2005年(nian)6月,武漢中(zhong)恒(heng)新科技產業(ye)集團有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司為(wei)使其(qi)工(gong)業(ye)形(xing)成產業(ye)鏈(lian)互(hu)補效應,斥巨資接手(shou)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司,受讓了公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司原第一、第二大股(gu)(gu)東深(shen)圳(zhen)市賽格集團有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司和(he)中(zhong)國振華(hua)(hua)電子集團有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司持有(you)(you)的41.14%本公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司股(gu)(gu)權,股(gu)(gu)權過(guo)戶(hu)手(shou)續于2007年(nian)4月完(wan)成。2007年(nian)9月,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司正式更名為(wei)“深(shen)圳(zhen)中(zhong)恒(heng)華(hua)(hua)發股(gu)(gu)份有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司”。
截至目前,公司的總股(gu)(gu)(gu)本為(wei)283,161,227股(gu)(gu)(gu),其中,人民幣普(pu)通股(gu)(gu)(gu)(A股(gu)(gu)(gu))181,165,391股(gu)(gu)(gu),占公司股(gu)(gu)(gu)份(fen)總數63.98%;境內上市外資股(gu)(gu)(gu)(B股(gu)(gu)(gu))為(wei)101,995,836股(gu)(gu)(gu),占公司股(gu)(gu)(gu)份(fen)總數36.02%。經(jing)營業(ye)務(wu)主要(yao)分為(wei)四大模塊——液(ye)晶(jing)顯示器整機業(ye)務(wu)、注塑件生產(chan)業(ye)務(wu)、保麗龍(輕型材料(liao)包裝)生產(chan)業(ye)務(wu)、
物(wu)業(ye)(ye)租賃(lin)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu),其(qi)中:在武漢經濟(ji)技術開(kai)發區(qu)內擁有三間大(da)型工廠,占(zhan)地(di)近9萬平(ping)方米(mi)(mi),國內多(duo)家大(da)型生(sheng)產企業(ye)(ye)云集周邊,基于(yu)加(jia)工配套服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)的輻射半徑要求,客戶資源(yuan)優質穩(wen)定,已形(xing)成良好的合作關系,尤其(qi)注塑業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)與(yu)保麗(li)龍業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)迄(qi)今(jin)經營將近10年,年產能力(li)及(ji)規(gui)模(mo)居華中地(di)區(qu)前列;在深圳市福田(tian)區(qu)華強北商圈及(ji)光明新區(qu)公明街道均擁有數(shu)萬平(ping)方米(mi)(mi)的大(da)型物(wu)業(ye)(ye),每年物(wu)業(ye)(ye)租賃(lin)收入可(ke)觀(guan)。
