榜(bang)(bang)單(dan)(dan)使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是綜合(he)(he)(he)評分(fen),對上述四(si)項(xiang)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)分(fen)配了同等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)權重,市(shi)值計算截(jie)取(qu)自(zi)2015年(nian)4月6日的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)收(shou)盤價,囊括(kuo)所有(you)(you)(you)發(fa)行在(zai)(zai)外的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)普通股。美國(guo)(guo)、加(jia)拿大(da)及離岸(如百慕大(da))公(gong)司(si)采用(yong)近12個(ge)月的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)財(cai)務(wu)數據(銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)額、利(li)潤與(yu)資(zi)產(chan)(chan)),國(guo)(guo)際公(gong)司(si)采用(yong)最(zui)(zui)近一(yi)個(ge)財(cai)政年(nian)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)財(cai)務(wu)數據。按(an)(an)(an)照(zhao)以下(xia)(xia)四(si)個(ge)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)創建了四(si)個(ge)獨(du)立的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)榜(bang)(bang)單(dan)(dan):銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)額2000強(qiang),利(li)潤2000強(qiang),資(zi)產(chan)(chan)2000強(qiang),市(shi)值2000強(qiang)。其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)每個(ge)榜(bang)(bang)單(dan)(dan)都有(you)(you)(you)一(yi)條以最(zui)(zui)低(di)上榜(bang)(bang)數額表示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)合(he)(he)(he)格線(xian)(xian):銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)額41.6億美元,利(li)潤2.67億美元,資(zi)產(chan)(chan)85.7億美元,市(shi)值54.9億美元。一(yi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)公(gong)司(si)必須躋身(shen)至少一(yi)個(ge)分(fen)榜(bang)(bang)單(dan)(dan),才有(you)(you)(you)資(zi)格加(jia)入全球(qiu)2000強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)終競逐(zhu)。今年(nian)四(si)個(ge)分(fen)榜(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)上榜(bang)(bang)公(gong)司(si)總計有(you)(you)(you)3,400家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)每家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)公(gong)司(si)至少躋身(shen)其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)一(yi)個(ge)榜(bang)(bang)單(dan)(dan)。按(an)(an)(an)照(zhao)在(zai)(zai)分(fen)榜(bang)(bang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)名,每家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)公(gong)司(si)可獲(huo)得(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)獨(du)立的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)評分(fen),若在(zai)(zai)某項(xiang)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)2000強(qiang)分(fen)榜(bang)(bang)排(pai)名中(zhong)低(di)于合(he)(he)(he)格線(xian)(xian),則該公(gong)司(si)在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)一(yi)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)得(de)(de)(de)分(fen)為(wei)零。四(si)個(ge)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(權重相等)分(fen)數相加(jia),得(de)(de)(de)出(chu)每家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)公(gong)司(si)基于銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)額、利(li)潤、資(zi)產(chan)(chan)與(yu)市(shi)值的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合(he)(he)(he)得(de)(de)(de)分(fen)。綜合(he)(he)(he)得(de)(de)(de)分(fen)從高到低(di)排(pai)列,得(de)(de)(de)出(chu)全球(qiu)2000強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)名。得(de)(de)(de)分(fen)最(zui)(zui)高者排(pai)名最(zui)(zui)高。財(cai)務(wu)數據由母(mu)公(gong)司(si)合(he)(he)(he)并(bing)計算的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)上市(shi)子(zi)公(gong)司(si)被排(pai)除在(zai)(zai)榜(bang)(bang)單(dan)(dan)之外。按(an)(an)(an)照(zhao)大(da)多數國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)會(hui)計規則,母(mu)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)(zai)子(zi)公(gong)司(si)持股50%以上時(shi),子(zi)公(gong)司(si)財(cai)務(wu)可并(bing)入母(mu)公(gong)司(si)。一(yi)些國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)會(hui)計規則允許母(mu)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)(zai)持股50%以下(xia)(xia)時(shi)合(he)(he)(he)并(bing)計算子(zi)公(gong)司(si)財(cai)務(wu)。

今年登上福布斯(si)全球(qiu)企(qi)業(ye)2000強(qiang)榜單的(de)公(gong)司(si)來自61個(ge)國家和地(di)區(qu),總(zong)(zong)(zong)營收(shou)達到了39萬億美元(yuan)(yuan),總(zong)(zong)(zong)利潤3萬億美元(yuan)(yuan),總(zong)(zong)(zong)資產價(jia)值162萬億美元(yuan)(yuan),總(zong)(zong)(zong)市(shi)值48萬億美元(yuan)(yuan)。受到牛市(shi)的(de)推動,入選全球(qiu)企(qi)業(ye)2000強(qiang)的(de)公(gong)司(si)的(de)總(zong)(zong)(zong)市(shi)值同(tong)比增長了9%,在四項指標中增幅(fu)最大。
