學校(xiao)建有體育(yu)(yu)館,建筑面積(ji)670㎡,館內設籃(lan)排(pai)球架及各種(zhong)體育(yu)(yu)器材。學校(xiao)建立了(le)交(jiao)互式(shi)校(xiao)園(yuan)網絡,引進了(le)閉路電(dian)視系(xi)統(tong)和監(jian)控系(xi)統(tong),安裝(zhuang)了(le)地(di)面衛(wei)星(xing)接受系(xi)統(tong),為實現教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學現代化提(ti)供了(le)物質基礎。
學(xue)校現有33個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)班,1357名(ming)學(xue)生,95名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong),其(qi)中專任教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師78人(ren)(ren)(ren),小學(xue)高級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師60人(ren)(ren)(ren),沈陽(yang)鐵(tie)路分局學(xue)科(ke)帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)14人(ren)(ren)(ren),和平區骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師18人(ren)(ren)(ren),沈陽(yang)市(shi)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師4人(ren)(ren)(ren),沈陽(yang)市(shi)學(xue)科(ke)帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)1人(ren)(ren)(ren)。
近年(nian)來,學校(xiao)以“三(san)個面(mian)向(xiang)”為(wei)指針(zhen),在(zai)深化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)實(shi)踐中,抓住了改(gai)(gai)(gai)革發展(zhan)(zhan)這一(yi)主(zhu)題,組織教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)研究確(que)定(ding)了學校(xiao)的(de)“五化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)”發展(zhan)(zhan)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao),既“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)思想現代化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學特色化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、學校(xiao)管理科(ke)學化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)優(you)良化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、辦學條件標(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)”。為(wei)了實(shi)現這一(yi)發展(zhan)(zhan)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao),廣大干(gan)部和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),更新(xin)觀念,大膽探索,堅持走教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改(gai)(gai)(gai)和科(ke)研興校(xiao)之路,確(que)立(li)了“個性(xing)鮮明、富于創(chuang)造、適應發展(zhan)(zhan)”的(de)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)體(ti)(ti)系,構(gou)建出教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學“四主(zhu)并舉”、德育(yu)(yu)“四教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)合一(yi)”、課程“四位一(yi)體(ti)(ti)”的(de)運作模(mo)式,依靠“目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)導向(xiang),民主(zhu)參(can)與、機制約(yue)束”的(de)管理模(mo)式。總結了一(yi)系列經驗(yan)、做(zuo)法(fa)。主(zhu)要經驗(yan)做(zuo)法(fa)有:“以整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革為(wei)突破,實(shi)施素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”;“以構(gou)建素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)模(mo)式為(wei)主(zhu)體(ti)(ti),推進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)”;“以創(chuang)新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實(shi)驗(yan)為(wei)核心(xin),提高師(shi)生素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)”;“以經常性(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和特定(ding)性(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相結合,優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)德育(yu)(yu)工作”等等。這些經驗(yan)做(zuo)法(fa)分別在(zai)全國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)(gai)(gai)革會議(yi)、全路示范學校(xiao)建設會議(yi)、全局(ju)素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)會議(yi)上進(jin)行了交(jiao)流(liu)。
經(jing)過師生們(men)長期不懈的努力,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)(xian)后(hou)被(bei)評為(wei)沈陽鐵(tie)路局示范學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、沈陽鐵(tie)路局教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)集體(ti)、鐵(tie)道部(bu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)集體(ti)、沈陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)改革先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、沈陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)管理先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、沈陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)信息(xi)技術教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)示范學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、沈陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)群(qun)體(ti)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)單(dan)(dan)位、遼寧省(sheng)(sheng)文明單(dan)(dan)位、遼寧省(sheng)(sheng)電化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)、遼寧省(sheng)(sheng)美育(yu)名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)、遼寧省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科研先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)連續十二年(nian)獲沈陽市(shi)(shi)(shi)和平區(qu)紅(hong)旗單(dan)(dan)位稱號。
