)、抗沖擊、耐振動(dong)、防爆型(xing)性好(hao),但液壓(ya)系統規定(ding)有較高(gao)的生(sheng)產精(jing)密度(du)和密閉特(te)性,不(bu)然滲油(you)將(jiang)環境污染(ran)。
2、標準氣壓推動式
其推(tui)動系(xi)統軟件一般由汽缸、閥(fa)門、汽罐和空氣(qi)(qi)壓縮機構成,其優點(dian)是氣(qi)(qi)動閥(fa)門便(bian)捷、手疾(ji)眼快、構造簡易(yi)、工程(cheng)造價較(jiao)低、檢修便(bian)捷。但無法開展速率操縱(zong),標準氣(qi)(qi)壓不能太高,故抓舉工作能力較(jiao)低。
3、電氣設備推動式

4、機械設備推動式
沖床機(ji)械(xie)手的機(ji)械(xie)設備推動只用作動作固定不(bu)動的場(chang)所。一般用凸輪軸機(ji)械(xie)結構來完成要求的姿勢(shi)。其優點(dian)是姿勢(shi)確實可靠,工作中速率高,低成本,但不(bu)容易調(diao)節。
