石(shi)泉水電(dian)(dian)站位(wei)于陜西石(shi)泉縣漢(han)江上游(you),是(shi)漢(han)江上游(you)河段梯(ti)級(ji)開發的(de)(de)第2個梯(ti)級(ji)電(dian)(dian)站,是(shi)陜西電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)主要調峰電(dian)(dian)廠。水電(dian)(dian)站擴機(ji)工程屬陜西省“九五”重點(dian)建設項(xiang)目(mu),“二十項(xiang)興(xing)陜項(xiang)目(mu)”工程之(zhi)一(yi)。控制流域面(mian)積24000平方(fang)公里,多年平均流量372立(li)方(fang)米/秒,設計洪水流量21500立(li)方(fang)米/秒。總庫(ku)容(rong)為4.4億立(li)方(fang)米,設計灌溉(gai)(gai)面(mian)積0.4萬(wan)畝,裝機(ji)容(rong)量13.5萬(wan)千瓦。以發電(dian)(dian)為主,兼有灌溉(gai)(gai)、防洪、漁業等綜(zong)合效益。
工程概況
石泉水力發電廠位于漢江上游陜西省石泉縣境內,是70年代漢江上游建成的(de)首座中型(xing)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠。 電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠于1971年動工,1973年第一臺機(ji)組發電(dian)(dian)(dian),到1975年3臺單機(ji)容(rong)量為4.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦的(de)水力機(ji)組全(quan)部(bu)投(tou)產發電(dian)(dian)(dian),總裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量達到13.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦,設(she)計(ji)年均發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量6.5億千(qian)(qian)瓦時。工程總投(tou)資1.94億元,已于1981年收回全(quan)部(bu)投(tou)資。現(xian)有職工人數602人。
石泉水電(dian)(dian)站擴機工(gong)程屬陜西(xi)省“九(jiu)五”重點建(jian)設(she)項目。“二(er)十(shi)項興陜項目”工(gong)程之一。1998年9月(yue)29日(ri)主體工(gong)程全(quan)面開工(gong),2000年8月(yue)23日(ri)首臺機組發(fa)電(dian)(dian),2002年1月(yue)通過工(gong)程 竣工(gong)安全(quan)鑒定。
所在河(he)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)漢水(shui),控(kong)制流(liu)(liu)(liu)域面(mian)積24000平方公(gong)里(li),多(duo)年平均流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)372立方米(mi)(mi)/秒,設(she)計洪水(shui)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)21500立方米(mi)(mi)/秒。總庫容為(wei)(wei)4.4億立方米(mi)(mi),設(she)計灌溉面(mian)積0.4萬畝,裝機(ji)容量(liang)(liang)13.5萬千瓦。主(zhu)壩壩型為(wei)(wei)混凝土空(kong)腹(fu)重(zhong)力壩,最大壩高65米(mi)(mi),壩頂長(chang)度353米(mi)(mi),壩基(ji)巖石為(wei)(wei)石英片巖。壩體(ti)工程(cheng)量(liang)(liang) 37萬立方米(mi)(mi),主(zhu)要泄洪方式(shi)為(wei)(wei)壩頂溢流(liu)(liu)(liu)。
建筑設計
錨索加固工程
石(shi)泉(quan)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站二(er)(er)期工程(cheng)發電(dian)廠房(fang)為岸邊(bian)式,機(ji)(ji)坑開挖深度約 42米(mi)。在機(ji)(ji)坑開挖過程(cheng)中(zhong),邊(bian)坡(po)(po)表(biao)層發生了(le)(le)2 次崩塌性(xing)破壞(huai),在廠房(fang)和邊(bian)坡(po)(po)之(zhi)間(jian)形成一個“月牙”形空缺(que)。根(gen)據崩塌后揭露的(de)地(di)質構(gou)造特(te)性(xing),分析了(le)(le)高邊(bian)坡(po)(po)的(de)崩塌機(ji)(ji)理。在此基礎上(shang),擬(ni)定(ding)加固(gu)方案,并(bing)用(yong)極(ji)限平衡法優化(hua)出合理的(de)錨(mao)(mao)索錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)力(li),用(yong)二(er)(er)維接(jie)觸非線性(xing)有(you)限元分析邊(bian)坡(po)(po)巖體與混凝(ning)土框(kuang)(kuang)架(jia)(jia)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)相互(hu)作用(yong);根(gen)據數值(zhi)仿真計(ji)算(suan)結(jie)果,作出了(le)(le)在“月牙”形空缺(que)處修建混凝(ning)土框(kuang)(kuang)架(jia)(jia)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)邊(bian)坡(po)(po)綜(zong)合治理加固(gu)方案,其(qi)目的(de)是利用(yong)混凝(ning)土框(kuang)(kuang)架(jia)(jia)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)適度變形所產生的(de)彈性(xing)抗力(li)來增加邊(bian)坡(po)(po)坡(po)(po)腳的(de)穩定(ding)性(xing)。石(shi)泉(quan)壩址控制漢江流域面積2.34萬平方公里(li),多年(nian)平均流量341立方米(mi)/秒。工程(cheng)按百(bai)年(nian)一遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)設計(ji),500年(nian)一遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)校核。水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)正(zheng)常(chang)蓄水(shui)(shui)位410米(mi),庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)3.24億立方米(mi),有(you)效庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)2.27億立方米(mi),為不完(wan)全季(ji)調節水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)。
Ⅱ等2級工程
大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為混(hun)凝土空腹重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)及實體重力(li)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高5米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂高程416米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂全長352米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬16米(mi)。電站(zhan)廠房為壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)后(hou)式,安裝(zhuang)3臺4.5萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦混(hun)流式水輪發電機(ji)組(zu),總(zong)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量13.5萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦;1998年又在下游尾(wei)水左岸安裝(zhuang)2臺4.5萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦機(ji)組(zu),為短(duan)洞(dong)引水岸邊(bian)式廠房,1洞(dong)2機(ji),利用石泉大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)棄水發電,電站(zhan)總(zong)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量22.5萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦。

工程概況
1989年(nian)按現行設計規范(fan)對(dui)石泉水電站大(da)壩(ba)進行安(an)全(quan)復(fu)核,復(fu)核結果表明當(dang)大(da)壩(ba)宣泄千年(nian)一遇(yu)洪水時,左右非溢流壩(ba)段的壩(ba)踵產生拉(la)應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)。為(wei)此決定(ding)采用以大(da)噸位(wei)預應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)錨(mao)索(suo)為(wei)主、基礎灌漿消(xiao)除揚壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)為(wei)輔的加(jia)固方案。經過設計計算,需在壩(ba)頂安(an)設30束(shu)(shu)(shu)預應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)錨(mao)索(suo),錨(mao)索(suo)分6000kN和8000kN兩(liang)種,總噸位(wei)176.52MN。采用如此規模(mo)的預應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)錨(mao)索(suo)加(jia)固壩(ba)體(ti),在國內尚(shang)屬(shu)首次(ci)。局科研(yan)所于1994年(nian)6月開(kai)始,到1995年(nian)7月30日完(wan)成29束(shu)(shu)(shu)600噸 級、1束(shu)(shu)(shu)800噸級預應(ying)力(li)(li)(li)錨(mao)索(suo)的施工,有7束(shu)(shu)(shu)錨(mao)索(suo)中(zhong)做了試(shi)驗。
施工情況
在大(da)壩(ba)頂(ding)面(mian)鉆深度最大(da)達75米錨(mao)索孔(kong)(kong),既要確(que)保(bao)鉆孔(kong)(kong)的垂直度,又不能破壞(huai)壩(ba)體。鉆孔(kong)(kong)使用 SGZ-Ⅲ鉆機,鋼粒(li)鉆進(jin)。鉆孔(kong)(kong)中(zhong)對(dui)(dui)鉆機采取(qu)特殊固定措施,并(bing)使用變(bian)徑鉆桿和(he)長(chang)鉆具,使得孔(kong)(kong)斜(xie)均小于(yu)(yu)3‰。錨(mao)孔(kong)(kong)位于(yu)(yu)基巖的部分還進(jin)行(xing)了帷幕和(he)固結灌漿。錨(mao)索索體每束(shu)(shu)分別由33根(gen)或43高根(gen)鋼絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)組成,長(chang)度為43.5~77 米,重量為1.5~3.2噸。下束(shu)(shu)前,對(dui)(dui)束(shu)(shu)體按設計要求進(jin)行(xing)了臨(lin)(lin)時和(he)長(chang)期防腐(fu)處理。臨(lin)(lin)時處理主要是對(dui)(dui)處于(yu)(yu)錨(mao)孔(kong)(kong)水中(zhong)的束(shu)(shu)體,用石灰水(pH值(zhi)大(da)于(yu)(yu)12)浸(jin)泡。長(chang)期防腐(fu)是用專門配制的防腐(fu)漆涂在鋼絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)上。下束(shu)(shu)時,用專門設計的下束(shu)(shu)車(che)替代(dai)大(da)型吊車(che)和(he)汽車(che),放束(shu)(shu)入孔(kong)(kong)。
錨孔內錨固段注(zhu)漿漿液(ye)為早強、高(gao)強、微(wei)膨脹漿液(ye),要求28天的(de)強度(du)為500#。通過試驗確(que)定漿液(ye)的(de)水灰比為0.34,使用(yong)525號中熱硅酸(suan)鹽大壩水泥(ni),另加適(shi)量的(de)外加劑。為確(que)保錨根長度(du),采(cai)用(yong)按孔徑估(gu)算漿量、注(zhu)漿時實測漿面(mian)和漿體初凝后取(qu)樣等方法,綜合確(que)定實際灌漿長度(du),并(bing)達到設計要求。
在錨根段漿(jiang)體待凝14天(tian)、混凝土墊座澆筑1個月(yue)后(hou),開始錨索張拉(la)。張拉(la)時,先用YCW-20Q型千斤頂進(jin)行預調,再用YCW-650和YKD-600型千斤頂串聯(lian)進(jin)行整束張拉(la),這樣可(ke)以解決(jue)長錨索變形大、張拉(la)困難的(de)問題,而且獲得的(de)數(shu)據更(geng)加精(jing)確(que)。
在(zai)(zai)錨(mao)索施工中(zhong),還(huan)在(zai)(zai)7根錨(mao)索中(zhong)做(zuo)了(le)錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)可靠性、錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)安(an)全度、群錨(mao)效(xiao)應(ying)(ying)、外錨(mao)頭墊座(zuo)混凝土(tu)承(cheng)壓、錨(mao)固(gu)(gu)(gu)效(xiao)果(guo)、錨(mao)索體(ti)內鋼絞(jiao)線受力不均勻性等試驗,還(huan)在(zai)(zai)束(shu)體(ti)上貼應(ying)(ying)變片(pian)測定預(yu)應(ying)(ying)力。其目的是(shi)確(que)保能安(an)全有效(xiao)地施加預(yu)應(ying)(ying)力,并監測錨(mao)索在(zai)(zai)施工和運行中(zhong)的情況。
施工規劃
2007年8月28日 ,隨著石(shi)泉(quan)電(dian)站(zhan)大(da)壩監測(ce)系統(tong)自動化工(gong)(gong)(gong)程觀(guan)測(ce)孔(kong)造孔(kong)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)(cheng),不僅展(zhan)示了水電(dian)三局基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)程分(fen)局在大(da)口徑(jing)觀(guan)測(ce)孔(kong)鉆孔(kong)方面的實力(li),也標志著石(shi)泉(quan)水電(dian)站(zhan)大(da)壩監測(ce)系統(tong)更(geng)新改造工(gong)(gong)(gong)程大(da)口徑(jing)雙(shuang)金屬(shu)標鉆孔(kong)獲(huo)得成(cheng)(cheng)功。 該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程共有(you)兩個(ge)觀(guan)測(ce)孔(kong),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)部位(wei)分(fen)別(bie)位(wei)于石(shi)泉(quan)電(dian)站(zhan)大(da)壩右岸(an)壩頭和左岸(an)下游修配廠,設計孔(kong)深(shen)分(fen)別(bie)為25米(mi)和20米(mi),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期60天,合(he)同金額29.7萬(wan)元。 基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)程分(fen)局于5月18日進點,投入設備5臺套,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員9人(ren)(ren)(ren),管理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員2人(ren)(ren)(ren)。經過緊張的前期準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,于5月27日正式(shi)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
該工(gong)程是石泉電站大壩監測(ce)自動化(hua)系統(tong)更新改造總體規劃的重要組成部(bu)分,工(gong)程量雖小,但(dan)工(gong)期緊,質量要求嚴(yan),技(ji)術含量高,首先是大口徑,開孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)徑達到(dao)275毫米,終孔(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)徑達到(dao)225毫米。其次,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)斜率要求較高,千米孔(kong)(kong)(kong)斜率控(kong)制(zhi)在1米以下。
基(ji)礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)程分局工(gong)(gong)(gong)會主(zhu)席、石泉施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)項目負責人(ren)王勇社介紹說(shuo),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)前期,由于(yu)設(she)計不(bu)合理,孔位(wei)離邊墻較近(jin),無法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),經過(guo)與甲方協商,后(hou)對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案(an)進行(xing)(xing)了修改(gai),確保了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)正常(chang)進行(xing)(xing)。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中參戰人(ren)員(yuan)先后(hou)克服了材料不(bu)到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)、資(zi)金不(bu)到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)、運輸工(gong)(gong)(gong)具不(bu)到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)等(deng)困難,嚴把安全(quan)關、質量關,始終保持著較快(kuai)的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)。
施工要求
為了(le)保證施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員嚴格(ge)按(an)照技術(shu)要求(qiu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),開工(gong)(gong)(gong)前(qian)以及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中多(duo)次召(zhao)開技術(shu)交底會,由于孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)斜(xie)率要求(qiu)較高,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員每班至少進(jin)行兩(liang)次測斜(xie),并及時(shi)采(cai)(cai)取(qu)糾斜(xie)措施(shi),使(shi)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)斜(xie)率控制(zhi)在(zai)1‰以內。在(zai)鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)階(jie)段,有效孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑達不到設計(ji)要求(qiu),有可能造(zao)成(cheng)廢孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)。同時(shi),由于汛期地下水位變化較大,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)內滲水嚴重(zhong),要保證孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)內無滲漏,難(nan)(nan)以控制(zhi)。為了(le)解決(jue)(jue)這(zhe)一(yi)難(nan)(nan)題,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員采(cai)(cai)用了(le)多(duo)種方(fang)案處理(li),均效果不理(li)想,后(hou)使(shi)用先進(jin)的(de)堵漏材料(liao),加之多(duo)年的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)經驗,順利(li)解決(jue)(jue)了(le)這(zhe)一(yi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu)難(nan)(nan)題。
安全檢查
2008年5月(yue)16日(ri),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查組對對石泉水(shui)電站大壩安全進行了檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查。受四川(chuan)地震影響出(chu)現(xian)壩體裂縫、滲水(shui)和(he)(he)泄水(shui)設施、附(fu)屬工程等不同程度受損,雖然石泉境內(nei)各(ge)水(shui)電站大壩安全沒有(you)受到地震影響,但也積極(ji)做好各(ge)類抗(kang)震措(cuo)施,認真(zhen)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查,做到有(you)備無(wu)患,防(fang)御災害發生(sheng)。檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查結(jie)果(guo)表明,未出(chu)現(xian)壩體裂縫、滲水(shui)和(he)(he)泄水(shui)的現(xian)象。
為確(que)保(bao)水庫、水電站大壩安(an)全,做好防大汛(xun)、抗大災的(de)(de)各項準(zhun)備工作,確(que)保(bao)了水庫安(an)全度汛(xun),確(que)保(bao)生產安(an)全,為地方經濟和社會發展做出了新的(de)(de)貢獻(xian)。

1998年又在下游尾水(shui)左(zuo)岸安裝2臺(tai)4.5萬千(qian)瓦(wa)機組,為短洞引(yin)水(shui)岸邊式廠(chang)房(fang),1洞2機,利用石(shi)泉大壩棄(qi)水(shui)發電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)站總裝機容量(liang)22.5萬千(qian)瓦(wa)。控制流域面(mian)積(ji)24000平(ping)方公里,多年平(ping)均流量(liang)372立(li)方米/秒(miao),設計洪水(shui)流量(liang)21500立(li)方米/秒(miao)。總庫容為4.4億立(li)方米,設計灌溉面(mian)積(ji)0.4萬畝,裝機容量(liang)13.5萬千(qian)瓦(wa)。以發電(dian)(dian)為主(zhu),兼(jian)有灌溉、防洪、漁業(ye)等綜合效益(yi)。
