布勒(le)橋(英語:Burrard Bridge)是加拿(na)大(da)卑詩省溫哥華市(shi)內一條桁架橋,橫越福(fu)溪的(de)西端,連接溫哥華市(shi)中(zhong)心(xin)及基(ji)斯(si)蘭奴區。大(da)橋現時(shi)有5條行(xing)車線(xian),貫通兩(liang)岸的(de)布勒(le)街,并設(she)于行(xing)車線(xian)兩(liang)旁(pang)設(she)有行(xing)人及自行(xing)車通道。大(da)橋的(de)裝飾藝(yi)術風格令(ling)其成為溫市(shi)的(de)主要地標之一。
1932年(nian)的(de)(de)布(bu)(bu)勒橋(qiao)溫哥華市(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)于(yu)1920年(nian)代委托(tuo)顧問公(gong)司為(wei)市(shi)內(nei)規劃(hua)(hua)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)研(yan)究。研(yan)究報告(gao)(gao)倡議(yi)(yi)市(shi)府(fu)在福(fu)溪的(de)(de)西端興(xing)建(jian)一(yi)(yi)條行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)連接市(shi)中心和基斯蘭(lan)奴,而(er)工(gong)程(cheng)師約翰·格蘭(lan)特(te)亦(yi)于(yu)1927年(nian)完(wan)成(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)的(de)(de)初步(bu)設(she)計(ji)(ji)。市(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)于(yu)1929年(nian)5月(yue)15日(ri)(ri)就大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)的(de)(de)集資(zi)事務舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)公(gong)投;過半數選民(min)支持市(shi)府(fu)的(de)(de)300萬元集資(zi)方(fang)案,但(dan)方(fang)案卻未達致60%門檻而(er)被(bei)否決。格蘭(lan)特(te)其后(hou)更改(gai)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)(ji),在行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)下方(fang)預(yu)留空間待(dai)日(ri)(ri)后(hou)興(xing)建(jian)鐵(tie)路通(tong)道層。新方(fang)案在同(tong)年(nian)12月(yue)11日(ri)(ri)舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)第二次公(gong)投中獲超過60%選民(min)支持而(er)被(bei)通(tong)過。大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)于(yu)1930年(nian)12月(yue)8日(ri)(ri)展開,而(er)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)的(de)(de)上層行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)則(ze)于(yu)1932年(nian)7月(yue)1日(ri)(ri)通(tong)車(che)(che)(che)。市(shi)府(fu)本來打算(suan)利(li)用聯邦政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)提(ti)供(gong)的(de)(de)撥款(kuan)興(xing)建(jian)下層鐵(tie)路通(tong)道,但(dan)聯邦政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)一(yi)(yi)直(zhi)沒有提(ti)供(gong)該(gai)項撥款(kuan),此計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)因(yin)而(er)告(gao)(gao)吹。大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)貫通(tong)了福(fu)溪北(bei)岸的(de)(de)布(bu)(bu)勒街(jie)和南(nan)岸的(de)(de)雪(xue)松街(jie)(Cedar Street),而(er)市(shi)府(fu)亦(yi)于(yu)1938年(nian)將(jiang)(jiang)雪(xue)松街(jie)更名為(wei)布(bu)(bu)勒街(jie)。市(shi)府(fu)從1996年(nian)3月(yue)26日(ri)(ri)起試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)將(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)其中一(yi)(yi)條行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)改(gai)為(wei)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)。試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)原定(ding)為(wei)期六個月(yue),但(dan)因(yin)市(shi)內(nei)駕駛人(ren)(ren)士(shi)大(da)(da)(da)力反對(dui)而(er)于(yu)一(yi)(yi)星期后(hou)結束。 市(shi)議(yi)(yi)會(hui)于(yu)2009年(nian)5月(yue)7日(ri)(ri)通(tong)過方(fang)案,將(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)的(de)(de)南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)慢線(xian)(xian)(xian)改(gai)為(wei)南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)專(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、北(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)和自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)通(tong)道改(gai)為(wei)北(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)專(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、以及將(jiang)(jiang)南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)和自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)通(tong)道改(gai)為(wei)來回行(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)專(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian);南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)汽車(che)(che)(che)交通(tong)因(yin)此由三條行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)減(jian)(jian)少(shao)至兩(liang)條。計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)實施(shi)兩(liang)星期后(hou),市(shi)府(fu)稱橋(qiao)上的(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)流量上升約30%,汽車(che)(che)(che)流量則(ze)略為(wei)減(jian)(jian)少(shao)。區內(nei)商戶則(ze)指出計(ji)(ji)劃(hua)(hua)實施(shi)以來,他們的(de)(de)營(ying)業額大(da)(da)(da)幅減(jian)(jian)少(shao)。
