一、消防泵的作用
消防泵是(shi)用來抽送各(ge)類(lei)液體,是(shi)創(chuang)建無泄漏、無污(wu)染文明(ming)車間、文明(ming)工廠的(de)理(li)想用泵與消防系統(tong)的(de)。以它全(quan)密(mi)封、無泄漏、耐腐(fu)蝕(shi)之特點,廣泛應用于(yu)環保、水處理(li)、消防等部門。
二、消防水泵安裝注意事項
1、消防水泵安裝前應校核消防泵品牌產(chan)品合格證,以及其規格、型號和性能與設計要求應一致,并應根據(ju)安裝(zhuang)使用(yong)說明(ming)書安裝(zhuang)。
2、消防水泵安裝(zhuang)前應復核(he)水泵基礎混凝(ning)土強度、隔振裝(zhuang)置、坐(zuo)標、標高、尺(chi)寸和螺栓孔(kong)位置。
3、消防水泵的(de)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)應符合現行國(guo)家標(biao)準《機械設備安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)及驗收(shou)通用(yong)規范》GB50231和《風(feng)機、壓縮機、泵安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)及驗收(shou)規范》GB50275的(de)有關規定。
4、消(xiao)防水泵(beng)安(an)裝前應(ying)復核消(xiao)防水泵(beng)之間(jian),以(yi)及消(xiao)防水泵(beng)與墻或其他設備(bei)之間(jian)的(de)間(jian)距,并(bing)應(ying)滿足安(an)裝、運行和維護管理的(de)要(yao)求。
5、消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)水(shui)(shui)泵吸水(shui)(shui)管上(shang)的控(kong)制閥(fa)(fa)應(ying)在消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)水(shui)(shui)泵固定于基礎上(shang)后在進行(xing)安(an)裝,其直徑不應(ying)小于消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)水(shui)(shui)泵吸水(shui)(shui)口(kou)直徑,且不應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)沒有可靠(kao)鎖定裝置的控(kong)制閥(fa)(fa),控(kong)制閥(fa)(fa)應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)溝漕式或法蘭式閥(fa)(fa)門(men)。
6、當消防水(shui)(shui)泵和消防水(shui)(shui)池位于(yu)獨(du)立(li)的兩個基礎上(shang)且相互為剛性連接(jie)時,吸(xi)水(shui)(shui)管上(shang)應加設柔性連接(jie)管。
7、吸水(shui)管(guan)水(shui)平管(guan)段上不應有氣囊和漏氣現象。變(bian)徑連接時,應采(cai)用偏心(xin)異徑管(guan)件并應采(cai)用管(guan)頂平接。
8、消防水泵出水管(guan)(guan)上應(ying)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)消聲止(zhi)回閥(fa)、控制閥(fa)和壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao);系統(tong)的總(zong)出水管(guan)(guan)上還應(ying)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)和壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)開關;安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)時應(ying)加設(she)緩沖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)和緩沖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置之間(jian)應(ying)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)旋塞(sai);壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)量程(cheng)在沒有設(she)計要求時,應(ying)為系統(tong)工作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的2倍(bei)---2、5倍(bei)。
9、消(xiao)防水泵(beng)的隔振裝(zhuang)置、進水管柔性(xing)接頭的安裝(zhuang)應(ying)符合設計要(yao)求,并應(ying)有產品(pin)說明和安裝(zhuang)使(shi)用說明。
三、消防泵怎么啟動
消(xiao)(xiao)防控制室(shi)與(yu)消(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)(huo)栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作按(an)(an)鈕啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系與(yu)消(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)(huo)栓(shuan)泵的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)形式(shi)(shi)有關(guan)。消(xiao)(xiao)防泵的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi)一(yi)般分(fen)為兩種(zhong),第一(yi)種(zhong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)(shi)是在總線制聯控方式(shi)(shi)下,消(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)(huo)栓(shuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作按(an)(an)鈕的(de)(de)(de)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)可通(tong)過設在消(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)(huo)栓(shuan)旁的(de)(de)(de)聯動(dong)(dong)(dong)接口模塊將(jiang)其要求的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)信(xin)號(hao)送至消(xiao)(xiao)防控制室(shi)控制臺,再從(cong)此處輸出使消(xiao)(xiao)火(huo)(huo)栓(shuan)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)開關(guan)量(liang)觸點。
第二種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),是直接將消(xiao)火(huo)栓動(dong)(dong)作按鈕的開(kai)關量觸點輸出到消(xiao)火(huo)栓泵啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)箱。這兩種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)實際設(she)計(ji)中都可(ke)(ke)以運用,前一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)接線(xian)(xian)省,但需(xu)在(zai)總(zong)線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)下,對消(xiao)火(huo)栓聯動(dong)(dong)模(mo)塊進(jin)行地址編(bian)碼(ma)編(bian)程(cheng)來達到監測大量消(xiao)火(huo)栓的目的。后一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)簡單可(ke)(ke)靠,但還需(xu)要把消(xiao)火(huo)栓動(dong)(dong)作信號返給消(xiao)防(fang)控(kong)制(zhi)室。設(she)計(ji)者在(zai)具(ju)體設(she)計(ji)中可(ke)(ke)根據實際工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)規模(mo)大小(xiao)來選用,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)規模(mo)大、建筑形式(shi)(shi)(shi)復雜可(ke)(ke)采(cai)用前一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi),規模(mo)小(xiao)可(ke)(ke)采(cai)用后一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。
消(xiao)(xiao)防泵(beng)的自(zi)啟(qi)動是通過(guo)各保護(hu)區的管網噴嘴玻璃球高溫下爆碎,引(yin)(yin)起管網水流(liu)流(liu)動,從(cong)而(er)聯(lian)動報警閥(fa)壓(ya)力(li)(li)開關動作,達到自(zi)啟(qi)動噴淋泵(beng)的目(mu)的。通過(guo)水流(liu)指示器聯(lian)動模塊或(huo)報警閥(fa)壓(ya)力(li)(li)開關引(yin)(yin)線(xian)至控制室(shi),消(xiao)(xiao)防控制室(shi)能準(zhun)確反映(ying)其動作信號,同(tong)時控制室(shi)應能直接控制噴淋泵(beng)啟(qi)停。
