變壓器的原理
變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)理并不復(fu)雜,它利用了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)原(yuan)理。當(dang)其中一(yi)塊導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)有(you)一(yi)些不定量的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流通過(guo),便會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)變動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)。根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)的(de)(de)(de)互感(gan)原(yuan)理,這變動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)會使第(di)二塊導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差(cha)。假(jia)如第(di)二塊導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)是一(yi)條閉合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)部份,那么該(gai)閉合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)便會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力于是得以傳送。在(zai)通用的(de)(de)(de)變壓(ya)器中,有(you)關(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)是由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)組成線(xian)(xian)圈(quan),因為(wei)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)所產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)要比一(yi)條筆直的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)大得多(duo)。當(dang)初級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)中通有(you)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流時,鐵芯中便產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)交流磁(ci)(ci)通,使次(ci)級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)中感(gan)應(ying)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。初級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)、次(ci)級線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)VS,VP和兩者的(de)(de)(de)繞線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)匝數NS,NP之間有(you)正比的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)系。
至于變壓器兩方之間的電流或電壓比例,則取決于兩方電路線圈的圈數。圈數較多的一方電壓較高但電流較小,反之亦然。如果撇除泄漏等因素,變壓器兩方的電壓比例相等于兩方的線圈圈數比例,亦即電壓與圈數成正比。因此可以減小或者增加原線圈和副線圈的匝數比,從而升高或者降低電壓,變壓器品牌產品的(de)(de)這個性(xing)質使(shi)它成為轉換(huan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)重要設備。由于變壓(ya)器遵守這兩條(tiao)定律,它不會是放(fang)大器。如果處在變壓(ya)器兩方的(de)(de)電壓(ya)有(you)所不同(tong),那么流(liu)經變壓(ya)器兩方的(de)(de)電流(liu)也會不同(tong),而兩者的(de)(de)差距(ju)則成反(fan)比。
干式變壓器和油浸式變壓器的區別
干(gan)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)器能直接看到(dao)鐵(tie)芯(xin)和線圈,大多使(shi)用(yong)(yong)硅(gui)橡膠套管,適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)配電用(yong)(yong),容量大都(dou)在(zai)1600KVA以下,電壓(ya)(ya)在(zai)10KV以下,也有(you)個別做(zuo)到(dao)35KV電壓(ya)(ya)等級(ji)(ji)的。油(you)式(shi)變壓(ya)(ya)器只(zhi)能看到(dao)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼,大部分使(shi)用(yong)(yong)瓷套管,可用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)高壓(ya)(ya)電路(lu),可以從小到(dao)大做(zuo)到(dao)全部容量,電壓(ya)(ya)等級(ji)(ji)也做(zuo)到(dao)了(le)所有(you)電壓(ya)(ya)。
變壓器的等級怎么劃分
變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)電壓等(deng)級(ji)是固定的(de),常見的(de)有1000KV、750KV、500KV、330KV、220KV、110KV、66KV、35KV、20KV、10KV、6KV等(deng)等(deng)。變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)容量(liang)等(deng)級(ji)按照R10優先系(xi)數來計算的(de),可分為(wei)小型變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)、中型變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)、大型變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)、特大型變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)這(zhe)四(si)個等(deng)級(ji)。
