充電寶給手機充電斷開的原因
很多網(wang)友反映,購(gou)買(mai)到的充(chong)電寶給手機充(chong)電時(shi),充(chong)一會(hui)兒就(jiu)斷開了,這(zhe)種情(qing)況,一般來說與移動電源的質(zhi)量(liang)有關,主要(yao)有如下(xia)幾個因素(su):
1、充電寶輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不夠。這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)根(gen)據充電(dian)原理(li)決定的,必須是(shi)(shi)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)流向低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),手機一般是(shi)(shi)3.7V,移動電(dian)源鋰電(dian)芯是(shi)(shi)3.7V,這(zhe)樣就是(shi)(shi)平級(ji)的,因此移動電(dian)源在輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,會進行升壓(ya)(ya)到5V,這(zhe)樣就產生高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)流向低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),進行充電(dian)。
2、充電(dian)(dian)寶(bao)輸出電(dian)(dian)流強度(du)不(bu)(bu)夠(gou)。我們在(zai)測試一(yi)些移動電(dian)(dian)源的時候(hou),上面標稱有(you)800mAh放電(dian)(dian),但是有(you)時根本(ben)不(bu)(bu)能以這個規格進行放電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)流強度(du)不(bu)(bu)夠(gou)時也會發生這種現(xian)象,這個和電(dian)(dian)壓息息相關,最根本(ben)的還是鋰電(dian)(dian)芯質量不(bu)(bu)好所致。
3、與手機本身有關。可能手機電阻值過大,其實這種情況(kuang)的可能性非常少。只(zhi)是在此提及。
4、與(yu)移(yi)動電(dian)源的PCBA保(bao)護板有關。在第1點提到,保(bao)護板要(yao)起到過(guo)流過(guo)充(chong)過(guo)放的功能,同時還有一(yi)個(ge)MCU,這個(ge)就是(shi)用來升(sheng)壓,如果保(bao)護板質量不好,在電(dian)流穿(chuan)過(guo)時就不穩定(ding),導至PCBA怠工(gong),然(ran)后(hou)導致充(chong)電(dian)寶無法充(chong)電(dian),發生上述的情況。
