2022年(nian)1月,2021年粵港澳大灣(wan)區高價(jia)值專利培(pei)育布局大賽頒獎(jiang)大會在佛山嶺南新(xin)天地馬哥(ge)孛羅(luo)酒店(dian)隆重舉行。由蒙娜麗(li)莎博士后科研工(gong)作站完(wan)成(cheng)的(de)“功能化高強度大規格陶(tao)瓷薄板的(de)制造技(ji)術及產業(ye)化項目(mu)”獲得(de)發明成(cheng)長(chang)組金獎(jiang)。
為助力粵港(gang)澳大灣(wan)區(qu)(qu)高(gao)(gao)質量發展,由廣東省知識產權局(ju)(ju)、香(xiang)港(gang)特(te)別行政(zheng)區(qu)(qu)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)知識產權署、澳門特(te)別行政(zheng)區(qu)(qu)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)經濟及科技發展局(ju)(ju)、佛山(shan)市人民政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)聯合(he)舉辦了2021年粵港(gang)澳大灣(wan)區(qu)(qu)高(gao)(gao)價值專(zhuan)利(li)培育(yu)布局(ju)(ju)大賽。
歷(li)時半年(nian)的(de)比賽(sai),先(xian)由大賽(sai)執委會組織專業評(ping)(ping)(ping)委對申(shen)報項目進行(xing)初步(bu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)審(shen),選出100強,再由復(fu)賽(sai)階段方案和產(chan)(chan)品進行(xing)講解(jie);二是(shi)自行(xing)/由代理機構代為撰(zhuan)寫分析評(ping)(ping)(ping)議報告(gao);三是(shi)由評(ping)(ping)(ping)審(shen)與參賽(sai)隊伍進行(xing)互動交流、現場點評(ping)(ping)(ping)打分評(ping)(ping)(ping)出50強,最后進入決賽(sai)環節(jie)經過(guo)項目路演、答辯、評(ping)(ping)(ping)委打分、資(zi)產(chan)(chan)評(ping)(ping)(ping)估四(si)個環節(jie)最終(zhong)評(ping)(ping)(ping)選出35個項目分別獲金獎(jiang)、優秀(xiu)獎(jiang),蒙(meng)娜(na)麗(li)莎最終(zhong)成(cheng)功(gong)摘得最具含金量的(de)金獎(jiang)。
“功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)高強(qiang)度大規格陶(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)板(ban)的(de)制造(zao)技(ji)(ji)術及產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)項(xiang)目”專利池主要(yao)從功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)陶(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)板(ban)組成配(pei)方(fang)、釉料(liao)裝飾(shi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)一體(ti)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)技(ji)(ji)術、大規格陶(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)板(ban)增強(qiang)技(ji)(ji)術三個方(fang)面(mian)進(jin)行(xing)周密布(bu)(bu)局,多方(fang)面(mian)對技(ji)(ji)術實施保護,穩(wen)定性高,多件PCT專利進(jin)入美國(guo)、日本、歐(ou)盟并授權,專利布(bu)(bu)局范圍廣(guang)泛。項(xiang)目組開發(fa)出了(le)(le)(le)適合(he)于薄(bo)(bo)(bo)板(ban)裝飾(shi)用多種鎢(wu)基(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)材(cai)料(liao)體(ti)系(xi),解(jie)決了(le)(le)(le)鎢(wu)基(ji)活性結構可控(kong)生長難(nan)題,實現了(le)(le)(le)高性能(neng)(neng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)裝飾(shi)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)可控(kong)合(he)成設計了(le)(le)(le)“母粒(li)”結構,解(jie)決了(le)(le)(le)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)材(cai)料(liao)活性保護難(nan)題,實現了(le)(le)(le)裝飾(shi)-功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)一體(ti)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)實際應用,為其他無機材(cai)料(liao)的(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)應用提供了(le)(le)(le)技(ji)(ji)術和(he)(he)理(li)論參考。項(xiang)目主要(yao)研發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)多尺度協同(tong)數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)裝飾(shi)技(ji)(ji)術,解(jie)決了(le)(le)(le)高活性功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)“母粒(li)”數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)噴墨打印(yin)難(nan)題,實現了(le)(le)(le)精細化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)立體(ti)藝術和(he)(he)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)裝飾(shi)效果%解(jie)決了(le)(le)(le)陶(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)板(ban)增強(qiang)技(ji)(ji)術難(nan)題,顯著提高了(le)(le)(le)薄(bo)(bo)(bo)板(ban)強(qiang)度,率先突(tu)破了(le)(le)(le)1600×3600mm×5.5mm超大規格陶(tao)瓷(ci)(ci)板(ban)的(de)制造(zao)瓶(ping)頸,實現了(le)(le)(le)工業(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生產(chan),社會經濟(ji)效益(yi)顯著。
