變壓器的原理
變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)(yuan)理(li)(li)并不復雜(za),它利用了電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感應原(yuan)(yuan)理(li)(li)。當其中一(yi)塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)體(ti)有一(yi)些不定量的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)過,便會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)變動的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)場。根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)的(de)(de)(de)互(hu)感原(yuan)(yuan)理(li)(li),這(zhe)變動的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)場會使(shi)第(di)二塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)體(ti)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)勢差。假如第(di)二塊(kuai)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)體(ti)是一(yi)條閉合電(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)部份,那(nei)么該閉合電(dian)(dian)路便會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。電(dian)(dian)力于是得(de)(de)以傳送。在(zai)通(tong)(tong)用的(de)(de)(de)變壓器(qi)中,有關的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)體(ti)是由電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)組成線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan),因(yin)為線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)所產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)場要(yao)比一(yi)條筆直的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)大得(de)(de)多。當初級(ji)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)中通(tong)(tong)有交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)時,鐵(tie)芯中便產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)交流(liu)磁(ci)通(tong)(tong),使(shi)次級(ji)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)中感應出電(dian)(dian)壓。初級(ji)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)、次級(ji)線(xian)(xian)(xian)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓VS,VP和(he)兩(liang)者的(de)(de)(de)繞(rao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)匝數NS,NP之間有正比的(de)(de)(de)關系。
至于變壓器兩方之間的電流或電壓比例,則取決于兩方電路線圈的圈數。圈數較多的一方電壓較高但電流較小,反之亦然。如果撇除泄漏等因素,變壓器兩方的電壓比例相等于兩方的線圈圈數比例,亦即電壓與圈數成正比。因此可以減小或者增加原線圈和副線圈的匝數比,從而升高或者降低電壓,變壓器品牌產品的(de)這個性(xing)質使(shi)它(ta)成(cheng)為(wei)轉換電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)重要設備。由于變壓(ya)器遵守這兩(liang)條定律,它(ta)不會(hui)(hui)是(shi)放大器。如果處在變壓(ya)器兩(liang)方(fang)(fang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)有所不同,那么流經變壓(ya)器兩(liang)方(fang)(fang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)流也會(hui)(hui)不同,而兩(liang)者的(de)差距(ju)則成(cheng)反比。
干式變壓器和油浸式變壓器的區別
干式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)能(neng)直(zhi)接(jie)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)鐵芯(xin)和(he)線(xian)圈(quan),大(da)(da)(da)多使(shi)用硅橡膠套(tao)(tao)管(guan),適用于配電(dian)(dian)(dian)用,容量大(da)(da)(da)都在(zai)1600KVA以下,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)10KV以下,也(ye)有個別做到(dao)(dao)35KV電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級的(de)。油(you)式變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)只能(neng)看(kan)到(dao)(dao)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼,大(da)(da)(da)部分使(shi)用瓷套(tao)(tao)管(guan),可(ke)用于高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,可(ke)以從(cong)小(xiao)到(dao)(dao)大(da)(da)(da)做到(dao)(dao)全部容量,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級也(ye)做到(dao)(dao)了所有電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。
變壓器的等級怎么劃分
變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)等級是固定的(de)(de),常見的(de)(de)有(you)1000KV、750KV、500KV、330KV、220KV、110KV、66KV、35KV、20KV、10KV、6KV等等。變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)容量(liang)等級按照(zhao)R10優先(xian)系數來計算的(de)(de),可分(fen)為小型變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、中(zhong)型變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、大型變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)、特大型變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)這四個等級。
